Trying to work out the cost of buying extra generative credits on the new standard plan, anyone know what cost will be? Am I right in assuming that each use of generative fill or expand will count against the 25 credits in the standard plan?

Hi, I'm going crazy with this Pringting notification from Adobe Scan App.  What is "click the gear icon" means?  How do you do this?  I tried to put my finger onthe notification and slide it up and nothing happens. Am I doing it wrong?

When I open a 16-bit ProPhoto RGB image in Photoshop and add a Clarity and dehaze adjustment layer the Dehaze function wildly over processes the image in comparison to what Dehaze would do in Camera Raw (as a Filter) or what it would do back in Lightroom with the same image. Converting the image to 8-bit in Photoshop and then adjusting Dehaze gives the behavior I would expect. ** Science bitOS: macOS 15.7.3 (24G419)Mac: Apple M1 Max based Mac Studio (2022)Photoshop: 27.3 and 27.3.1Lightroom Classic : 15.1.1   ** ScreenshotsHere is the image in Photoshop prior to any edits (just LRC processing and then Edit In Phoshop…) I now add a new Clarity and Dehaze adjustment layer with default settings (everything is fine) Next I set the Dehaze to +3 (a subtle amount when applied in LRC or ACR) and the image has been significantly over-processed If I remove that adjustment layer and make the same +3 Dehaze move using Filter -> Camera Raw Filter, I see what I would expect  Thanks. I updated to the latest Photoshop 2025 and Camera Raw.  I was following a tutorial on new features with Camera Raw, but when I clicked 'detail', there was no option for Denoise (all the options to change each are there).  In the tutorial instructions said after clicking 'detail' there should be an option for Denoise to click (auto denoise) was not there. 

I keep getting charged for a subscription that I have to cancel through the app store. When I go to my app store subscriptions, all of my adobe subscriptions are canceled. But when I go to delete my account, it is saying I have to do it through the app store and cancel my subscription. My subscription has been canceled already and I am still getting charged! I don't know what to do and I just want to stop getting charged and cancel my account.

I've found a number of tutorials on this subject, but they all reference earlier versions of AE and don't apply to the current one.  In particular, they end up modifying the AdobeCleanFontSize property which I'm unable to find in AE 2025.  I'd also like to increase the size of the UI icons.  Any tips greatly appreciated.

I am running Photoshop Elements 11. Recently upgraded to Windows 11. I am sure I could see a preview thumbnail of video clips in Organiser before. Now all I can see is a blank image with a file designation, mov, mp4 etc. Have I ‘lost’ a codec?

Since my company set up my Adobe CC subscription earlier this year I've had this issue from the very beginning.    From time to time the message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every result has a blue button when you hover that says "Free with trial". When I click the download button, the filename has "preview" in the name and there are diagonal watermarks all over the image.   Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I already have a plan that my employer pays for. The app itself is telling me that I have unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. Is there a way to edit the text once a template has been created?  I am able to edit the fields, but don't see any way to edit the actual text on the document.

Hello!I have a Surface Book 2 with the latest Windows update 11. My Adobe Acrobat has been acting wack (basically not allowing me to use any of its features). I looked at the Creative Cloud apps management page to see if AA didn't update automatically for some reason, but it said the app was up to date. However, I checked through the app itself and found a hidden update to be made. I tried to update it but a box popped up saying "This update package could not be opened. Verify that the update package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer update package. Error 1635." I tried uninstalling the app through creative cloud and through my computer settings, but the same message pops up every time. I'm not sure if this is a Windows issue or just the app itself, because I have absolutely no issue updating or uninstalling other apps. Any help is appreciated! I'm losing my mind.

How do I install a version of AE 24.x now? Creative Cloud only has versions 25.x and later. Where do I go to download an earlier version? Thank you.

Yes, I looked in the previous questions and there is no workaround provided even though Adobe marked the question as answered. I need to fill out the W-9 and the date section is not fillable. When I sign all it adds is my signature without a date and there does not seem to be any "Type" tool that will allow me to add a date to the date section. So how do I get a date on there? This is ridiculous. Ive now spent 30 minutes trying to add a date to the damn form supplied by the IRS. WHY? WHY? WHY? Can someone at least suggest some other software that will allow me to fill, sign and DATE the forms supplied by IRS?

In Illustrator (most recent up to date version), I did a shortcut and accidentally turned my workspace to white.  I went to preferences ->user interface ->brightness and changed the color.  It changes the interface except for the workspace color, it remains white. However; if I open a new document it does change to the appropriate color.  I just don't want to copy and paste all my work to a new document.  This happened at work on a PC. When I brought the file home I opened it on a IMAC with the same issue. 

Just updated to 29.8.1 and I can no longer copy and paste a vector direct from Illustrator into PowerPoint. I can normally just grab an illustration from Illustrator and copy/paste into PPT, but since the update it's pasting nothing. I'm on Windows 11 and have tried copying from different Illustrator files and also tried restarting computer but still the same. Perhaps someone could have a go and see if this is working for them or not. Thanks
