what is the billing customer service phone number?

I’ve paid for Creative Cloud in advance for a year, checked for updates after a month away from my Mac and everything needs updating, it’s glacially slow, so far 5 hours to update 5 apps, another 8 to go, this is very poor service for the price I’m charged! At this pathetic speed I will have wasted a complete day and evening while Adobe count their cash! I’m on a MacBook Pro M4 pro max - Tahoe 26.4.1 128mb ram 4tb ssd hd, so hardware is not the issue, my internet speed is excellent. The only possibility is that Adobe either haven’t been vigilantly checking their service speed or they are delierately throttling back to 1980 speeds?  Not good value for money!!

First of all, I want to colorize old black and white pictures. I think that the neural filter doesn’t do what I am looking for.So I came up with the following ‘solution’.I ask Gemini to colorize the picture. That works really well. But Gemini alters the poses, eyes etc. a little bit. I don’t want that.Than I was thinking of: is it possible to open the Gemini colorized photo in Photoshop, somehow extract the color to a layer, discard the Gemini picture, open the original photo and use the color layer just created op top of the original picture. No changes to faces, poses or other stuff. But how I searched the net, no satisfying answer. Is there a way how to do this?Gr. Christiaan

A versão do meu windows não está aceitando as versões atuais do Photoshop, por gentileza alguém tem o link da versão mais antiga do photoshop?

The plan was left for free after paying

Hi, I have a file where the vector is pixellated, the pixellation scales when resized. I can’t find how this is happening, it’s not a brush, FX, mask… It’s only this one file from this customer - I’d honestly love to know how this works/has happened to replicate it in future! (Or fix the issue in future) Thank you for your help in advance.

I was cleaning up my computer but now I have three problems. When I launch Light Room Classic I get the following error:?;0: attempt to index field ‘_nglController’ (a nil value)I have tried to manually reset my preferences as another thread indicated (instructions here https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/desktop/introduction-to-lightroom-classic/reset-preferences.html?linkId=100000432836124) but this did not work. When I enter develop mode in LR Classic I can’t get an image to show to actually develop. I do get to see the images in the library, but the screen stays grey if I select an image to develop.   I cannot launch Adobe Creative Cloud, it does still give me notifications that there are updates, but when I try and open it it just fails to launch and then gives a notification that it is unable to update (though it is unable to open). Before I break more, what is now the best course of action? Uninstall everything Adobe and make sure all associated files are deleted before I rei

I canceled my subscription the same day I paid for it by mistake. Thinking to pay $9.99 or 10.99 but the deduction was made for $119.99 on 08/09/26. When will I be refunded?I looked it up on the day I canceled my subscription it would be refunded within 14 days from cancelation but it's past 14 days. Can I get my $119.99 back?

I'm a high school student, and my student account was terminated with no further explanation, even thought I'm still an student and should have access to the plataform as the high school pays for it.Not only that but my projects on Cloud disappeared too.

There is a spelling/wording error in the following sentence in the Adobe email:Current sentence:“If your stored files are over the 5GB limit, you many need to remove or back up some items to stay within your available storage.”The word “many” is incorrect in this context. It should be “may”.Corrected sentence:“If your stored files are over the 5GB limit, you may need to remove or back up some items to stay within your available storage.”The incorrect use of “many” makes the sentence grammatically incorrect and may cause confusion for readers. Replacing “many” with “may” correctly conveys that removing or backing up items is a possibility if the storage limit is exceeded.

I try to recompile my EXE program with FDK 2026 and I get this error :“The procedure entry point COMP_get_type could not be located in the dynamic library C:\...\libssl-3-64.dll”It seems the libssl library is not aligned with API.lib or FDK.lib

Hello,There is no active Adobe plan or subscription in my Adobe account, and I cannot find this payment in my purchase history. However, my card was charged on August 25, 2026, at 5:35 PM. The card ends in <info removed by mod>.I do not recognize this charge and would like to request a refund. Please help me identify the transaction and investigate this payment.Thank you.

I cancelled my plan in August, went through the confirmation process to make sure it was cancelled, but now I'm being told to pay for September, that my annual plan renews in October and the price has increased. I’ve tried again but it wants me to update my payment details (my card expired at the end of August) and pay for September before I can cancel my plan again???? You guys are really pissing me off, and on top of that, I was charged twice in August from two different bank cards????????????? One of which hasn’t been on a file for months now?????

I used Safari to save the info on a website as a PDF, but Safari saved all the info as a SINGLE page. I would have guessed it would save as 5-6 pages.  How do we split one page into many pages? I've searched the documentation but haven't found a way to do it.  Thank you.

Trying to create a simple map of glasgow. Landmarks and street names - most of them are wrong. Losing credits like crazy.

I’d love to submit feedback, but my options are ask a question or report a bug. They way you have now changed Express library views to resemble the mess in the main programs is infuriating! It used to be organized and closable by category. Now its a bucket of everything and no category is closable (down arrow). We have MASSIVE libraries full of elements. Now I can’t close the huge categories inorder to stop the incredibly slow preview upload to get to the bottom of my library! Do you guys even use these tools!?

Hello! Some days ago i've found that my after effects eye dropper isn't working properly. I know that it's an old issue, but is there any fix? I need to use ofter to pick colors, and the hex numbers wont match them, unless the color that I want to pick is inside my composition (on project thumbnail it keeps getting the wrong color, same at motion tools plugin that collect the color palette).

I’ve cleared preferences through library, and when starting indesign. It has several bugs randomly appearing. eg. Suddenly can’t undo, takes ages to quit, there’s a slight delay importing images...

When I try to export to PDF and select “Output” on the export screen, InDesign lags for half a minute before displaying the output options. Is this behavior normal? Could it be due to corrupted color profiles? This has been happening to me for several versions now; it is not exclusive to InDesign 2026... It can’t be a hardware issue, because I’m working on a Mac Studio with an M2 Ultra and 64 GB of RAM.

Proof Signature is real

I recently opened a Illustrator file with some blend shapes. It triggered a pop up that says “The Document contains elements that are managed by plug-ins that are not currently available. You can delete or expand these elements but you cannot manipulate them in other ways. The missing plug-in is Adobe Path Blends.”The layer with blend shape appears as <Plug-in object> in my layers and its position is not the same as it's outline.  I also cannot move it.The I tried restarting my AI and reinstalling it but nothing fixed it. Does anyone have any experience solving this?

I have a document which is full of imported tables that have the basic indesign style applied to them, I want to somehow select all of the tables at once, apply a different table style to them, and clear any overrides, does anyone know of a script or other quick way to do this?
