Solved

Hello, My Adobe ID is: <Email redacted> I have a critical issue with Lightroom Cloud: I had more than 26,000 photos stored. My license expired on 15/09/2025, and I reactivated my subscription on 16/09/2025 using the same account. Since then, my cloud storage shows 0 GB used and my entire library has completely disappeared.According to Adobe’s policy, my photos should be retained for 1 year after expiration, so they should still be present on the servers. Please escalate this case to the Lightroom Cloud technical team so they can check whether my library is linked to another organization or profile under my Adobe ID, and help me restore access. This is extremely urgent as it concerns 26,000 professional photos that are currently lost. Thank you in advance.

Hello all! My son has been working on a project and is unable to get the mic icon on subsequent timelines to appear bright which then allows for adding audio. I've attached a pic below showing how one track allowed for adding audio, but the others have a dim mic icon which doesn't allow it.Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello -A colleague of mine asked me to "develop" a small app that convert in batch"High Resolution" .PDF (ie. Preserve Illustrator Editing Capabilities, Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level Layers, …) to "Low Resolution" (including NO "Compatibility with Illustrator", "layers" visibles, …).I was first thinking to make an Applescript (since working on Mac) that open Acrobat to re-save the High Res .PDF, etc. But apparently I come against some OS Security restrictions (EVEN I allow "Accessibility permissions to control other apps (like Acrobat)" to my exported Appescript app).1st question:Is it that hard to code such a thing with Applescript?2sd question:I was thinkung to repalce the Adobe PDF engine by the OS default one "Quartz".But Will I keep the embed profile ans o on from my original .PDF?3rd question:Is there a better option? Knowing ALL my colleague's requests and that I want the "optimized" .PDFs to be saved i the same original folder (ie. NOT on my desk 😉 )Thank you for

Photoshop v26.11In the File menu, after selecting Your Files, Photoshop does not remember the last used directory path. The file search bar is also missing! This bug has been reported many times in the Beta version... I reported it twice myself. With this bug, Photoshop is unusable for work—you can't search for your own files, and you have to go into a specific directory from scratch every time.

Hi,I'm on Illustrator CC 19.2.1, Mac OS 10.10.3We're a sign maker and have a 6 colour large format output device - CMYK augmented with light versions. It produces good results in CMYK, and using those extra inks produces some surprisingly good results at some of the harder to match pantone spot colours. To get spot colours out of the printer, we have to put spot colour information in.What we wanted was a colour chart showing a full range of spot colours and their CMYK equivalents on one sheet so we have a permanent lookup, using pantone solid coated (C), alongside pantone colour bridge coated (CP), the latter switched over  to CMYK.Here's the problem, on output we can only produce a print PDF that holds 27 spot colours, the rest are switched over to CMYK. We had no error warning whilst making the file, no errors etc. First sign of a problem is final checking the output PDF files and finding most of the spots are now CMYK. Opening into Illustrator, all the spots are present and cor

Hello, I'm having a problem with Adobe InDesign. In a new document, I can type text normally, as expected. However, when I import an external image into an open InDesign document, the text appears thicker. There's no visible problem with the imported images, but the text is distorted; it appears bold or thicker than intended. I've done some checking. My document isn't corrupted, and the problem occurs even when I create a new document from scratch. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but the problem persists. There's no problem with the font files, but the same thing happens with other fonts. Laptop specifications:NVIDIA graphics card: GTX 1050Processor: Intel i7RAM: 32 GB Is there a solution to this?

I've never used Media Encoder on this computer, infact I just installed it a few weeks ago. To my knowledge I don't have any plugins installed (as I don't really use Adobe apps that often anyways). I already tried a reinstall with no avail. Please help thanks OS: macOS 11.2.3

Just installed it on my iPhone, I think it's great. However I can't find the "effects" button, to apply things like shadow/blur   maybe adobe didn't include these options in the app?  thank you.

