Solved

Hey everyone,I’m using the following After Effects expression: var rect = thisLayer.sourceRectAtTime(time, false); var pos = transform.position; var offset = 20; pos - [0, rect.height - offset]; It works, but I’d like the text to stay fixed at the bottom no matter what characters are used — uppercase, lowercase, umlauts, or special symbols — and I’d like the offset to adjust automatically (so I don’t have to set it manually).Right now, the position still changes slightly depending on the text content.Does anyone know how to modify the expression so the text baseline always stays perfectly fixed at the bottom with an automatic offset? Thanks in advance!

How can you rename using LR Mobile on phone or tablet?I do not want to export and give a new name as that creates a duplicate file on the device.I am in a remote location with no access to Lightroom Classic.

Hi, I'm trying to install Acrobat Reader but get Error 150210. I used the Adobe acrobat/reader clenaer tool to clean up and then downloaded the installation file from the direct url and run as an admin. However, I still get the Error 150210. Please find attached. Thank you.

How do I opt out of sharing my usage information with Adobe Acrobat?During install it defaulted and was not an option to decline. However, it said, "you can opt out after the install by going to..."

Hi, Reading through the documentation of Adobesign's API, I was able to find a specific error "WEBHOOK_LIMIT_EXCEEDED" with the following message: "This webhook can’t be activated. The resource has reached the maximum number of active webhooks." Since there's an error code for it, I would like to know what exactly (or roughly) is the maximum number of active webhooks per resource in my AdobeSign account (100, 1000, 10000, etc). Source: https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/sign/docs.html#!adobedocs/adobe-sign/master/webhooks/webhook_apis.md Thanks! Thanks!

I found an old thread from 2020 about this issue, but nothing in there helps me. All the buttons at the bottom of the layer mask panel do not work. Layer mask, adjustment layer, group, new layer and delete. I click on them and they do nothing. I have Adobe CC all apps, the latest PS version 26.3 updated 6 days ago. I have windows 11, last updated 09.02.2025

Is there a way to select mutiple objects in a Illustrator doc and then paste each selection individually in that same file just like selecting and placing mutiple files into an Illustrator doc?

The following is a simplified version of the ScriptUI code I am working on. var win = new Window("dialog{\ e:EditText{characters: 4, text:'0'}}"); win.e.addEventListener ("keydown", function(e){ if(e.keyName == "Up"){ var num = this.text - 0; this.text = ++num; } }); win.show(); EditText aims to allow you to enter text freely as usual, and if the text is a number, press the UP ARROW on the keyboard to add 1. However, when I execute this code, 2 will be added when I press theUP ARROW.   What I tried. Insert “e.stopPropagation();”  ...There was no change in the result. Insert “e.preventDefault();”  ...The point where 2 is added at a time has improved, but text can no longer be entered. Insert “$.writeln(e.timeStamp); $.sleep(1000);” ...A timestamp that was offset by 1 second was output. Change the event to “keyup” ...The event handler is now executed 3 times (I'm laughing).   Is there a good solution? Regards.

Whilst working on a personal project I had bought a pack of normal map decals for hard surface modeling when I noticed they looked weird on my model! At first I figured it was maybe a topology or UV issue on my end but after extensive research, and even noticing UV seams in normal view, found out that wasn't the issue nor an issue to begin with.So I decided to test it on the simplest thing. Blender's Default Cube. And here's what I found. On the image you can see 3 faces in the corner of a cube in ortographic view. The one on the left is the Y axis, one on the right is the X axis, and the one on the bottom the Z axis (This view is from the back of the cube)Normal maps seem to only work/look as intended on the X axis facing surfaces, whilst the other two axis they look weird and have those visible seams, it is especially noticeable in material view with added complexity. Now this doesn't seem to be consistent, as on my personal project files, normal map decals on X axis facing surfaces stil

The option to "edit in photoshot" continues to stall out. It is very frustrating to pay this much money for programs that won't work properly. What should be a 2 hour editing session turns into a 4 hour session. Complete waste of time and money since this is how I make a living.

I am working on a macbook air with OS15.6, and Adobe InDesign 20.5 creative cloud. I made a book in ID a few years ago which has hundreds of photos. The files (ID and photos) were on a backup disk but I have since transferred all those to a new disk with a new name. Because of the new disk name, when I open the ID file, it doesn't find any of the photos and they all need to be relinked. The photos are all in the same folder structure as before. The only thing that has changed is the name of the harddrive disk they are held on. Is there a way to do a bulk relink of all these photos so I don't need to go one by one for hundreds of images?

Anyone know how to fix this? I have no filters applied. Microphone will only pick up vocals. no claps, music, snaps, ambient noise, my cat, you name it. Adobe help went through my computer and their advise was to use voice memo and edit in audition....

