Many times I delete the bookmarks from downloaded statements, close the bookmarks panel and save the file. However every time I open the pdf, the bookmarks panel displays without any bookmarks and covers 75% of the pdf window so I have to close it every time I open the file.How can I permanently stop the bookmarks panel from displaying every time I open a pdf?

Let me know how it could be an Intellectual Property. It's just an AI made image that shows releasing water from a tape. I would appreciate your answer. Thanks. 

Hi again! 🙂 I just converted a PDF into an indesign file, but I noticed it came with a bunch of section breaks —  the page numbering restarts every 1, 2 or 3 pages. I've selected all pages and tried to override the sections by starting a whole new section in "numbering and section options" but it just affected the first section/the first two pages. By any chance, does anyone know a good workaround so that it won't be necessary to manually reset all the sections one by one, not in this nor in future converted documents, please? 

For some reason, the search bar no longer works within my folders, if I get there through the CTRL+D (place tool) through InDesign. For instance, I am searching through our company logos, and typed in “Walmart” and it doesn’t search for our Walmart logos, when it should. Even when I click within the logo box and type W, nothing happens. The only way for me to bypass this, is to open my windows folder separately (not within InDesign) and then drag it on to my InDesign file. This is super inconvenient, especially when working with effects. Anyone know why my InDesign is having this glitch and how I can get my search bar to work again?  

I used the customer service online chat for help with a Photoshop issue earlier today and feel like my security has been compromised. I got put through to an agent who exited the chat within a minute of it starting. I then got a call from an American number (‭+1 (408) 606-3892‬) saying she was from Adobe and we had been cut off. Only thing is I never gave the chat agent my number? And when I google this number it comes up with a scam Adobe call? I started another chat immediately and got put through to someone else, and moments later as we were chatting got another call, this time from a London number (‭020 7365 5358‬). I’m based in the UK but again this number doesn’t come up with anything when I google it. This is extremely unusual for me to get two calls from two random (and different) unknown numbers, and when I asked the chat agent if he was calling me he said no, he didn’t have my number and that it was probably the previous chat person calling me. In premiere, the audio file that I have is only playing from the left side. I have followed all of the YouTube videos on how to fix this, from modifying the audio channel to adding the "fill right audio with left" effect. After adding the effect, the audio file in the timeline still only plays from the left, but in the source it shows that both the left and right audio channels are filled. And when I play the audio file in the source window, it is playing from both the left and the right. So basically, in the timeline, I only get left audio, but the source shows both left and right. Any ideas on how to fix this or what I need to do to make both sides play in the timeline? Thanks!!

I am sharing my experience regarding the handling of my renewal for the Creative Cloud Photography Plan and the subsequent interaction with Adobe support. On December 10, 2025, I received an official communication from Adobe stating that the cost of my plan would increase from €9.99 to €15.12. Hi, I am using an Epson SC P6000 straight from Lr Classic 14.1.1. Everything prints with all formats fine except when I put in a 24 in. roll. It always prints the wrong way no matter how I configure the page setup. I have the tried triocking the system by sending everything exactly the same except that I rotate the image 90 deg.Same result. I not sure if it is a bug, or something wrongly set.  Any ideas how to solve this? thanks

Hello,I just bought This item from Adobe Stock. As a thumbnail everything seems fine but these items are just badly image-traced and resold, making them unusable in any way possible because of the horrendous quality of the vector. My question is; how can I report things like this? The specific user's profile seems to be full with subpar traced vectors that he is selling on Adobe Stock. I know I can't get a refund for the digital download but this is just rediculous. Please remove these items and if possible, give me my credit back.

Started a free trial, but quickly found that most images are AI generated, not real photos, so I canceled.  If I  wanted AI images instead of real photos I can create them myself with my own tools without paying Adobe Stock $30 per month. Very disappointing.  I expected more from Adobe.

How do I add stroke (line width) and change color to text box frame? I am trying to add a border to the text box without having to add another rectangle behind the text box.

I password protect all of my sensitive and financial PDF documents. The downloaded PDF Chase Bank statements are already password protected and can't be modified. To get around this, I print the docs using "Microsoft Print to PDF" option. The new generated doc allows me to a add my password. 

I would like to cancel my Adobe Lightroom plan because I am no longer using it. However, it shows the message, “You will be able to manage this plan shortly.”I have already followed the instructions on the website, including waiting 24 hours and waiting until after the trial period ended. It has now been 2–3 days, but the Cancel button still does not appear.Could someone please help explain why the Cancel option is not showing and how I can cancel the plan?  

I am trying to print a photo to Epson XP 15000 and it automatically comes up to image size of 4x6, but I want it to be the size of the image which is 5 ½ x7.  Every time I try to change it, Photoshop closes.  I have reinstalled Photoshop, my print drivers, reset my preferences, removed other printers...I don’t know what to do next.  I saw where I should change color management, but it doesn’t show on my version the same.  I have also checked the printer spooler service to make sure it is ON and automatic.I have Windows.I would appreciate any help you can offer.It’s a new printer, which I can return, I’m just worried that it’s not a printer problem. and it will happen with a different printer.

I've been doing this same exact process for over a dedace without any problems whatsoever. Suddenly, today I keep getting an error message saying that Adobe Illustrator is "unable to export the following files". I'm just trying to run a batch export to SVG on 24 artboards containing very simple logos. What changed? This has never een an issue before...

I own Acrobat Pro 2017.  It's been installed on my desktop, and on my laptop... working fine on both.  I purchased a new laptop, so uninstalled Acrobat Pro (without deactivating first) from my old laptop.  When I try to install and activate on the new one I get a "license exceeded" message.  On the Adobe web site I can see where I purchased the product, and it tells me the serial number, but I can find no way to deactivate from anything, let alone a specific computer.. How can I get the license assigned to my old laptop deactivated so I can reuse it? 

My audio track waveform is glitching. When I zoom out, suddenly the waveform is changes. Also the audio is not sync with what I’m hearing. Anyone know how to fix this?This is the correct waveform, sync with the audio that came outIt changed when I zoomed out 

Ich möchte eine PDF-Datei mit Kommentaren so ausdrucken, dass auf der linken Seite des Ausdruckes die PDF-Seite abgebildet ist und rechts die Kommentare aufgelistet sind. Aktuell bekomme ich das nur so hin, dass die Kommentare auf einer separaten Seite (siehe Screenshot) aufgelistet sind. In Word gibt es eine ähnliche Funktion (siehe Screenshot). Vor einigen Jahren habe ich eine Tastenkombination dafür gekannt, diese habe ich leider vergessen… Wer hat eine Idee?
