Illustrator opens normally but shortly after I start working it becomes unresponsive and shows “Not Responding.” This issue began after the latest update. For the past two days I haven’t been able to continue my projects.I have to force close the program through Task Manager and after doing so, the Start menu button also stops working. I have to restart my computer again and again…I reset my preferences nothing changed. Then I uninstalled and installed again, nothing changed.I would appreciate your assistance with resolving this issue. The program is up to date. I use the latest version. My subscription is up to date. Thank you.

I had briefly activated the free trial for adobe in order to export a flash file to a different format, since I could not open animate normally.  I would like a refund since the only reason I did so was because my adobe tools were provided by my educational institution, and they were facing issues with the college-wide license.  I only did so in order to complete my assignment, and despite having previously cancelled the trial once the exportation was done, I was still charged.

Last week, i have subscribe for Adobe Acrobat Pro and on the next days i got an email that says “We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services.”I’m really confused like what’s going on to my account and contact the support team, but they can’t even tell me what the cause of this and i can’t get any refund for this case. After that, they said to wait for 5-7 days to investigate. I've been waiting for 5-7 days, but there's no any update to me. I’m really want to know, what is going on to my account. If there’s somebody that had the same case, please share with me. I’m tired with this drama and can’t even get my money back.

I know it's a silly one but I'm working on Premiere and sometimes I use that menu. It opens downwards from where I click and since I click it only when I'm on the bottom of the screen, the menu only shows some options and an arrow down to display the rest. What I want to do is to make the menu open using all the screen it needs in order to show every option. I know that's possible, I mean every other app does that. If it wasn't clear enough I leave some photos. (ignore the language). This is how it opens:And this is how I want to open directly without me having to scroll down:

Tried saving a file using save as and save optimised but can't paste copied text from clipboard or any other text?

Hi Folks, sorry, I posted this concern before but without any results. That’s why I'm trying again since I need Acrobat and diminishes my workflow and, after all, paying for it. This happens for about the last half year. Here is a description again:Acrobat stalls when starting a job - stops completely - clicking on anything makes it gray out -(program not responding) difficulty to even close it (gray window - program not responding - closing?)After a repair, it is responsive/fast for a day / a session ... then same problem againHere is what I did:applied Acrobat cleaner tool, uninstalled also with Revo and removed all traces, reinstalled from online source (as suggested previously), unchecked “Protected Mode” in enhanced security (as some suggested) … works fine for a day, then reoccures.Everything in this system is top notch and works fine, always updated, Intel i9, 32GB Ram, all SSD, GForce RTX 4070 Help Please!!

Can someone help me with cancelling this subscription why can't we cancel it

rendering files doesnt work right after rendering window appear after click render in to out.

I could have added this as a bug.Every time I select the 25fps template to set up my project, I find that the default sequences are 23.98.  Surely they should be 25fps?Wondering if this is by design or did someone at Adobe forget to change the settings?Andrew

I provision an Enterprise Adobe Pro license for a customer. It shows all the additional features but any time she tries to use them, it prompts to start trial or buy a subscription. This happens on multiple PCs. I’ve removed the license and reprovisioned it, but to no avail.  Have tried this on a brand new device, so the issue appears to follow her.

My Canon r6 miii is currently set to record video in XS-AVC S YCC422 10-bit (I’m still learning the importance of Codec’s) and my video files are MP4s. When I watch the videos through the camera, all of the video and audio content is perfect. Then I input my SD card into my Mac (os15.3.1) to view the files on either QuickTime Player or Premeir Pro (2026). When doing so, the video now has cuts in the audio where its replaced with loud static, or the audio is fine and the corresponding visuals are glitchy. Every time I load the file, these missing audio/video segments are at different parts.I’m not sure if this is a codec issue? I’m teaching myself the difference between “compressed” and “mezanine” – to my understanding the content I have is compressed and I’m not sure If that has something to do with it. But how do I open my videos without losing data/making it glitchy? I found a downloadable Canon software on their support page called:Canon XF Utility 3.16.0 for macOSIf you’re familiar

I was out on a shoot for a few days doing some daily edits. After getting home I load up my project and all my clips are saying offline except for the ones already in sequences. Same drives and everything. I can manually link clips and they are located and link without issue BUT I do not want to go through multiple days of footage manually relinking clips. In the attached screenshot you can see in the bin the clips are there just not online. While the clips in the timeline appear in the timeline and if I reveal those in project they appear while the others are offline. So what happened?

Zscaler blocks some Adobe Creative Cloud features because the app uses an embedded Chrome 106 browser, triggering our outdated browser policy. Zscaler confirmed this is expected. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround?

As the title states. Please help as soon as possible before it lapses past 14 days.

I am currently subscribed to a monthly Lightroom subscription that is billed monthly. I want to cancel my subscription before the 14-day trial ends, but whenever I try to cancel it, I receive the error below. Can anyone help me with this, please?

I bought Adobe Firefly Pro Plus for a project. My project is over and I'm not using it anymore. The bill comes even though I didn't use it. I can't close this membership from the Adobe site. Please close this membership and cancel the invoice. Thank you.

I am preparing to take the International Association for Identification (IAI) Latent Fingerprint Examiner Certification examination this fall. The examination materials strongly recommend that candidates become familiar with Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020, as that is the version used during the testing process. I would like to inquire whether Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 is still available for purchase or download. If so, I would appreciate information on how I can obtain a legitimate copy of that specific version. If the software is no longer available directly from Adobe, I would be grateful for any guidance regarding alternative options for accessing or licensing Photoshop Elements 2020 for training and practice purposes. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response

Hi everyone,I’ve been experiencing an ongoing issue with Adobe Lightroom Classic, currently on version 15.2. This problem has been happening for the last three updates, not just this latest one. After importing RAW files, the thumbnails do not appear in the Library module. The folder and total file count display correctly, but the preview area remains blank. The only workaround that consistently works is fully restarting Lightroom. Once I relaunch the program, all thumbnails appear normally.System details: Lightroom Classic version: 15.2 Computer: Apple M3 Pro Memory: 18GB RAM GPU acceleration: Set to Auto File type: RAW “Generate previews in parallel”: Enabled Storage: [internal SSD or external drive] This happens every time after import. Restarting fixes it temporarily, but having to do that after every import is not practical.Has anyone else experienced this over the last few updates? Is this a known issue with Apple Silicon machines? Is there a more permanent solution besid

So i saw this design, but for the life of me cant figureout how the person would have blended the 2 patterns (cheetah print and halloween pattern) on the text "spooky vibes" together so perfectly. Will someone please explain how i can achieve this look? I've included a picture!

I am working in Indesign CC 2019 on a document that will not show "selection" when perfoming find/change.It only show document as the option to search. How do I restore all the options (selection, story, etc.).  ??  Mike

I’m being charged for 7,000 credits for Firefly. How do I cancel?

In the latest update of InDesign when I have multiple shapes and frames on the page selected, if my cursor is above something like a rectangle with content/picture inside it, I only move the picture that is below it at the time. Rather than the whole selection of objects as it used to. I tested before and after the update and it was something that only broke with 21.4. If I cursor over a solid shape object while still selecting the entire group (including the photo frame) that then moves the entire section but only if cursor above a placed fill object does it break. What could possibly be happening?
