The color picker has completely changed from what it was. It’s now bands of color rather than a gradiant of color in the middle square with color range on the bar on the right. Here is what I see in PS 2026: I find this confusing and difficult to use after using PS for 20 years and seeing this:  Question: How do I get this back?  Same is true of selecting a color fill when using Shift+F5 for fill. Now I see this:  How do I get the old color picker back? I find this confusing and disorienting after two decades of using PS. 

Any time I go to use the Brush Tool, if I happen to have Caps Lock enabled on my keyboard, I cannot see the visual indicator of the brush size. Only when I disable Caps Lock does the brush size indicator reappear.

Im sure this has been asked before but I cant find a recent answer. I have run a signed-in adobe acrobat previously on my Home PC, but now the licence is installed on my work PC and laptop. Now I cant even read a pdf on my Home PC withough it trying to sign me in. Is there a way around this?ORIs signing in with my paid subscription the worst thing I could have done on my home PC and I am now being punished for having a paid subscription? Regards   

Hello, I'm getting an error "Cannot extract the embedded font ...." and some caracters are not displayed (The file reads perfectly on edge, firefox, pdf24, evince and okular. The font is Raleway. The same error occurs with Montserrat and Arimo.It happens only with italic or italic-bold sections of the file. Example file attached.

This just started happening. I haven’t changed any settings. I’m creating a multi-layer image. When I paste an image into a new layer, instead of the little thumbnail in the layers pane showing, it’s just a transparent thumbnail. (See screenshot).Screenshot shows the image on that I put on Layer 2 but it won’t show up in the layers pane. Any ideas? 

I have been trying to create a threaded table in InDesign.I created the original table and then struggled to thread it into another frame.  After many attempts I managed it but have no idea how. Threading works fine through these two frames but now I want to extend to a further frame. Whichever way I try it just won’t work. When I try to add rows at the bottom of the table I don’t get an overset text indicator, the new rows appear OVER THE TOP of the existing table. By enlarging the frame widthways the new rows then space out to the side within the enlarged frame which is not what I want.I have tried creating a new frame first and then linking the frames by clicking the out point of the first frame to load content and then placing into the new frame. This links the frames but does not load any of the table or text.If I load the content and then just place on the blank page a new linked frame is created but again no table or text within it.Is the fact that I don’t see an overset text in

Hi! I'm kind of trapped after reinstalling my Win11 earlier today. I thought I backed up everything but my creative cloud app was logged-in on my laptop for so long I forgot it exists. The problem is, I work in photoshop and premiere every single day and now I can't log in to account I pay for every month lol.After a year or more of using the account and paying for it, I can't remember email adress I used. As mentioned in the title, I have name, surname, (obviosly) and credit card data (the one used for monthly payments). Phone number I think I used doesn't work... I can also check when the payments started. Is this kind of info enough to verify the acc being mine? How can I recover my account or at least get to know what email I used back then? I know all my passwords so recovering will be easy from then on.Please help! 🙂

Hi,Suddenly, my layer thumbnails are not displaying in the Layers panel. I tried increasing the thumbnail size and resetting my workspace, but nothing changed. It’s really frustrating because I rely on the previews when working with multiple layers. Any idea what’s causing this?

I've extensively searched the knowledge base for this answer, but everything I've found pertains to old versions of the software. How do you turn off automatic OCR in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.006.20320 so that it STAYS OFF? I don't want to keep opening a pdf and have the OCR run every time and have to manually turn it off every time. I don't want OCR on AT ALL. If I want to run an OCR, I will manually start the operation myself.

Hi, I'd like to rename pages so that in the thumbnail view, I have some idea what they contain, so I can reorder.Like in almost every other CC product, (PS, AE, Pr, etc.) thumbnails have names so that if you want to reorder them, dragging and dropping is simple by using the thumbnails and their names.I can find no way to do this in In-Design and I've searched forums, etc. and only find people asking for it but no one providing the answer.Hard to imagine it's not possible, that the only thing my pages get named as is their number (order)... which changes...You can see it's not possible to tell from the thumbnails what is on these pages (yes some are blank).I'm a noob and I'm sure I'm just missing something basic...Thanks[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from generic Cloud/Setup forum to the specific Program forum... Im trying to create an agreement via your REST V6 API and everything seems to work, i can upload a document and im receiving a documentTransientId, i can also create an agreement and set some basic data to it. My computer restarted after windows updates and now I'm unable to preview pdf's as before. I have tried resetting View Options... in different options as suggested by multiple forums. None have been able to re-activate the Preview Pane option. In Adobe preferences, I've checked and unchecked "Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer" without success.Coworkers are now experiencing the same thing after the automatic updates occurred after-hours. Suggestions or alternatives to opening each file?

I am using Illustrator version  28.7.10, provided through my employer. The most recent update is not available. I am on Mac OS Tahoe.I have noticed that there are no Smart Guides for me. Even with them turned on, resetting preferences, downloading previous generations of illustrator, nothing works. I can sometimes get them to appear, but it is very situational. WIthout Smart Guides, my workflow is totally ruined.However, I didn’t always have this problem. When I first started, I had the Smart Guides like normal, but I was using a Magic Mouse at the time. I have loads of issues with that mouse, so I switched to a mouse that better suits my comfortability and mindset. But now, I’ve lost the guides. If I reconect the Magic Mouse, I can get the guides to appear as normal, but only when using that mouse.Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? The ergonomics of the Magic Mouse are really hard on my hand and wrist, and the gestures get me every time. Right clicking is also a chore.Th

I’m trying to make my text into my shape. Just trying to remove all extra variables, I am now trying this with a simple ellipse and the text “Test”.  I followed a tutorial to use envelope distort, and made the shape to be the front layer.When highlighting both and pressing Object → Envelope Distort, none of the functions are available. Why is this / How do I solve this? Thanks!Eugen

Hey,I have the same issue in every Adobe programm I use - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.The issue has come up in the past week and occures on multiple machines if I try.Newest version is installed and still has the issue.Whenever I go to create a new file and try to type in the sizes, it keeps resetting back to the last used numbers for 3-4 times until it finally gives up wanting to change it.This is immensly annoying and I can't find any info about this. Any idea what that might be?Best regards

Hello, when I review the printout, the outlined version of the text is thicker than the live text version. I did some research, and people were saying it's because the text loses its hinting information when its outlined. Is there any possible way to look as the same after outlining? Thank you.
