Solved

hello!i’ve just finished a photo project & i’m needing to share the photos with my client for them to download — these are engagement photos so the likelihood of them being used on socials or printed is high.i’m wondering if using the shared albums feature will allow my client to download the photos at FULL resolution?i want to ensure there is no loss in quality if transferring them this way. thank you!!

Hi there,  I've been getting this error message "The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again" constantly since last week. It was working perfectly before then on the beta version. I've tried deleting the beta version and work with Photoshop v25.0 which has generative ai function but keep getting stuck at 100%. On top of that, it seems to work randomly when I connect to my phone's hotspot but it fails again after a few minutes. I'm on a mac and I've tried to disable the firewall as suggested by some people but still doesn't seem to work.  Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

So since 2 days ago, every time I try to apply a preset I get this pop-up saying “Some AI models are downloading. Please try again later.” that stays stuck at 0% and doesn't move.I saw one of the possible fixes may be to log out and back in, but when trying to log out I also get an error, the one in the attached picture.I've tried restarting my computer and router, changing firewall/antivirus settings, running as administrator, reinstalling LrC, and none work.It seems like all of a sudden LrC can’t recognize that I am connected to the internet.Does anyone have any other potential fixes? Thank you.

I cancelled my AI account during the free trial period, but was still charged and have an active account.  How can I request a refund and cancel the account?

I’ve an interesting issue.  I have spent a bit of time recreating the look of AE’s expression editor as a Per Character styling expression.  It’s not complete yet, but serves my purposes… but the per-frame render time add 5s each frame.  And rendering out a 90 second sequence took 90 minutes. I’m wondering if there’s a way to bake the expression styling once done. Here’s the code if anyone wants to experiment:///// HEX COLOR CONFIGURATION //////var hexBase = "#D4D4D4"; // Off-whitevar hexBlue = "#3E8FE1"; // Blue (Keywords)var hexLtBlue = "#48D9FD"; // Light Blue (Numbers)var hexPink = "#F67476"; // Pink (Strings)var hexYellow = "#9D9039"; // Yellow (Brackets)var hexLightYellow = "#DCBE84"; // Yellow (reserved terms)var hexGreen = "#6A9955"; // Green (Comments)var hexCursor = "#FFFFFF"; // White (Cursor)///// Convert Hex to AE-friendly RGB [0,1]function hexToRgb(hex) { var r = parseInt(hex.slice(1, 3), 16) / 255; var g = parseInt(hex.slice(3, 5), 16) / 255; var

After Google searches and looking through the Adobe forums, I see that Firefly issues are rampant. I am spending a fortune for this monthly Creative subscription. They show all of these videos about all the things you can create. So I was excited to take my 4,000 credits and start exploring. First, I want to see the difference between the different engines. So I created a text to image prompt that I wanted to try with each engine and see which I thought was the best. I went through the 4 Adobe engines. Very poor results. They didn’t really follow my prompts and the results were very amateurish. So then I clicked over to the third party engines. I was immediately hit with the message “Slow Down. For security reasons we limit too many generations in a short amount of time. Please try again later”. There are so many things wrong with this message. First, it was only my 5th or 6th generation in a matter of weeks. Weeks ago I spent hours creating videos and images without ever receiving thi

I've been working with a file off and on without issue, and today I tried to open it to receive a "Illustrator can only partially read this file" error, and it to open it all as links. I downloaded a way back previous version of the file from my cloud to receive the same error. Pulled up Illustrator 2025 and opened the original file and the old version, both without issue. Reeeallllyyyy?? Come on Adobe. I don't have time for this. Why suddenly can't I open a perfectly fine file I used yesterday in Illustrator 2026, I now have to use Illustrator 2025. This is insane. Running OS 15.6.1, Illustrator v30.1

Using an m1 Max, didn't have this issue prior to the latest update to version 9.4  Denoise introduces banding that continues on through to exported files.  Not an issue prior to the update.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

Hi guys, super frustrating.  I am trying to drag and drop a motion graphic into my timeline, but every time I try it says that it is not compatible with my version of premiere and to update to the latest version.  My Premiere and AE are both up to date. This happens with every graphic I try to pull over from the adobe stock essential graphics tab. Screenshots attached.

How can I default my copy number to 1. Somehow mine changed to 38 and I have tried all I can find to fix it. I even deleated adobe and reinstalled and it still defaults to 38. If I print from word or google it does not.

Me siento Estafada.