I surrender. I wasted almost 10 hours on chatting with chat GPT to create simple script to speed up my workflow (in my opinion simple, I'm not a programmer) to finally read that it's not possible beceause of API. Maybe some of You will have an idea how to workaround that.   But let's start from the beginning   I do video documentations on constuction sites, every month, couple of investments. These videos are practically the same, the only difference is to replace video clips with up to date clips and edit a graphic/text with an annotation what we see it the picture. No rocket science, base editing, very repetitive easy steps. So I wanted to create a script which could help me with 2 things: 1. Matching existing text/graphics length to the video clips length - I always open previous file, delete old videos, import and draag to timeline new ones and then have to adjust the text length to the video clips, 2. Second part is updating the existing texts to new one - here I came up

Hello, I am an IT administrator working with an end-user who is unable to access premium features, (specifically the Organize Pages tool), despite having a valid Acrobat Standard license. This end-user is running Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26100 on their PC. When trying to access this tool, we receive the message, "Organize Pages is getting installed. Please wait to use this tool." Additionally, when closing out of Acrobat completely and re-opening it, Acrobat will prompt to install premium features but eventually fail. It gives the error "there were some installation issues we're trying again" repeatedly, without end. To troubleshoot, I tried uninstalling Acrobat directly and reinstalling it through Adobe Creative Cloud. When I try to install Acrobat on their PC through CC, it fails and provides this error log: Exit Code: 7Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW003, DW071 ...-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------

I have a new computer and am attempting to update the system with all of my active Adobe applications (current release and beta). I am logged in on the same Adobe account as I have on my older system, I am able to download and install current releases, but only see beta . I am not seeing an option to download Beta software of Premiere or Media Encoder. I have installed the same Creative Cloud app version. Any suggestions? Creative Cloud version 5.7.1.1 was repaired, uninstalled and installed

I have a new reformated SSD on which I have labouriously edited and rearranged my stock of photos into folders which group the photos into groupps and sub groups which are meanigful in the context of the photo locations etc. All the folders are grouped under a single "master folder" which is the only folder in the root of the drive. All good! The photos are a mix of CR2, tif, jpeg, psd, and mov. There are approximately 23000 and take a fraction over 1TB of drive space. Now the question! I want to introduce these the Lightroom as I have done in the past with no trouble. However this time I am baffled or I am completely insane.1) I select the file option "Import photo & video"2)I am offered all the drives  on my PC as sources including the one I want. The file count confirms there are 24000. Include subfolders is checked..3) Copy as DNG is selected.4)Build smart previews is selected with the target on another drive (also reformatted) call "Backup ****". It to has a 2TB capac

Has anyone been able to get InDesign to install on Windows on ARM?  It's not listed in the Creative Cloud app.  I can't install from the InDesign installer.  I'm surprised it won't let me test it in emulation.

Hi there,Here's a very annoying issue I'm experiencing... After Effects freezes randomly when working on compositions containing video assets. Freeze starts with composition playback or scrubbing, then affects the whole UI, so I have to force exit the app. Composition settings : 1920 x 1080 25 fps.Footage : H264 or Apple ProRes (422 or 4444). After Effects version 25.1.0MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1Mac Studio 2023 - Apple M2 Max - 32 GB RAM - 512 GB SSD Thanks for your support, best regards,Julien

Hi, can i use Photoshop and/or Lightroom for editing, managing and storing sensual photoshoots (including (semi-)nudes, but NO explicit activities)? I DO NOT want to use it for abuse or any ill-mindet activites like deep fakes. Only legal photoshoots with all participanting persons being at legal age and agreed to do the shooting with free will.  I just asked this question an Adobe Agent via Chat Support and the answer was "No, you cant!" and then the agent abrubtly ended the conversation. Is that true?  Please let me know as i have no bad intentions at all and i do not want to violate any adobe rules, i just want to know if i can use adobe products for this or need to buy different companies products. I am just a small creative photostudio. Thank you very much for your help!

Hi everyone,I’ve been working with Illustrator for a long time, and one feature I still wish existed is a quick shortcut to center objects directly to the artboard. For example, in CorelDRAW, pressing P instantly aligns any selected object to the center of the page/artboard — such a simple time-saver.I know we can use the Align panel to align to the artboard, but it feels like too many clicks when you’re doing it repeatedly. Is there already a hidden shortcut for this that I’ve overlooked? If not, I’d like to suggest that Adobe consider adding a built-in shortcut. It could really speed up workflows. Thanks!
