Solved

I installed again my own physical copy of CS6 Design and Web Premium and I can't use my key, because apparently it's used on two different computers.  Please, help. 😞

I was so happy that this version did seem to fix the batch rename bug, but NO.It only works once at the opening of a clean untouched folder. If I do use Camera Raw to change the raw photo files and, after that, I try to batch rename the whole or part of it (even only 2), the process gets stuck at 0% and have to cancel it. But then the file has a temporal rename added at its beginning and I have to fix this manually from the finder. This part is complicated as Raw files have their .xmp attached file with the Camera Raw modifications and also the .acr files if there are masks. ("AdobeBridgeBatchRenameTempxxNameOfTheFile.RAWextension" + "AdobeBridgeBatchRenameTempxxNameOfTheFile.xmp" + "AdobeBridgeBatchRenameTempxxNameOfTheFile.acr")Also, that's the reason why I can not batch rename in the finder.Any solution?MacOS Ventura 13.6.1 Macbookpro intel 2019

Hi Everyone, I am having problem of access Ps at the moment. I used Bridge to load up my photo, RAW format. After edited in Camera RAW, I tried to open it on Photoshop for further editing and convert to Jpeg format. But anytime I hit Open Object or Open, it opened the Ps with thing to say that I need to Renew my Plan. Even though I have paid just in June this year. Please, if anyone can help me to solve this problem some how, it will be much appreciated.  I am still waiting for a call from Adobe Care Case. Thanks in advance. Best Regards,Hai_3149

We have Adobe Sign downloaded on Sales staff iPads. We like the simplicity of the app, as they are only using to sign contracts. Contracts can be signed in two ways for a sales representative with a customer. Sent through email (when not present), this function works perfectly in Adobe sign. The second way, in person, we want them to both be able to sign on the same document without sending it to the customers email. The option offered for sign in person does not have the functionality for this, from what I see.

Hi all, hoping someone can help? My measuring tool has stopped working suddenly in Acrobat, it won't complete/close the measurement and when I click outside of it, it just disappears. I have found it is doing this across all of my documents, not just the one I was working on. I have tried most of the troubleshooting that I could find and am at unistall/reinstall stage but thought I'd ask here first. Thank you 🙂

Create e-sign template doesnt work anymore, has anyone experienced the same and could give a hand

Hello!I'd like to explore whether there is a way to group all objects without having to "Select All" or CMD + A beforehand. The reason being I'm working with large formats (floorplans) and often need to resize the whole thing. The extra step of selecting all can take several minutes to process and the grouping, again, several minutes. Only after selecting and grouping I change the dimensions of the whole floorplan, which again, as you may have guessed, takes a couple minutes.Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi all,Need help in creating a floor plan via a hand drawn PDF.There is a background that the floor plan will go on.What do I do first?  Open the background, import the PDF, draw the lines, etc?Any help is greatly appreciated.  I gather I do this with layers, but can't find any real help via tutorials on same. Many thanks 🙂

Hello all,I have a set of PDFs that have interactive "next page" buttons, and url and email text in the footer. The text in the footer needs to change but I can't select it for removal. Also tried the bandaid solution of covering with a replacement image ... but the old incorrect text always appears on top of the replacement. (original work files are who-knows-where so updating the PDFs should be the easiest option 😕😕 ) Any insight?

Each time I do an edit on a clip with "Enhanced Audio" from the essential graphics panel, Premiere has to re-analyze the entire clip, process, and then allow me to hear it correctly. Previously, I would upload to https://podcast.adobe.com/enhance - yes it was an extra step but I never had to worry about this issue as I was working with an audio track as expected. Premiere should not need to re-process constantly, and the more I cut, the more time-consuming and frustrating it is. Was this an oversight? Is there a way around this?

