Solved

Having just purchased a new laptop 2 weeks ago and, on downloading the apps under my Photography Plan and wanting to test out Photoshop (Beta), I find that both the "Beta" tab and "Photoshop (Beta)" are now longer appearing in the Creative Cloud desktop app but are showing on my mobile phone.  When I first installed all my apps on this new laptop Photoshop (Beta) was showing as was the "Beta" tab but no longer (not showing under "Pre-Release" tab either, only Illustrator (Beta)). I have tried all the fixes I could find on the Adobe site and forum and on the wider internet but nothing works.  In fact, one the Adobe fixes couldn't even be tried as going to "%AppData%\Adobe\OOBE" and opening the "OOBE" folder results in no file named "ServiceConfig.xml" which is what it said you had to delete...can't delete it if it doesn't exist. The new laptop is an MSI Ai 17 Pulse with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/Radeon 890M / 32Gb RAM / Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 8GB (Studio driver)

I have been using Premiere Productions on a long-form documentary project and it is a bit of an ongoing process of finding the best way to lay out the project to best suit the workflow. I originally had the rushes for Day 1-7 in one project. But I have since found that separating them into individual projects (Day1, Day 2 etc) is better. I have split up all the rushes into individual projects now, but it seems that when I open a project with my edit sequences in it - it can no longer link to the original media. It still sees it, because it plays back absolutely fine and doesn't appear offline, but if I right click a clip in the sequence and 'reveal in project' I get the error: 'The project containing this media is missing. Would you like to open it manually?' I could go and relink each clip manually and re-route it to the new individual project days but this is a very slow and tedious process to do for every single clip. Is there a faster way to relink all of these

Hi, my Acrobat automatically updated and the UI changed drastically and both comments and pages preview are on the right column but I can only display the comments OR the pages preview and no longer see both at the same time (I used to have the pages on the left and comments on the right). This is really exasperating me since monday…Thanks a lot for your help about this

Hello!I'm currently using Premiere Pro 13.1.3 (Build 44) on Windows 10 Pro and I'm having an issue with audio waveforms. It happens at least once a month with large projects.Once I create a new sequence from my multi cam timeline I click Sequence at the top and then select Render Audio so that the wave forms will appear in my new sequence where I'm making angle changes. The audio plays correctly and everything is synced as it should be but the audio wave forms are extremely incorrect.I've deleted cached files, peak files, deleted/re installed premiere, restarted my computer, check software updates, etc. and still to no avail I cannot solve this issue.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Account has proper licensing in Admin Portal (i'm an Administrator)  Following troubleshooting has been done: - Sign in/out- Uninstalled/Installed- Uninstalled/Ran Cleaner/Installed- Tried other product licenses (ie: Removing CC Pro, using Acrobat Reader Pro instead, works) Not sure what else can be done here Thank you

Using v24.4.1 on a 2020 iMac. Show Audio Names is checked but still can't see the names (video Names show okay).  This occurred after I deleted all media cache files and preferences due to another problem - the search function wasn't working in the project window.  Deleting fixed the search problem but caused the Audio Name problem. Any ideas?  Thanks.Peter

Basically I need to increase every digit in bold underline(bold underline for emphasis, not in original document) in the text below (just an example of much larger document) by 1 and I'm hoping there's some GREP or plug-in way to do it. If anyone has any ideas outside of indesign, I'm open to them too (word or excel etc!). Hello. Is there any way to precisely select and confirm to Illustrator 2025 (currently running on version 29.8.2.) which GPU to pick to process the graphics information?I am running a quite performant laptop with a dedicated NVIDIA RTX Ada GPU with 16GB as well as an onboard graphics unit (with has way less power) but can't tell Illustrator to only use powerful GPU.In Photoshop I can directly pick and assign the GPU to be used, for InDesign and Illstrator I can't find that option via the Menu Preferences > Performance. There, in the "GPU-Details" section it shows all 3 GPU-components my laptop has (see attached pic). How do I manage to only utilize the powerful NVIDIA RTX GPU?Thanks in advance,

I need to create an action that saves each file's unique name. How can I do that? Please provide specific steps. The action will also include the following steps (all but the unique name I know how to do):1. hide specific layer2. change RGB to CMYK3. resize4. save as a .tif (original is a .PSD) with each file's name (keeping the new file's unique name is the step I don't know how to do) Thanks.

