I have a copy of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro currently installed on a PC.  I do not believe it was ever registered, just installed with the serial key.  Unfortunately neither the box or install disc still exists.  Is there any way to retrieve a serial from my existing installation?  I still have the option to Deactivate this install.  I just want to move the install to a new PC.

InDesign (InDesign 20.5.0.48). no longer saves file-specific PDF settings. Every time I attempt to generate a PDF, InDesign defaults to the settings used most recently (from an unrelated file). As a result, I have to manually set my PDF settings every time I generate a PDF. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

I cannot access my existing Behance profile. When I login, it always access the new profile without project posted.  I still receive my Behance notification via my email.  Please help!

For me it seems that “Dust Remove” does not work with Development-Synchronisation (Batch-Modus).The "Dust"-checkbox under "Remove" in the copy settings dialog is selected but the dust-spots are not removes from the raws in the batch.If I go into development-”Remove” of a picture and deselect and select the “Dust”-checkbox the it works. This step I have to do for each raw-pic of the stack instead of doing this in synchronisation automatically. So is this “as designed” or is it a bug ?BR, Wilfried

現在、印刷物のデザインをIllustratorで作成しています。クライアント様に「後日、文言などを少し修正したいので、編集可能なAiデータがほしい」とご要望があったので「編集可能なデータを納品しよう」と思っています。本来は、アウトライン化して納品するかと思いますが、それだと後日に編集が出来なくなってしまうと思うので…..編集可能な状態で納品し、なおかつレイアウトの崩れや文字化けを防ぐことは可能なのでしょうか？なにか設定方法や納品方法を知っている方がいましたら、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。私自身は「画像は埋め込み配置をして、デザインに使用したフォントをお相手がパソコンにダウンロードすれば対応出来るのかな」と考えています。

Installed Acrobat through the play store on my tablet (android 7.1).  As soon as I started it it crashed,  this happened every time I’d start it.  Asked the AI Assistant and followed all the suggestions it came up with that I could.  (apps etc. that are only for windows or mac are no good to me).  Finally after trying for over a week to fix this My only option was to uninstall tghe app and reinstall.  Now when I sart the app it doesn’t crash immediately but still crashes.  I,m due to pay for this subscription in a few days and I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t even work.

Hi All,I've tried dozens of ways to add new eyes to a male ballet dancer's face with generative fill and no matter what I try a message pops up telling me I am violating the guidelines. Hi all,We currently print (send files) directly from Adobe Illustrator to the Epilog laser cutter. When print is selected the dialogue box has a settings button which, when clicked, opens an Epilog settings box that allows the user to change settings such as power and speed. All was fine until the IT department upgraded to Windows 11. Now we cannot get the setting box to appear. If we try and send a print job from another program (eg Notepad) to the laser cutter we are able to bring up the Epilog settings box so I’m thinking this is rather an Adobe issue than a windows 11 issue. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Since installing PSE 2026, I no longer have the Soft Round and Hard Round bushes in my Default brushes.  I have tried other brushes (mostly the mechanical ones) and they don’t seem to be the same.  I have used Google and CoPilot to try and find an answer, but the results don’t work.I still have PSE 2025 installed, so I could copy/install them from there, but I can’t find these 2 specific brushes.Has anyone found any options that work?

Didn't know where else to post, and tried to reach support with no avail. I had the Behance Pro subscription active before I subscribed to Creative Cloud. Since CC already has that product on the pricetag, I didn't renew the individual Behance Pro subscription, thinking it would transfer over (mind you, same account for both subscriptions). Now that I only have the CC subscription, I lost access to Behance Pro and Portfolio (which is very important to me). How can I fix this?

I have an ellipse mask in Premiere Beta v26.3.0.061 to create a vignette. I want to resize the whole thing but I only have bezier handles that warp the ellipse unevenly. How do I get back the bounding box that lets me resize the mask evenly?

Is there a way to apply an input LUT to a clip using UXP?  In the Premeire Pro UI, with a sequence selected,  it looks like a LUT can be used from Window->Workspaces->color->Lumetri Color→ Basic Correction->Input LUT and pick a LUT. How can this be done through UXP? 

Hi, I need to uninstall Acrobat to be able to reinstall, but I get error messages so I can't uninstall. The error message was Error 2753. "Fulltrustnotifier.exe" is not marked for installation. If I try to open Acrobat, I get a message "Attempt to call a method that has not been implemented" then "Raise without Handler!" Can anyone help me with this? It's a mess! :-( Thanks.

MacBook Pro - Version macOS Tahoe 26.4.1New work computer, full adobe account, Illustrator freezes on every launch, spinning beachball.Have to force quit and restart, at most two times to get it working.Be awesome if I didn’t have to do that on a brand new mac.

On my work machine, the PS 2026 won't upscale using any of the three models avaialbe. They all produce a new file at the size chosen with the "Original" as the bottom layer, and the layer above that is supposed to be the upscaled version is just a black layer with a layer mask. The actual image is just a flat black color. When I try this on my personal version at home, it works as intended. What gives?
