Hi,I mainly edit video files with the HEVC 10 bit 4:2:2 codec. I know they're very heavy, but everything works smooth up to version 26.2.2. When I try to edit the same files with versions 26.3 and 26.3.2, playback becomes laggy even without color correction or effects applied.I work on a MSI Creator 17 with Windows 11, Intel i7-11800H, 32Gb of RAM and Nvidia Geforce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU everything updated.Best regards,Vito

When I attempt to use the credits my company purchased to generate speech, it never loads. I’ve signed out, rebooted my computer and tried over and over again. It never loads. I either get a spinning circle or a fuzzy AI creature saying to try later. The one time I was actually able to generate speech, editing the generated file was a nightmare and useless. Why push a product, charge people and businesses when you damn well it’s not ready. Do better Adobe.

I have the same problem identified here:http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1024884I am running Windows 7 on a new Dell Vostro, have a subscription to Creative Cloud, have never installed a trial version of the software, and recently installed Premier Pro. The first time I try to run Encore, I get the two screens shown in that thread and repeated here:"Adobe Encore CS6 cannot run in trial mode. Please relaunch the application and provide a valid serial number.""Adobe Premier Pro. Provide a serial number."I had previously got the problem identified here:http://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/missing-sequence-presets.htmlFollowing the recommendations fixed the problem, but still Encore has the same issue. When I access this URL:https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/I get the message:"Congratulations! You have successfully connected to Adobe License Management Server."It appears this is a common problem, but there does not seem to be a common solution. For example, here:http://forums.adobe.com/message/

I have edited almost two dozen video clips on my timeline, and they were Low resolution. So i used the new Topaz Upscale Video panel right inside of Premiere… so easy to drag and drop and it was fast, and then downloads the clips in my Project Bin! Voila!…. Errr!Err… but the upscaled videos have NO AUDIO so I can’t simply click each clip and REPLACE FOOTAGE… and I can’t swap them on the timeline (as far as I know) because ALL of my clips have been chopped up, interweaved…. scattered, etc. Not sure how to swap out my video without losing my audio… or all the editing I did. Thanks in Advance! 🙏Your fellow community expert… stumped!

I see solutions for prior versions. I’m trying to uninstall the latest Camera Raw (18.2) because it is supposedly a workaround-fix to allow the prior version of Photoshop to open WEBP images like it did just few days ago. Every solution I have found suggests to click the 3 dots next to Camera Raw in the Creative Cloud desktop app, but those dots do not appear next to Camera Raw. I also could not find the file within the Adobe CC Suite in Finder. I do not have “Bridge” installed either.I went through the trouble of completely uninstalling Photoshop to try and remove Camera Raw, but no luck. Appreciate anyone who can provide factual information with clear steps.Thanks.

When I start Lightroom 6 (from year 2017) on my new computer it asks to sign up. I tried to use the scan and I use the: //to.adobe.######I get an e-mail with the verification code and enter it then password insertion and I am signed in. I accept the software licensing agreement. After that nothing happens. When I start Lightroom again, it asks to sign up again.... I never get out of this loop!Is there an alternative way to get Lightroom working again?

Steps to reproduce:Any emoji at the start of layer name Long layer name that causes truncation ellipsis (...)If emoji at start AND no truncation, performance remains stable. If no emoji at start AND truncation, performance remains stable. Only when both emoji at start and truncation exists do you run into performance issues.  This only affects the active tab and doesn’t seem to spike up CPU, but when you have many of these layers it becomes unusable.Solution for now is to remove the emoji at the start. System:Apple M4 Pro 48GBmacOS Golden Gate 27.0Adobe Photoshop 27.10.0

How do I access the recently deleted after deleting them

Am I allowed to have two contributor accounts? I would use the first account to upload vectors and the second one to upload videos. Its totally different type of assets

So as you can see, in this particular project, the timeline is ghosted, when you mouse over it, some of the timeline comes back, then if you click elsewhere, the timeline vanishes again. I’ve deleted the cash files, no effect. The really strange thing is other projects do not do this, I get these random ones that just won’t load. You can enter text on the playback but you can’t select anything in the timeline. Vanishes as soon as you attempt to mouse over it. I am working with the latest AE 26.5. Any ideas? And don’t come back with add the comp to a new comp, that does not work and it’s a workaround.
