Hi,I followed your recommendation and moved the Camera Raw.8bi plugin file out of the following folder:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC\File Formats\After moving the plugin, After Effects 2025 (25.1.0.68) launches and runs normally without any startup crashes.Based on this result, it appears that the issue is related to the Camera Raw plugin rather than After Effects itself.Could you please confirm whether, as a temporary workaround, it is preferable to:Keep the original microsoft.ai.machinelearning.dll (1.24.4.0) and onnxruntime.dll (1.24.4) versions installed and simply move/remove the Camera Raw.8bi plugin, orContinue using the older 1.17 versions of microsoft.ai.machinelearning.dll and onnxruntime.dll, which also prevent the crash?Since disabling Camera Raw allows After Effects to launch successfully while keeping the Adobe-provided DLL versions unchanged, I would prefer this approach if it is considered the safer and officially recommended workaround.Could you also

I am making text-based videos using PowerPoint exported video (with animation) and my voice recording. I basically only use the split function in Premiere Rush to match the timing between my voice and the animation. The preview from the edit screen looks perfect, but after exporting it to an MP4 file, some of the transitions are jerking at a weird spot. Like the one in the screenshot below. Also, see the full video attached. 

When going to export my video to my computer, I get this error message about the HEVC codec. I was informed by an Adobe employee that Premiere Rush is free. Additionally, I never received this message any of the times when I had an active Adobe plan. 

I cannot pay for this because I forgot to cancel the trial and have not used the software at all. I refuse to update my payment details. Please escalate this to a supervisor if needed, waive the outstanding balance to zero, cancel my subscription immediately, and delete my credit card from your system. I want this resolved today.

Everytime I export a file, the final video glitches and becomes choppy. It's so frustrating. Maybe 1 out of every 20 export actually comes out good. The rest of the time it's a nightmare. It typically takes me about an hour to finally get a project exported without the glitching. Why am I paying for this?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to stop these insanely annoying popup 'tips' every time i select a tool i haven't used in a while. There seems to be a different way to turn these off for each product, turning some options off doesn't always work and its really starting to bug the hell out of me. In illustrator for example I've unchecked the tool tips option in preferences, but I still get these massive intrusive buggers that disrupt my workflow!I 've been using Adobe software for over a decade and i really don't need to be told how to use the crop tool.Is there a way, hacky or not, to remove all of these at once for all products??

Hi,I’m currently creating a poster for a client but now the linked images don’t display correctly in ‘High quality display’ mode. See attached images showing the difference between ‘High Quality’ and ‘Typical’ modes.The GPU setting is on and this happens on my home Mac and work Mac, and not just when using this particular file.I’m wondering if it’s a Mac OS issue as it’s a relatively new problem.Any help would be really appreciated.CheersSteve

Sometime in the past couple months the Fill & Sign text color changed to white...which makes it useless for filling in forms on white background. I've searched the community and everything says the color of the Fill & Sign font cannot be changed.I had to uninstall version 2019.021.20061 and reinstall an older version (.20058) to be able to use Fill & Sign again.Anybody else? Since I didn't find any Community topics where someone else mentioned it, maybe it was just a quirk of my PC/system or a bad install. Certainly it could not have been intended...Thanks

Seit ein paar Tagen habe ich das Problem, dass sich die erste Spaltenbreite der vorhandenen Tabellen ändert, sobald die .icma-Datei in incopy geöffnet wird. Die Spaltenbreiten sind in Indesign fest definiert (erste Spalte 21,8 mm) - nach dem Öffnen in Incopy ist sie nur noch 14,111 mm breit. Manchmal (aber nicht immer) wird die falsche Spaltenbreite auch ins Indesign-Dokument übernommen, sobald die Aufgaben aktualisiert sind. Dadurch zerschießt sich unser komplettes Layout

(InDesign 21.5.1, Windows 11 Pro)There have been (are) several problems with InDesign’s Undo feature, to which a new one (as far as I know) can be added: when you Save As a document, the undo stack is no longer removed. This is a problem because over time, a document’s size can increase enormously. I just updated my Mac to the latest operating system, and the premier rush project I was working on appears in “projects” as a thumbnail, but nothing happens when I click it.  all other projects open as normal.  I also tried to open it in Premier Pro, but the same thing happens.  others open, but this one does not, although there is a thumbnail.  its a rather long video with a lot of editing hours, would love not to lose it!

This is a fun new little problem.I'm having to re-analyze every clip that already has warp stabilizer on it.  When I do, there's about a 50% chance that the last frame of the clip on the timeline will just be black. Also, If I try to export, it will error out.I've taken WS off the clip and re-analyzed with the same result.  If I slide the clip down a frame or 2 and re-anazlyze, same result.The only thing that fixes it is if I just cut that last frame out after it's analyzed.Been doing it for about a month now.

I want to change the info for the bills. Currently billings are on my name but i want to get bills on my company name. But i didn’t see any option for updating or changing the info for the bills on the account settings. How can i do that?

i thought i turned off renewal for my creative cloud subscription that i bought a year ago, on august 26th 2025. it renewed a few days ago, august 26 2026 and i immediately cancelled it. will an automatic refund be made? I cannot afford the price this year.please help, i do not know what to do. I read that if its cancelled within 14 days it will refund but will that work here as well? thanksMellie