I was changing around some things within Lightroom files last week and thought everything was done correctly. But today I saw that there is a wrong connection. In am working on a Mac. In finder, my folder structure is this: 2026 → 2026.08 → other folders. But in Lightroom, there are two 2026.08 folder. One is within the 2026 parent folder, containing other folders. But there is also a separate 2026.08 folder, which contains only one other folder (2026.08.08 - Ameland - sunset walk). In finder, this is all under the same 2026 → 2026.08 folder. There is another problem. When I click on show or hide a parent folder, I am getting this error message:  Database "/Volumes/HD Frouke/Lightroom backup/2026-10-01 1214/Lightroom Catalog/Lightroom Catalog backup 01-10.26 1.lrcat": UNIQUE constraint failed: AgLibraryFolder.rootFolder, AgLibraryFolder.pathFromRootsql: UPDATE AgLibraryFolder SET rootFolder = ?,pathFromRoot = ? WHERE id_local = ?; (error code 2067)I have tried many different things in

I canceled my subscription on September 23rd, but I noticed a new charge on my credit card today, October 1st. Could you please check if my subscription is fully canceled? Since it has only been 8 days since my cancellation request, please confirm that I am within the 14-day window for a full refund and process it for me. Thank you!

I am using InDesign 21.3, working on a simple 2 page file, I go to place a logo and the blue thinking wheel pops up and doesn’t go away. I can click and move things around but none of it is being “saved”. I close the file and click to close the program and it just sits there still open. I then have to force quit the program. When I relaunch the file opens with the software and everything I did while the wheel was spinning was not saved. It’s done this several times since the update and there is no pattern to why. I’m finding it randomly acting up. It’s really frustrating, especially when I’m not working on anything complicated.

I noticed that in Photoshop 26.9.0 the Build‑up option is always active, even when it is unchecked in Brush Settings. This makes it impossible to paint without build‑up.The issue also occurs in the Photoshop Beta 26.10.0.System: Mac mini M1, macOS Sonoma 14.7.6Video attachedhttps://youtube.com/shorts/0WhFV-f1lls

I am having an issue with Adobe Illustrator version 30.8.2 freezing after I launch it a second time. I have to restart my machine in order to get the application to open and let me work. If I close the app and try opening it again. It opens, but as soon as I try to open a file, it locks up, and I have to force quit. I’ve done all of the steps online, like clearing the preferences and opening in safe mode. I’ve even uninstalled the app and done a clean install. Still get the same problem. I’m I the only one with this issue? My Mac is running the latest OS 27 version on an Apple M3 Ultra Mac Studio. It's very frustrating to have to restart my machine every time I need to open Illustrator after I’ve closed it. If anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this, please share. It all began when I updated to OS 27.

Hello, I am trying to regain access to my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio, historically identified as “Pressa313”. I can successfully sign in to my Adobe ID. However, every Contributor URL—including the portfolio and official contact page—immediately redirects to “Account creation is not available.” I also receive sales notifications for the older portfolio, but cannot view the portfolio, files, or earnings history. I do not want to create a second Contributor account. I need the existing profile reviewed and, if necessary, linked back to the correct Adobe ID. The official Contributor contact form is inaccessible because it redirects to the same error page. Could an Adobe staff member advise how to open a recovery case or have Contributor Relations review this account-linking issue? I can supply verification and sales-notification evidence privately through an approved support channel. Thank you.

This happens to me every now and then: InDesign completely messes up the preview on my screen. If I zoom in or out, it usually disappears. At first, I blamed it on my old computer, where the graphics card was probably failing, but the same problem persists on my new Mac Mini.It doesn't seem to happen at all; it's completely random. This issue is still not fixed with the latest update (21.0.1), and it's even worse. If I move an object with a drop shadow, InDesign "moves" the entire shadow. Zooming in and out doesn't help; I have to completely close and reopen the document for it to work as it should.

Mac, OS Tahoe 26.3.1 (a)In the past I have had this problem with Illustrator and Photoshop. Now it sometimes appears with InDesign as well. If I try to drag the active window to another place on my screen, by dragging from the top of the window, it disappears behind all other apps currently open. Oddly, any free floating palettes stay on top. If I can still see a part of the window, I can click on it to bring it back to the front. If not, I have to go to the dock to bring it forward. Nothing is lost so this is an annoyance rather than a real problem, but why does it happen and why is it now happening with ID as well as the others?

I need to talk to an agent to reset my activation count as my laptop has crashed and I cannot de-activate the serial number from that laptop
