Adobe Error Message Hello, I have a computer (Mac Mini running OS X El Capitan) with Adobe CS6 Master Collection installed.I had to reinstall the operating system and now want to reinstall the Master Collection. Unfortunately, the licensing process fails, and I get an error message saying there is no internet connection. See screenshot. I’ve already searched through all the help pages I could find and tried the following:- The computer is connected to the internet- Adobe licensing servers are reachable --> Pong- Checked the hosts fileUnfortunately, none of this helped.How can I solve this problem?Thank you very muchAndreas

I am finding it impossible to add a photo from Lightroom into the Adobe Express webpage editor. When I choose add a photo, there is no More option where I can add a photo from Lightroom. There are only the stock photos and Upload from your device. Hi anyone. Have started having issues with Acrobat XI Pro version just shutting down after about 5 seconds.Have unistalled and re-installed and same is happening. This wasn't happeniong pre new year and worked fine until Dec 2019.Anyone able to advise what is going on and how to fix it? ThanksDean

Correct me if I am wrong : When I first tried Retype feature I could edit text in an image (incorporated, not linked). But now I am only able to identify a more or less simliar font without editing text function. Am I missing something or did Adobe stepped back and dropped this very useful feature?

I would like to turn off the small overview of the entire page that appears on the right side in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.I don't find it useful, often covers up the text that I'd like to read when I've maximized the document to take up the entire screen's width. How could I stop this from appearing?Thank you for your help!

Ever since the latest update, I will color pick a color using the eyedrop tool but the color wheel does not jump to the selected color. For example, if the last color I had on the color wheel is red and I eyedrop tool a blue color, the colorwheel will stay on the red color even though it says I have blue selected. This makes it hard to mix colors or see where they reside on the wheel. Is there a setting I can turn on or off to fix this? Thank you.

I have several images in the same folder that need to be relinked. When I relink a file, InDesign doesn't see all the other missing files in that folder, even though I have checked "Seach for missing links in this folder". Am I doing something wrong?

I click on, for example, Photoshop when Creative Cloud has launched it goes through the opening process and then an Adobe message panel appeards stating ‘something went wrong’  Error 224.

Since updating to AFX 26.2.1 I would get the message “File is damaged and can´t be opened”. I had to re-install the 2025 Version which still worked. But now I am getting the same message with this Version that still worked the other day. The Manage Payment Method interface on your account management website has a major flaw: once entered, credit cards can not be removed. I don't think I've ever encountered a website before where if I enter a credit card, then enter another card later, and I can't just click "remove" for the card I no longer want on file. Mind you, this is not me attempting to remove all cards I have on file. I have an active subscription and understand 100% that Adobe needs a card on file to bill things to every month. Most sites would call this a default card and as long as you have one card on file, set as default, you're good. So, I decided to "contact" Adobe via chat. I just left my browser window open and maybe an hour or so later somebody popped on to "help" me. The "help", after some back and forth, I got was essentially this: "I can not help you even though I said I could initially. I can only see one card on my end. If you see multiple, those should just disappear sometime"

ADE 4.5.12 briefly opens (for like a second) and then quits on macOS 15.7.3. I have tried many things, like restarting, uninstalling and restarting, manually deleting the activation.dat file to deauthorize and then reauthorizing. When I do all that, it works. I am able to open ADE when I delete the activation.dat file, and then reauthorize it. It seems to work. I am able to then open an ACSM file (a library ebook). All is well. And then again, quits. And then, whenever I open it again, it is back to quitting in a second. The time it stays open (if you can call it that) is not enough to do anything, not even ctrl-shift-d to deauthorize (which is why I resorted to deleting the activation.dat file manually). I see a very recent post of a similar problem, but not exactly, as their ADE seems to stay open to do stuff. I am using macOS Tahoe 26.4.1 on a Macbook M4 Pro. I have been fighting with Adobe Premiere (both 25.6.5 and 26.2) because none of my hotkeys are working whatsoever. I’ve been having to manually click tools, the playback buttons, and timeline area to get anything to work. The spacebar seems to like to open a new instance of premiere every time I press it, which is tough because I usually use that key to stop/start playback. When Premiere 26.2 is first opened, I get an error saying ‘The shortcut key file “Adobe Premiere Pro Defaults.kys” is invalid!’ and the app resumes loading. That same error does not pop up in 25.6.5, but the symptoms are the same. Here’s what I’ve done so far:I’ve held option while opening, and reset the prefs/cache/plugins numerous times I’ve completely uninstalled all Adobe apps and Creative cloud, and used Adobe’s ‘Creative Cloud Uninstaller’. Nonostante abbia rimosso le immagini dalla pagina, non riesco a eliminare definitivamente i relativi collegamenti.Di conseguenza, ad ogni apertura del file mi compare l’avviso “collegamenti a sorgenti mancanti” e nel pannello Collegamenti vedo ancora le anteprime con il punto interrogativo rosso, che vorrei eliminare completamente.Inoltre, se clicco su “Vai al collegamento” non mi porta a nessun punto del documento e non riesco a trovare un modo per eliminarlo definitivamente: l’unica opzione che sembra disponibile è quella di riassociarlo a un’altra immagine.Qualcuno sa indicarmi come rimuovere in modo definitivo questi collegamenti mancanti dal file?Grazie in anticipo!

I created a publication based on a previous one. It's in a new folder with the default [fonts] and [lins] subfolders. Preflight shows no linking errors. Since there are numerous unused graphics in the link folder (from the old version), I wish to create a new package before sending to production. I get the above error with no explanation. How do I do this without manually copying every link (70) and font (46)?This is CS3 on Vista Home Premium.

 Since updating to version 27.6.0, the "Quit" shortcut has been grayed out, and the program cannot be closed "manually" either. I have to "force quit" it completely. Is this a new feature?  

After installing IOS Catalina I have lost the use of LRMogrify2. I get an error message "magick cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified" "Failed to run Mogrify..more info in the txt file" It appears to me that a new security feature has been added via Catalina. How to I get LRMogrify2 to work again? Thanks for any help in this matter.  NH

I'm having a really frustrating issue. I am trying to export an interactive .pdf, but when I do there is some color conversion going on. Normally I would mess with the color settings in the export dialog, but the interactive .pdf export dialogue box has no color conversion settings (presumably this means that there is no color conversion going on when exporting this type of .pdf), however when I open the .pdf several of my colors are very obviously and significantly changed. Many of the colors look like they are approximating the "out of gamut" CMYK color coversions of my RGB color swatches - but I don't know why it would bother doing this for an interactive .pdf (which is presumed to be for digital use). Any ideas? I found this thread that seemed to have a similar issue, but the proposed "correct answers" have yielded no results for me. Changing the color settings changes how they appear in the document to me, but the colors are still changing once exported. Here you can see

Had a problem with the Photoship elements 2025.  Had 3 files of pictures removed.  As yoI u see in the file below the files are there and I have tried to import them and it says the pictures are in the catalog.  When I hit all media nothing shows up.  The pictures are in the files when i look at them under the pictures in windows with the correct files.  When i googled the problem they stated you have to remove the applied filter.  I havent even used the photo editor yet so i am not that familiar with filters and using smarrt filters.  I would appreciate any help.  I have attached a photo of my screen.Thank you
