When working in InDesign, entire objects (text fields, color areas, linked images) disappear and are no longer displayed. Not even their frames. The layers cannot be selected by clicking on the location where the elements are located. Zooming into the document or changing the view mode doesnt change anything in the visability of the objects.  However, the objects are still there in the layers window. Similarly, when exporting a PDF, the invisible objects become visible again. I can make the objects visible again by copying and pasting them onto a new page or by saving an IDML and opening it. However, the objects keep disappearing when working in the file.Tested with GPU turned on and off.

Quis actualizar e baixar apps, no App Store e apareceu uma conrança quando coloquei o cartão, recusou, adicionei um outro e ainda assim não foi possível liquidar, o que faço?!

Every time I start Illustrator, it stops responding. If I let it sit for 10-15 minutes, it eventually becomes usable. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the software; I’ve removed my system preferences; I’ve deleted my UXP files. None of this helps my problem. Is there a solution to this problem?

I have been waiting for more than 30 mins for the final video to be rendered. It's already 40 mins and it's barely 50% rendered. Never had this issue before. My laptop specs are as below and my GPU is RTX 3070. Anyone knows how to solve this sudden issue?

I read the terms and conditions but I am still confused. That’s because I canceled the AI assistant and was immediately informed that my refund would be processed but when I canceled adobe acrobat, I didn’t get the same notification. Will I receive a refund for that as well? Payment was just taken out for what I assume was a month to month plan, yesterday.

Hello! I am creating a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro and want to be able to insert a signature field that you must use a certificate to sign. The "digital signature field" allows candidates to draw a signature in, which we can't allow. I've seen a ton of government forms that do this (attached an example of a publically available government form that does this), but I haven't been able to recreate it myself. I also know that under the Certificates tool you can insert a certificate signature somewhere on the PDF, but I would like it to be mandated as well as the default setting when someone clicks on the signature box. Quick note, in order for the example I uploaded to reflect the intended behavior, you have to view it in Adobe, not a browser!

My adobe creative cloud does’t show the beta tab. Although I reupdated the cloud version and delete cache.  What should I do to install photoshop beta?

I am trying to combine PDF files however, am getting a "failure".  One file is a certified file.  How to I combine these?

Is the CrossReferenceConverter script broken in RH 2022? I keep getting the message ‘ createMuiTheme is not a function’ when I try to run the script.

Hello, So I installed Creative Cloud Desktop and went through normal procedures, continue and etc. Then it took hours to load and it said that CCD is taking longer than usual to load. After that it takes another few mins and hours and it would say that CCD is taking longer than usual to load, either relaunch or restart your laptop. I already did that multiple times, quite a few times already. So much to the point, I rebooted my pc and when i installed it again. It didn’t work. Repair gui showed up, repaired it and still didn’t work. I tried eveything even asking AI how to fix it. Even with a new install it wont even work?. Need help ASAP. Thank you very much.

I’m seeing this for the 1st time. Also, I’ve got nothing in my Libraries to sync.

If you were a user of Adobe’s Creative Cloud Synced files (CCSF), by now you are aware that they discontinued that facility starting February 4, 2025 (originally February 1, 2024). In their post about this change, they advise that sync’d files left on CCSF after the date will be deleted and no longer accessible using the Creative Cloud Desktop / Asset manager. See Discontinuation of Creative Cloud Synced files. They kindly renamed the local directory to Creative Cloud Files + <account type> + <profile_name> + <email> + <GUID>, and left any files in that directory intact. I was an early adopter of the CCSF facility, to support my Lightroom Classic usage. Some of you Classic users apparently stored your catalogue in the directory (based upon my research). I didn’t do that. Instead, I guess I did something unexpected. I put my entire image directory in the CCSF directory. Yep, all 792 GBytes of 72,207 images. It worked fine! As many have pointed out, it was li

I need to change the “member name” found at https://community.adobe.com/members/master-fantasy0375-3452798Adobe automatically generated this name, and I find it inappropriate.I can change the “Adobe screen name” at https://account.adobe.com/profile but that seems to be different from or otherwise not affect the community member/profile name, which does not seem to have an option to be changed at https://community.adobe.com/settings/profileThanks for any help or ideas on whether it can be changed.

Hi All   New to Firefly. I'm instructed by my bosses to test Firefly's capabilities with food photography. I'm getting good results from Midjourney. Is there anyone getting good results here?  [weblink removed as per forum guidelines]   Steve

Dear Sir/ Madam,We want to change the payment method. The payment is currently going through credit card. We want to change it to bank transfer or direct debit or standing order. Appreciate if you could advise how to proceed because when I clicked on change payment details, it only gives me the option to change the credit card details instead of providing other payment methods.Thank you

Hi thereunfortunately I’m unemployed currently due to a death in my immediate family and I forgot to downgrade my subscription until I get back on my feet. The payment and renewal only just came out today and I’m really struggling both emotionally and financially currently and I’m wondering if I can please downgrade my plan and receive a refund for the most recent renewal. I’ll return to pro once I’m back working. Thanks so much for your help

Pressing G used to add a linear gradient mask. Now it brings up the new Grid layout. J used to apply the radial mask. Now it does nothing. What’s going on with the KBSCs? I’m not sure if there are others that have changed. The brush took, still works with K.

Is it possible to split PDF files withAcrobat Reader? If yes, I would like to know if there is a feature that allowsto name each file automatically while splitting the files.  For example, if I have a file of 10 pages ( which contains invitation with names of10 different persons) and I split each page to one file (total of 10 PDF files- one file for each person) and I would like for each file to be named by the person'sname, is there a customized feature that can assist with naming each PDF file(instead if numbering each PDF file)?

Hey all,I have a job to do and I’m panicking. I updated my Mac Mini 2018 today with the new Sequoia 15.8.1 update. Shortly after, I launched Illustrator, and right in the middle of working on a map, drawing a bunch of roads, my black and white Selection arrow tools reversed their functions. Literally, right in the midst of working on my drawing...one minute things were fine and the next...crazy. Not only that, but my Pen tool won’t end a line now. I click once to create a point and click again to create a line, and it won’t let go...won’t stop at the last point. It wants me to keep drawing. The only way to let go is to hit Escape, or click back to the first point, which I cannot do. This is freaking me out because I can’t draw now. I’ve been working in this program since the late 1980’s. I’ve never seen it do anything like this.I should add that I completely uninstalled Illustrator, removed my old Preferences, and reinstalled the program thinking maybe it became corrupted somehow. That

Summary: I bought Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard, Education edition (Windows, boxed), directly from Adobe in Italy in 2011. I still have the box with the product code (DSGNW3-...) and the emails from Adobe containing the product code and my serial number. I am still a teacher, as I was at the time of purchase.Problem: the installer rejects my 24-digit serial with "This serial number is not valid for this product." I believe the serial was issued to me by Adobe through the EMEA Education fulfillment process, so it should be linked to my product code. I have already read the help articles on Education order fulfillment outside North America and on invalid or revoked serial numbers, and they do not solve my case.Request: please can Adobe send me a new correct serial, a replacement, or an offline activation option for CS5.5. I can provide photos of the box, the emails and proof of current eligibility as a teacher. If this cannot be handled here, please escalate my case to the Lic
