I've just received an email from Adobe (storemanager@adobe.com) that my subscription is almost ending and that I need  to update my creditcard data to continue my membership, but I've never received this before. I presume that is a phishing mail? I've attached a partly screen shot in Dutch. Thanks in advance. 

Hello all, My company has one Adobe license, which allows us to use the apps on two desktops simultaneously. If buy another license will we then have four seats? Thanks.

Ive just decided to create a portfolio and i am unable to add any pages to my portfolio. I'm am clicking on the "+" icon and multiple page options show up however when i click on one nothing happens, is this is glitch/bug?

I have not used the service since the charge took effect, and I would like to request a full refund to my original payment method. Price Increase Of 66.7% From February 2024 for Adobe Pro Only, £9.98 to £16.64/month. Outrageous!! Any other user had the same email. I will be cancelling and investigating a work around. 

I just got off the phone with a customer service representative that was more than willing to cancel my services rather than give me a discount that I asked for since I've been getting billed annually back in 2018. It certainly does not pay to be a long time subscriber so I'll be using one of the many free services that are available online now. 

Hello, I cancelled my subscription during the 7 day free trail. I received an email saying the cancellation with be processed on 7/31. It is now 8/6 and yall are still trying to bill me. Cancel it or I will report yall as fraud. I have documentation as well

저희 캠페인은 클라이언트 쪽 담당자가 중간에 한두 번씩 바뀌는 경우가 많아서, 새 담당자가 오면 이전 요청으로 어디를 왜 고쳤는지부터 다시 설명해야 하더라구요. 최근에는 미드저니로 시안을 여러 번 다시 만들어서 대응했는데, 파일은 사내 협업 툴로 공유해왔던 터라 어떤 버전이 승인받은 건지 담당자들 사이에서도 헷갈려서 결국 저한테 캡처를 다시 보내달라는 요청이 왔습니다.프롬프트만 바꿔서 새로 만들면 결과물은 금방 나오는데, 이전 승인본과 정확히 뭐가 달라졌는지 설명하기가 애매해요. 담당자 교체가 잦은 캠페인에서 클라이언트 수정 요청이 올 때마다 협업 툴로 파일 공유만 반복하는 지금 방식이 맞을까요, 아니면 AI 생성 툴만으로 그때그때 대응하는 게 나을까요?

디자인 전공 2학년인데, 포트폴리오 제작 준비하면서 로고 디자인은 일러스트레이터로 시안 잡고, 북 편집은 인디자인에서 마스터 페이지 잡으라고 선배가 그러더라구요. 학생이라 구독료 이중으로 나가는 게 부담스러워서 하나만 제대로 파는 게 나을지 궁금해요.교수님은 인쇄용이랑 웹용은 색상 모드부터 다르게 잡아야 한다고 하시는데 저는 그 차이도 아직 헷갈리는 상태예요. 로고나 브로슈어, 포트폴리오 PDF까지 한 번에 커버하려면 툴 하나만 잘 다뤄도 되는 건지, 처음부터 같이 배워야 하는 건지 알고 싶어요.

 Since updating to version 27.6.0, the "Quit" shortcut has been grayed out, and the program cannot be closed "manually" either. I have to "force quit" it completely. Is this a new feature?  

I've recently noticed an automatic withdrawl coming out of my bank account that is listed like this "PP*Adobe Inc 402-935-7733 CA 05/15" in the amount of $16.28. This is a monthly withdrawl and when I look into my Adobe account, I'm not seeing any subscriptions, plans or other expenses that would indicate a monthly charge/withdrawl. I do have a few products from Adobe which do show up in my account however they were one-time purchases and do not indicate any additional fees, subscriptions or charges associated with the products. I'm just curious if anyone else has or is experiencing this issue. My gut tells me this is a scammed charge made to look like it's coming from Adobe.

Hi everyone.I’m working on a long feature film. The way I work is the following: I put all the rushes of a sequence in a timeline, watch everything and add markers with comments everywhere I find something interesting. Then I copy/paste all of these selection in a new timeline and reorder everything to have a rough cut of the scene with all the takes I like.Is there a way to ask Premiere to delete all the material outside the material below the markers in the first timeline? It would save me the “copy/paste” action. Thanx

Estoy importando ficheros NEF desde mi Nikon Z6II a Photoshop Elements 2022 (version 20.0) a través de Bridge. Por alguna razón que desconozco, en Organizer me aparecen dos copias de cuanto importo, fotos y videos. Del mismo tamaño cada archivo duplicado, con una extensión *-1.NEF o MP4). I just found that most profiles are gone from the edit section, like all the Modern profiles, the Vintage profiles and a lot of Black and White profiles. The Modern profiles were the ones I used the most. There used to be a lot more profiles than there are today.These profiles are similar to the popular presets that customize the color and the mood of the photos, the difference is profiles are selected after the photo has been captured, during the editing process.I am talking about lightroom for mobile.Does anyone know what happened to these profiles?Thanks for the help.I decided to reupload this bug because I realized I mistakenly chose Lightroom Classic before, but the issue is in Lightroom for Mobile.I could not delete the previous post.