Hi,I am currently working on a time sensitive project that was built in AE25 but I'm currently experiencing repeated stability issues. I just want to get through this project without the added crash stress, so I'm looking to backsave my file to AE24 but I'm not seeing the option? I've looked into the whole "Save as a copy" but there's no backsave file option in the dropdown. It's only showing save as an AE template and that obviously doesn't work.  Any help?

Hi! I have an active Creative Cloud subscription and need access to Photoshop 2020 (version 21.2.12) for 3D and spherical panorama work.Could an Adobe staff member please share the official Adobe CDN download link for that version?Thank you!

Hi all,I started running into the issue with photoshop not allowing the remove tool to be used because my "system is running in rosetta". I do not have the box to uncheck "open in rosetta" under the get info section and I cannot find other ways to turn this off. This was not an issue beforehand and i just did a photoshoot and need to get these photos done asap. I need any advice or help on this issue.  I have a MacBook Air 15-inch M3 2024 and it is updated the newest version. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

Just why? Adobe XD was the best tool for UI/UX design. It is so smooth and simple to use. I can focus on my creativity rather than how the tool works. With Figma, I have to focus more on the tool than on creativity, since it's more complex—for example, the selection tool is horrible, and the previews aren't great either. There are a lot of details that XD does much better. XD is almost perfect, even if it didn't have a lot of features. Please bring it back, or sell it to me for $100, and I'll maintain it myself! 😄What are your thoughts on XD compared to Figma?

i cannot see photoshop beta in creative cloud even after following the new beta link

I would like to have the ability to merge these ID types within the admin console when I have duplicated users. This merge should offer the ability to decide which (if any) Admin roles and licences should remain applied.Types of Adobe identityAdobe ID:Created and managed by the individual end user. Authentication is performed by Adobe, and the user manages their own credentials at account.adobe.com. Users manage their own login credentials.Federated ID:Created, owned, and managed by the organization. Uses Single Sign-On (SSO) through a SAML2 identity provider (IdP). Examples include using Azure AD or Google Federation to authenticate users.

Hi, Has anyone experienced this ? I find that in the latest versions of Photoshop (26.11 but I also experienced it with the last 2 versions), the software kind of freezes afer a while (can be 1/2 hour, can be more) : every step, like changing tool, clicking on another layer, making a selection... take like 1 second to load, which renders photoshop unusable. It's like the memory is full after a while or something. I tried to modify the options in preferences>performance or work disks but it doesn't change a thing... When the "freeze" happens, the only thing you can do is to close photoshop and reopen it and then it start to work properly again. It's the first time I experienced this and I've used photoshop for 20 years.

Hello, good day.Does anyone know how to disable these help pop-ups? I've updated my program, but whenever I hover over it, or just suddenly, these pop-ups open by themselves and stay stuck until I click anywhere. It's annoying.

I can't log in to the admin console. The only way to get help is to talk to the assistant through the admin console. This creates an endless loop. Where can I find help from a real person, not a chatbot, to regain access based on the invoice for the purchased product? I also don't want to publish private data on public forums.

I'm trying to find periods with zero or more whitespace characters after them. Everything I can find says this should work, but it doesn't work for strings that have no whitespace (looking for a capital letter followed by a period): var capitalExpression = "^[A-Z]\\.\\s*"; This findsA. Start the engine. but notA.Start the engine.

I just spent hours on this and haven't saved it til now (I know, my fault), but when I clicked save as, this modal popped up and I can't exit out of it or do anything in InDesign now. HELP!! I don't want to lose all this work.

Hello. I already cancelled my free-trial on the 2nd day of its subscription last week, but, why is that adobe is still trying to deduct money from my account? Can someone pls help me?