Hello, I am looking for a script that will allow me to separate my "Year, Make, Model" textbox: Text1 reads: 2019 Toyota Highlander I need the following:Text2: 2019Text3: ToyotaText4: Highlander If I encounter a two-word name (like Land Rover or Mercedes-Benz), will I have to deal with it and leave it as one word (like LandRover, MercedesBenz)?

Hello,I'm having trouble with the Filter Gallery in the latest version of Photoshop. The Filter Gallery isn't working or showing up at all. However, when I tried the latest Photoshop beta, it worked fine without any additional clicking or adjustments.I use a MacBook with an M1 chip, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. I use it almost every day. After updating to the latest version, I encountered a problem. I had to download the latest beta version, but all functions worked.Could you please tell me what's causing this and what settings I need to change?Thank you!

Team,Need a bit of help. Something has changed. I print to Epson thru Photshop for my images. I have been doing this for years. I pick a profile, paper and sometimes change the rendering intent. Always let Photshop manage color.  I can always see the difference when I change the rendering intent. Today, that rendering intent no longer shows me anything different.  I can select them but no difference in preview. These are color psd and jpegs.  All patches on my windows machine are up to date and all Adobe products are up to date. Video card is up to date. What am I missing.Thanks. MG

I'm trying to create a form that will calculate tax on the lines that are marked "taxable". I want to add checkboxes for taxable (Y/N), but I don't know how to create the script to calculate tax on only "Y" marked lines.

Last month I got a new PC with Windows 11.  In addition to other programs, my IT guy installed (I thought) Photoshop Elements 2025 & Photoshop Premiere Elements 2025 - purchased as a bundle/package and paid for a three-year license.  Today for the first time I tried to open and use it.  When I clicked on the Photoshop icon on my desktop, I got a screen that showed the Organizer, Photo Editor and Video Editor icons.  The Organizer opened, but when I clicked on the Photo Editor button it told me to download my free trial.  And it wouldn't go any further.  I opened my Adobe "my account" page, and it shows my name and that I have this package, expiring next September, but it then has a download button.  Does that mean that the download process was not completed by my IT person and I have to figure out how to do the rest of this stuff all by myself?   I did then click that download button, but I have no idea what to do next.  I looked in

is there any way to get rid of this box.  It pops up every time I open up the Reader. I have tried to update the registry, I have also tried to un-check the "Show me messages when i launch Adobe Acrobat Reader" box, in the preferences. When I close the reader, the box seems to re-check itself. I am assuming that Adobe pushed an update, I have been using this program for months on this machine and this just started happening two days ago. This computer is set up with Windows 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi everyone,I recently upgraded my Mac and I’m having trouble rebuilding my high-volume editing workflow. I used to export edited photos from Lightroom into Photoshop using droplets to apply my Colour and Black & White actions, then save everything back into the original folder structure (centre → classroom → child). On my new setup, droplets fail to create (“file not found” or “write access denied”), Bridge won’t batch to Photoshop, and Image Processor Pro doesn’t show up under the Automate or Scripts menus even after installation.I’m looking for any reliable method to:Batch-run Photoshop actions on hundreds of photos (recursively through subfolders),Save outputs back into the same folders (will need new names or suffix),Avoid extra subfolders or broken permissions.System info:macOS Sequoia 15.6Photoshop 2025 26.9Lightroom Classic Has anyone found a dependable way to automate this workflow on newer macOS versions?Any insight, updated scripts, or workarounds for running actions

Ia m working on a book, which requests a proper names index. I have done it before, it works perfectly in older version of InDesign (5.0).Now I am using a new version of InDesign and the command simply does not work (shift+ctrl+alt+]).How can it be fixed?Yours, Janja

I took a 250mb MP4 and spliced it to a 34mb MP4 in Rush. No other edits, just added one to the other. When I went to render, Rush estimated the file size would be 4gb. That's more than 13 times the size of the original videos. Adobe, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? This has been reported in these forums over and over since at least 2019.   I had to do it in Premiere instead...kind of obliterates the usefulness of Rush if every time I have to do something simple, have to do it in Premiere, right?