Hello Adobe Community and experts,I’ve recently encountered a severe and puzzling issue with text rendering and export in Photoshop 2025 and 2026, which was not present before.Text becomes noticeably blurry and pixelated, both in the preview window and in the final exported/saved files (Export/Save As). This occurs regardless of the document’s resolution being set to 300 PPI or 72 PPI.The most peculiar aspect is the difference in behavior based on document units:Documents created with Centimeters (CM) as the unit (e.g., from Print presets) exhibit perfectly clear and sharp text. However, documents created with Pixels (PX) as the unit suffer from this text blurriness and pixelation.This issue started occurring only very recently (within the last few days) and was not an issue with previously created pixel-based files in the same Photoshop versions.Troubleshooting Steps Attempted (That Did Not Resolve the Issue):I have already tried several common troubleshooting steps without success:Ch

The Take a snapshot tool in Acrobat is terribly awkward to use and frequently glitches. Usage: Right-click, Take a Snapshot, Right-click again, Select All, Right-click again, Copy selected graphic...then it usually doesn’t work unless you repeatedly left-click the screen until it flashes.Issues: Other than that being incredibly cumbersome, Acrobat also sometimes glitches to produce blank snapshots, unless you restart Acrobat altogether.

Illustratorに配置した画像がIllustrator上では問題無いが、一緒に保存された「PDF互換ファイル」のプレビュー画像でずれている。Illustratorバージョン30.7（生徒が使ってたのも2026ですが、2026の30.7より前のバージョンで発生していた）で生徒が数名リンク画像がずれている報告があったのですが、自分の環境でも同様な問題が発生しました。同様の症状をフォーラムやバグリストで検索しましたが見つからなかったので、投稿しました。他に同じ問題で投稿あればお教えください。上書き保存しても同じ状態 別名で保存しなおしても同じ状態 まるごとコピペして新規ドキュメントに入れて保存すると違うズレ方になった 2025で開いて上書き保存すると治った。 2025で上書き保存したものを2026で開いて保存しても問題なし。添付したファイルは、Fireflyで作成した画像を背景を透過にしたPNGを貼っています。

Here's an interesting yet gross tech adaptation moment I did not see comoing.I feel utterly violated. Upon export of an image I just completed to send off I am being prompted that a content credential is being applied because generative AI was used.And this is Adobe's to watermark in my image metadata how?That is the first problem. [cursing removed] with watermarking my images. If Adobe wants to watermark my images, they can pay the subscription. Until then, this has ethical implications that transcend the nature of our relationship. The second problem is: THERE IS NO GENERATIVE AI in MY IMAGE.I need first to be clear that even if there were, Adobe has no business force tagging creations I have made with the tools I pay for with information I do not want included. Among dozens of other concerns moral and ethical, there's the challenge that I face now; Adobe is playing content creation police and they are issuing a ticket for Ai when there is none and I CANNOT OVERRIDE IT

PhotoshopのCMYKのスウォッチについて質問です。C0 M0 Y0 K100で登録したスウォッチが、Photoshopを再起動するとC79 M82 Y83 K67に変わってしまいますただ、印刷用データをスポイトするとC0 M0 Y0 K100のままで、実データの色自体は変わっていません。カラープロファイルはJapan Color 2001 Coatedです。スウォッチだけ数値が変わる原因や対処法をご存じの方いらっしゃいましたら教えていただきたいです。

요즘 클라이언트 SNS 콘텐츠를 여러 개 병행하고 있는데, 시안 속도를 올리려고 미드저니랑 스테이블 디퓨전을 번갈아 쓰고 있어요. 그런데 어제 클라이언트가 최종 시안 모음을 보더니 "사진들 톤이 다 다른 것 같다"며 반려했어요. 색감도 다르고 질감도 달라서 한 사람이 만든 것처럼 안 보인다는 거죠.프롬프트는 최대한 비슷하게 맞춰서 넣었는데도 결과물마다 미묘하게 달라서, 이걸 하나로 묶는 방법이 있는지 궁금합니다. AI 이미지 보정을 매번 손으로 새로 하기엔 시간이 너무 많이 들어서, 색감 보정 기준을 한 번 잡아두고 반복 적용할 수 있는 방식이 있을까요?

본업 있으면서 SNS 콘텐츠 부업도 같이 하고 있는데요. 요즘 이미지 생성 AI로 초안 뽑고 그대로 올리는 날이 많았거든요. 혼자 찾아보다가 픽셀 유동화 같은 보정 기능이 있다는 건 알았는데, 정확히 AI 이미지 보정을 어디까지 해야 사람이 봐도 안 걸리는 결과물이 되는 건지 감이 안 잡혀서요.지난주에 클라이언트가 피드 보더니 "이거 AI 느낌 나는데요?"라고 대놓고 물어봐서 좀 당황했어요. 손가락 모양이나 배경 글자가 이상했던 게 걸렸나 싶은데, 이런 부분 체크하고 넘어가시는 분들 계실까요?

Ver. 27.9.1 (Windows 11) - When I try to edit the color of a Color Overlay Layer Style, the program freezes.  I can’t click the color swatch to change it, but I can use the eyedropper to change the color.  ANY other click results in a Windows chime sound saying that something is wrong.  Photoshop is frozen, I can’t exit the Layer Styles editor, can’t do anything except ‘End task’ Photoshop.   While typing this I also tried editing the color of a different layer Style, and as soon as I click the color swatch the same behavior results.  I also used the Paintbrush (not within a Lyer Style edit, just painting on a layer) and clicked the color swatch, same thing happens - the cursor changes to the Eyedropper and every click, no matter where, sets off the Windows sound and Photoshop is totally unresponsive. Keyboard shortcuts to change the tool (V or M) do nothing, just the same Windows sound as a response.  I have to force the program to shutdown, there’s no way out of this loop.