Tried contacting customer service and was told no there is no compatability with Windows 8. It is not possible for me to update the OS.I would LOVE to get Photoshop 2018 CC, but I'll take any at this point. Anyone have any ideas? I'll even BUY an older version if anyone can tell me where i can get it. Help, and thanks to any replies.

With most documents in Mac, you see a black dot in the upper red dot that shows the file needs to be saved while you are working on it. I don't see that with Photoshop. So if you do a save, how to you confirm or know the image is saved? Also,  each image I bring into PS comes in tabs, ,to drag over a layer from one file to another i have to undo/ seperate tabs, fine. But then now both images sometimes go to (what call it when not it tabs and tucked into the grey backdrop?).. ie. How d o I get an image that is floating in it's own window back into the  (can't remmber terminology) the gray background?  How insert it back there. Thanks!

I have downloaded and installed all available icc profiles from the Epson site for the R3000, but I do not see one (either through the Finder or within the LR Classic print module) specific to Velvet Fine Art paper.  Any suggestions?  There is one for Exhibition-Watercolor-textured.  I DO see Velvet Fine Art paper in the Epson driver printer choices list, but I would have expected to see a corresponding one in the LRC print module.  Thanks for any suggestions!  //Spud

Hi all! I create reports where I pick up comments/text from an Excel sheet and literally copy and paste it into my InDesign report. Normally there aren't that many, so my issue isn't an issue. But once in awhile, I get a long spreadsheet... so the table goes on for several pages. I've always create it in a clunky way... I have a template table that fills the page. I copy and paste into it. If it is too long for one page, I copy the table, paste it on to the next page... delete the rows I had on the previous page... and on and on. I've finally decided I need to figure out how to do this in a better way. IS there a way to have a table continue from one page to the next? And if so, how do I make that happen? Thanks so much.

I used Acrobat to add pdfs to a file (the project was designed by a vendor, so I don't have access to the original InDesign). When viewing on my computer, the hyperlinks are underlined, as I chose them to be. When I upload to our website, the links are there, but the lines are not. When the original file is open on my computer:  And when viewed online: https://www.estuarypartnership.org/sites/default/files/2025-10/LCEP-2025%20Year%20In%20Review.pdf. Note that if you click "Sunnyside Elementary School" on page 2 or any of the other links, the link opens. But no one will know there are any links to click without the underline. Can anyone help troubleshoot this?

Been using InDesign for years and the image scaling feature is something I rely on heavily, either choosing a percentage, or simply using the down arrow until the image fits where I need it to. Recently this has stopped functioning either correctly or at all, in several ways:(1) If I choose a percentage, eg 25% I get this message: "This value would cause one or more objects the leave the pasteboard." And nothing happens even if I try to proceed. Never had this happen before and I almost always use the small scale.(2) Since Plan A didnt work, the next step is to use the down arrow to scale it. But that doesn't work either, nothing happens. Nada. (3) Then if by some random chance the scaling option does work using the down arrow, the image scales down but disappears down the page as it does so. In the past the top left corner has always stayed "pinned" in position while the image is scaling down until I get the width needed. But now the image moves down or even off the page as it sc

I have tried just about everything to try to resolve this issue within my color settings on InDesign. Currently I have it set to North American General Purpose 2 (the same as all my colleagues have). However my blues are still showing up as dark purple. I have also tried the Emulate Adobe and Custom option in the Color Settings, with no luck.  The weird part, is that this only happens on my monitors. When I drag the INDD file to my laptop, the colors are normal. When I export it to a PDF, the colors are normal.  I currently have Dell Monitors, but even tried a Lenovo monitor (since my laptop is Lenovo) and that still didn't work. I also reset the color settings on my monitors and on my computer. And deleted and redownloaded INDD.  Is there anything else I didn't do that you would suggest? It's driving me crazy. And it didn't use to be like this. It just turned purple one day out of no where. Monitor vs. Laptop

Ever since updating to the newest version of Premiere Pro (24.4.1), it continuously crashes. It happens when I try to do pretty much anything on any project. I tried:- deleting media cache folder- deleting and reinstalling entire application- reverting to previous version of Premiere- creating a new project and importing existing project into it Nothing works! I use this for my job and need it to be fixed ASAP so I can actually do my work. Here's what I'm running it on:Processor AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X 24-Core Processor 3.79 GHzInstalled RAM 64.0 GB (63.9 GB usable)Device ID 60128F8A-2A6F-41D3-B09D-9C693AD67935Product ID 00330-71290-00002-AAOEMSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorEdition Windows 11 ProVersion 23H2Installed on ‎2022-‎09-‎21OS build 22631.3593Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1003.0
