Hello, I would like to ask for a refund. Yesterday I got a notification that my PayMaya has paid PHP 3311.84 after paying PHP 870.24 for Illustrator since September 26. I want to receive a refund on the PHP 3311.84. I'm using a student account under my university's name. Please respond as soon as possible.

Just saw that I'm trying to be charged for my subscription it will not let me cancel the subscription and I have not used the subscription. That account is no longer active and I am not paying for something that I'm not using

InDesign crashes and shuts down whenever I try to update links. The application is up to date, and the crash log has been submitted to Adobe. Is anyone else running into this issue?

I’m working on packaging artwork in Adobe Illustrator and want to make sure the files are properly prepared before sending them to a professional printer.I’m mainly trying to understand the best workflow for: Setting up the correct document size and bleed Using CMYK colors correctly Handling spot colors when needed Preparing dielines and keeping them separate from artwork Checking images and fonts before exporting Choosing the right PDF export settings for printing For those who regularly prepare packaging or print-ready artwork in Illustrator, what workflow and export settings have worked reliably for you?I’d especially appreciate advice on avoiding common prepress issues that only become apparent after the file reaches the printer.

I've been trying madly to find any version of the IDML (XML) specification online. I've found many resources, both Adobe and third parties, that reference this URL: https://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/devnet/indesign/sdk/cs6/idml/idml-specification.pdf ...but that now results in an error. For the life of me, after extensive searching, I cannot find any mirror of that document anywhere. It seems very strange, as it's supposed to be a public specification, and is used by several other software vendors. Past discussions also reference an 'IDML cookbook,' which may have also resided in the same place, but which is also now gone. Can anyone from Adobe -- or otherwise -- try to find a current link?

Hello Adobe Team & Community,I am experiencing a critical and persistent "Disconnected" issue with Premiere Pro Team Projects that affects multiple computers and different Adobe accounts under our workflow. Hello, My Behance project was recently flagged as “Spam” and set to “Not Shared” by Behance. Project: https://www.behance.net/gallery/253958141/-REDESIGN-DE-PERSONAGENS This is an original creative portfolio project focused on character redesign, illustration, visual development and art direction. The work was manually created and published as a legitimate portfolio case study. I received an enforcement notice identifying the violation only as “Spam”, with the action listed as “Not Shared”. The notice did not specify which element or activity triggered the classification. I have already submitted an appeal through the official Behance appeal process. Before doing so, I also removed the external promotional links that were previously included in the project, in case they were interpreted incorrectly. I have never used this project or my Behance account for bulk messaging, automated activity, artificial engagement, purchased views/likes, or other forms of spam. I would appreciate any cla

Hi guys,I am a wedding photographer and web developer quite okay with colour spaces. So here is my problem. Adobe Lightroom Classic is using Adobe Colour profile for my images but when I export the images the image looks totally different. Before you think I am a newbi here is what I have done so far. 1. I understand colour space differences. I also used the soft proofing option within LR with sRGB profile to see how it will look. Soft proofing and develop module gives me the same look, but after exporting is totally oversaturated. 2. I am using my Dell Ultrasharp Premier Colour monitor calibrated to perfection and I am using the monitor in sRGB mode. 3. The exported image is oversaturated compared to LR on ANY DEVICEs. So I export the image, and that images looks exactly the same oversaturated on Iphone, Ipad, Samsung phones, and laptops. 4. I have the same version of Lightroom on my laptop, and if I export it there, it does not alter the settings. I use the s

In Illustrator, is there a way to change what number a numbered list starts with? I'd seen a post elsewhere in the forums to look under the settings for bullets/numbers, but when I followed it to the same place in Illustrator, there didn't seem to be an option to change the list start number. I'm working on a file for a client who wants to stay in Illustrator, so I'm hoping to not shift out to a different program if possible.

've created some collections with subcategories and linked these to my home page. I want o be able to navigate directly to the page that has thumbnails of each of my sub categories. Instead it navigates to the Collection, then I need to click on that page to take me to the sub categories. Is there any way I can click on the category listed on the homepage e.g. "Birdlife" which then takes me directly to the sub-category page which shows "Seabirds", "Birds of Prey" etc?

Am running Premiere 25.6.1 [ Build 2 ]   The Rippled Edit ( B ) tool no longer works the same way that it's always done.  With the tool selected and you move the track, it slides/moves the clip dynamically on the timeline, similar to the Slip ( Y ) tool, and this is hurting my muscle memory ... badly to give me an anxiety attack.  I have used the Ripple Edit tool for 20+ years, and I fear that this isn't a bug, but a deliberate change.   If you're trying to edit based on audio waveforms, it's particularly bad as it's hard to see the leading edge of the waveform against the cut point. Is there a setting to revert this to the way it's literally been for 20 years.  Please don't break my muscle memory, Adobe. Please!   thanks. Geoff

I use the fabulous autostack by time feature in LR Classic (latest version as of the date of this post).  This neatens and clarifies what is included in any stacks I have made most of which are in the hundreds of raw images. However when I want to select a stack to export to other applications selecting the stack only grabs the first image and the stack must be laboriously expanded and then the firsts and last images must be selected (in windows) via the shift key.  This is not so easy when navigating down several pages of thumbnails.A simple feature beneath the right click ‘stack’ option could be added to those already there to ‘Select all images in the stack’ Simplez  cheersIan

I have the latest version of Photoshop,  27.6.0. However I just got a pop up window on my Mac saying“Support Ending for Intel--based Apps. This version of “Photoshop 2026” will not open in a future release of macOS. Learn how to update to an Apple Silicon version.”  But this latest version of Photoshop is the silicon version (and has been since version 22 or so).  What is going on? A Mac bug?

I did in the description.

I’ve already installed Photoshop 2026 and reinstalled it. I click “open” and nothing happens. Then I'm only given the option to use it in my browser. Program was working fin before the update. I have a Mac with a Radeon Pro 575 4GB graphic processor.4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 processor32 GB of memoryand 2 TB of storage with 1.5 still available.Running the latest macOS Ventura Version 13.7.8 I use this program everyday for my business, help is appreciated!

I'm trying and failing to get variable width columns using 'text frame options' dialogue.  For example, two columns, one 2/3 the width of the page and one 1/3.  Is it possible?

Hope Biosciences Research Foundation (HBRF) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has historically received Adobe nonprofit pricing through TechSoup. Following Adobe’s transition to Goodstack for verification, we were surprised to learn that we are no longer eligible.Goodstack has fully verified our nonprofit status and my association with the organization. The denial is not a verification issue. After escalating our case to Goodstack Senior Support, they determined that our correct primary classification is “Medical Research.” We do not dispute that classification. The concern is what Goodstack told us next:Goodstack stated that organizations classified as Medical Research are ineligible because “organizations within the broader Health & Medicine category are currently not eligible for Adobe’s nonprofit program.” They further clarified that these are eligibility policies established by Adobe that Goodstack is required to follow. However, I have reviewed Adobe’s published n
