Hello Adobe Community Team, I am writing to report an incorrect charge applied to my account during a free trial subscription. I signed up for the monthly Adobe Premium services free trial and approved the Google Pay auto-pay mandate with the understanding that the amount would be charged only after the free trial period ends and cancelled the same under free trial period because I am not intrested in the service u hv been providing. However, to my surprise, an amount of ₹6200 was deducted immediately from my Google Pay account right after activating the free trial. This is incorrect and does not align with the terms of a free trial subscription. I clearly opted for a free trial, and no upfront payment should have been deducted at this stage. I request Adobe to: 1. Investigate this issue at the earliest2. Refund the incorrectly charged amount of ₹62003. Clarify why the charge was applied despite selecting a free trial plan Please let me know if any additional details are required from

I am from India and am trying to buy a Photoshop Lightroom subscription. However, after I enter my address details (which actually is what the form populated as I start typing in the address), it says invalid inputs. The address is not invalid and this is what is puzzling. I have tried using Chrome, Microsoft Edge (in both normal as well as Incognito/In-private mode) but nothing works. If I choose Credit card as an option to pay, the form finds even the credit card details to be "invalid inputs" (the other options is UPI, where only the address is marked as invalid).  Is there anyone from India who faced this problem and found a solution to buy a subscription?

Adobe Firefly is impossible to cancel. When I go to “Manage plan” and then “Cancel,” a window opens and just keeps loading and loading forever. I also couldn’t find any way to contact support directly or submit a support ticket.They keep charging me every month, but apparently cancelling this crap is somehow not an option.

Ever since I updated to Indesign 2026, anytime I place an illustrator file, there is a fairly high chance that one or more of the layers refuses to display or the file will be in a rolled back state. Its not just a visual glitch, when I export to PDF, the placed file will still not show what its supposed to. It seems to happen more frequently when the illustrator file is larger, but I’ve also had it happen on tiny files. The ONLY fix I’ve found so far is to save the illustrator file as a PDF and import that.  

Hi, I have cancelled my plan on the adobe subscription well before the deadline. However,  I received an email that the payment failed wherein they are charging me to my account despite the deletion of the subscription. I will provide the screenshots of it through the email which I would assume that it was already a sign of cancellation of adobe subscription as well as the recent email on the payment failed.The first picture stated that they have processed my cancellation for Adobe. However, I have received today through email that there is a billing issue on my account despite the fact that I have cancelled the subscription for about a week ago. Thank you  

In the attached photo, most of the people were found. But, one very obvious person in the lower left is completely ignored. Any idea what’s going wrong here?  Lightroom Classic 15.0.1Macbook Pro running Tahoe 26.5.2 P.S. I should note that it’s not that critical on this photo since I can just change the aspect ratio and crop all of the people out. However, I would like to know if I’m doing something wrong so that I can get it right for other photos. P.P.S. Here’s the original photo exported in lower quality in case it helps to research the issue.  

My high school email account was recently disabled so I lost access to all my Adobe products, which wasn’t a problem because I just signed into my college account on the Adobe website.The problem is, whenever I open up the Creative Cloud app on my laptop, the account sign in is still my high school account, rendering me unable to update, install, or open any of the Adobe software.I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything related to Adobe, as well as using the cleaner tool, but to no avail. Is there any way for me to sign out of my high school account on Creative Cloud on my laptop?

Hi Adobe Community,My Adobe ID is incorrectly associated with Russia (RU), but I live in Azerbaijan.I do not have an active paid Adobe subscription.I followed Adobe’s official instructions for changing the country without an active subscription. During checkout I selected Azerbaijan as my Country/Region, but Adobe still blocks the transaction and says that transactions in region (RU) are restricted.Because of this, I cannot start the Behance Pro free trial or purchase Behance Pro.My actual location is Azerbaijan, and my payment method is also from Azerbaijan. I need the country associated with my Adobe ID to be changed from Russia to Azerbaijan.The standard self-service country change method does not work for my account.Could an Adobe Community Manager please help escalate this for a manual backend country/region correction?Thank you.Adobe checkout still identifies my region as RU after selecting Azerbaijan.

Premiere is not reading the correct "creation date" metadata on certain video files (in this example, GoPro hero 9 & A7siii videos, even when it shows the correct date/time created in finder on a Mac). It's useful to sort by creation date so you can see all footage in chronological order (regardless of the camera used).How to reproduce: On a Mac computer, download the zip file with video files from Google Drive link. Double-click on the zip file to extract video files.Open the extracted folder. If you don’t see the date created, right-click on the menu and select “date created”. In Finder Click on date created to sort by date created. You will see that file name C6435.MP4 (A7siii)  was created on March 17th at 11:39 AM. I had an adobe trial subscription for a month, i forgot that the subscription was attached to my card, i transferred money to my card yesterday and i was charged for a new subscription, although there is a week left till the end of the new month, how can i get my subscription money back? i was charged at night yesterday, i cancelled it in my profile in the morning and why didn't the subscription just get cancelled after a few weeks without payment?

Let me be absolutely clear. I have ZERO interest in using generative AI tools in Photoshop or anywhere else. And yet, every time I open Photoshop I am assaulted with pop up windows trying to get me to use these tools that I do not want. The features and buttons are displayed prominently in many different windows, it is virtually impossible to ignore or avoid. It creates a very negative user experience having these things shoved down my throat all the time. Going forward, Adobe should give users a simple checkbox option to indicate whether we want these tools or not. For those who don't, they should be disabled completely. No pop ups, no reminders, no prompts, nothing. I like to use Photoshop to jump back and forth between my Mac desktop and iPad. Despite some bugs and issues, the experience has mostly been good until AI started taking over. I don't want to switch, but at this point, I am already considering alternatives. Please take note of this user feedback and take it seriously. I c

So since 2 days ago, every time I try to apply a preset I get this pop-up saying “Some AI models are downloading. Please try again later.” that stays stuck at 0% and doesn't move.I saw one of the possible fixes may be to log out and back in, but when trying to log out I also get an error, the one in the attached picture.I've tried restarting my computer and router, changing firewall/antivirus settings, running as administrator, reinstalling LrC, and none work.It seems like all of a sudden LrC can’t recognize that I am connected to the internet.Does anyone have any other potential fixes? Hi everyone,I run a local trade service business here in Boise, and we are currently trying to streamline our digital paperwork workflow for our field technicians.Right now, we create service estimates and agreements, save them as PDFs, and need a reliable way for customers to review and sign them on mobile devices before we start any repair work.I know Acrobat has form creation and signing tools, but I am running into a few bottlenecks with layout consistency when technicians open them on different tablets in the field. I'm wondering if there's a way to correctly replace seceral clips of footage in the timeline using the same timecodes in the replacement media as the current media in the timeline. Here's my scenario: I have an intro animation.  I have chopped little sections of this animation up and sped those sections up so that that key points in the animation hit the beat of the music correctly.  Probably 20 little sections total between normally timed, and sped up sections, and now the animation lines up with the music.  Great! I have the exact same animation file, except it's in Spanish and I need to replace all the English animation clips with the Spanish ones, but keep all the timing adjustments.  Right clicking the animation and selecting "Replace with" bin or source clip doesn't work as it just replaces each section with the clip starting over at the beginning and "match frame" would be what I expect to work, but it usually gives me an error about not enough medi
