Looking to replace some text in an image that's overlayered with a stamp. When I select the area (see attached image) and add the word I want to replace, Generative Fill spits back some weird language. Any ideas how to adjust (change language, etc.)? Thanks!

Is InDesign a book publishing program?  Does it have all the capabilities that Pagemaker had? Is it advisable, producing a file for a reprint, to scan a book and apply the OCR software in Acrobat and then make the edits in InDesign?

Hi,Since Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20630 (32-bit) update, Adobe Acrobat Distiller crashes when trying to convert .ps -> .pdf using .joboptions containing key/value pair "/DoThumbnails true". Instead of output PDF file, empty temporary file is created (ex., AD$5A45.tmp). "/DoThumbnails false" parameter seems to work fine. Hotfix 20643 does not help. I am attaching a minimal sample of failing joboptions and simple .ps file (lorem ipsum). Problem, however, exists for other .joboptions (containing "/DoThumbnails true") and .ps files we tested as well. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

Hi guys, so I'm new to Adobe Animate 2024 CC The last time I used Adobe Animate was Adobe Flash Professional CS6, and so I've been trying to make a text input component along with a submit button. So, for example, if the correct answer to a question was "53", and you type that into the text input and hit submit, it will check to see if it matches and then do this.gotoAndPlay("frame that tells you you're correct') and if what you answered wasn't 53, it will gotoAndPlay("frame that tells you you're wrong.) However, every time I enter an input into my input box and hit the submit button, it does not respond at all, and it doesn't do anything. So I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me in this situation. Here's my code below. this.stop();this.submitbtn.addEventListener("click", function(event) {var val = this.answerbox.text;if (val.toLowerCase().trim() === "correctanswer") {this.gotoAndPlay(72);} else {this.gotoAndPlay(13);}}.bind(this));

The geometry options - Extrusion Depth option not available on my after effects after switching to Cinema 4D. Curvature and Segments are listed but not extrusion depth.

Hi!I wish to cancel my adobe membership but can't seem to do it. I was unaware that my prepaid plan would auto-renew, so I didn't worry about cancelling it prior to the end of my plan. Adobe tried to take money out of my bank account (which is still my current bank account, so payment details are correct), but it failed due to insufficient funds. Now, when I try to cancel the plan by clicking "Manage Plan", there is no option to cancel or renew the plan: only to update my details. I cannot update my details, because they are correct (I guess when I click SAVE it doesn't update because there is still insufficient funds in the account), but I cannot cancel the plan either. I love these programs and want to continue using them, but the price my plan auto renewed to is $300 more than what I paid last year, and I feel like that might be an incorrect price and I can't afford it. I would just leave it and let the plan run out, but am concerned if/when I wish to purchase another plan that I wi

Hi, I am trying to figure out if there is a tool that can remove the white background of a downloaded .eps pattern to use only the pattern part and not the white background. Is there a way to do this in illustrator or can it only be done in photoshop?thanks

I am trying to install a crisp signature image into Acrobat and each attempt renders a blurred image. When I insert the signature as a regular image it renders fine. When I insert the image using the Add Signature function, it renders with a grey board and the color changes.  Is there a special way to create and load signatures in Acrobat in order to use the Signature function? In that attached sample, the top signature is using the Add Signature funtion and the bottom is using the general Add Image function.   I've tried jpg and png formats. I've taken screenshot of the clean original to create a seperate file. At the advise of Adobe suport, I've recreated the file by creating a new signature on a piece of paper and taking a high resolution photo. I always get the same result.

InDesign is driving me insane.For work, our primary font is Interstate OTF (Regular, Bold, Black, Light, Italic). I work in a mac environment (iMac 27" 5k, macOS High Sierra, Adobe CC 2018), and have the font family installed in Font Book. The family works fine in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. However, InDesign is fussy. Sometimes I can use it fine with no issues. Other times, "Bold" just won't be in my list of usable fonts.So, I took others advice from this forum, and installed the fonts in the InDesign fonts folder. Same result. Please help!

Dear Colleagues, Hi! Thanks for Acrobat for iOS. It is my top productivity app. I am using Version 25.02.00 (20250219.130851) on iOS 18.3.1 (22D8075) with an iPhone 16e. I purchased the phone this week. Last week, when I was using my old iPhone SE, I was happily highlighting a local .pdf file. With the new phone, when I try to comment the same file, the comment does save after I close the file by tapping the home button. Reinstalling the app did not resolve the problem. The problem does not occur with certain .pdf files, such as the Welcome file that is included with the app. Sincerely, Dante Picchioni, Silver Spring, Maryland, United States of America

In Uxp Developer Tools, you can connect to Photoshop, but cannot connect to Premiere Pro 2025 and Illustrator 2025. Uxp Developer Tools prompts 'No applications are connected to the service. Make sure the target application is running and connected to the service.' How can this issue be resolved?
