Photoshop 26.  2025 The ability to rotate an image while cropping has stopped working.    The straighten tab is grayed out. I haven't used the straighten tab so I don't know whether the tab is grayed out  for some reason or setting.   But I definitley cannot rotate the image while cropping.   Any and all help is much appreciate.

How do I cancel my adobe subscription? I have illustrator and photoshop, if that info is needed.

Hello,I don't have any photography background but have always like taking pictures. I don't have a camera, but thought I would try uploading some of my best photos from my iPhone 12 pro max. My first batch of photos got rejected for quality issues. My question is how far off is the quality? Any tips? Thanks, Jonathan Bowden

I've been trying to update the fromEmail and replyEmail for a large number of emails within our Marketo Marketing Activities, but even though I get a success response the two fields never get updated. Does anyone know if there's something I should be looking out for? I double-checked my API users permissions, I tried the quirky stuff like testing on a net new email vs a newly cloned email. Nothing appears to be working. I've successfully changed the names of the assets, but this was just as a test to see if it would work. I'm totally stumped on why these fields won't update.  I'm referencing this doc that says it's possible to do this, https://developer.adobe.com/marketo-apis/api/asset/#operation/getEmailContentByIdUsingGET.

Why can I not get anyone from (Personal information, edited and removed by moderator) to respond to my 6 emails. I've tried since Aug 28th to renew my license. I've chatted 3 times with support and each time I am told I have to contact that email address.  I don't understand why they are ignoring a long term customer like this. I've never had this difficult just to renew a license.  I'm extremely frustrated.

Hi,I’d like to add a .cube file to my macOS directory so that it appears in the Export window under Effects → Lumetri Looks/LUTs. I know I can load it manually each time, but I’d prefer it to be available in the dropdown menu by default. The thing is, I’m not sure where the correct directory is located. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi all, Working on a dialouge heavy project. Trying to apply exponential fades to the beggining/end of some dialouge clips. I'm having trouble understanding why sometimes it correctly applys a fade (like the first picture), but other times it applys a U shaped audio wave. I noticed that I can't drag to adjust the length of the U shaped exponential fade. I assume this is user error. How can I apply the expenential fade at the beginning of the clip when the volume starts at 0, but then quickly fades up?

We need to encrypt data using AES/CBC/PKCS7. However the CF encrypt method only accepts AES/CBC/PKCS5Padding. Any idea how to achieve this? We are using CF 2016.

I have 2 questions here.1.  Can you import, edit, and export images ... all from and then back to ... the same hard drive?2.  Seeing as there are 2 "Import" buttons, are there advantages/disadvanteges to using only the "Import"         button seen at the bottom righthand corner, under that panel.   TY LrC 14.5.1Windows 11

Hi all. Working on fixing a fillable form for a landscape design team to make it accessible. The form was untagged. I'm adding H1-H3 tags, P tags, and Form field tags. The first page worked fine but as I continue, a weird thing keeps happening. I will add tags by selecting the text, create tag from selection. It will show in the tags tree. All the heirarchy and order is fine. Then I will save the document and the tags will go blank. There will still be P tags, etc., but the content will disappear. So I'll go and add the tag again, and it will add in addition to the blank content in the tag. Then I'll remove the empty content and save, and the text I tagged will be removed from the tag again and I'll have a blank, empty tag again. I tried saving the document with a different name, closing and reopening, and I've tried using the Reading Order tool to make sure the text is tagged that way, and it keeps happening. Any tips or tricks?

Hello Adobe Illustrator Community,I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Illustrator (latest version and previous versions) where the application freezes and becomes unresponsive every time I try to open a new file (blank or existing). It only reaches the "Welcome to Illustrator" screen before stopping.Details as per community guidelines:Version of the app: Latest version of Adobe Illustrator (29.8.1) BUT ALSO SAME ISSUE WITH previous versionsPlatform and OS version: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit.Basic steps to reproduce the problem:Open Adobe Illustrator.Attempt to create a new file or open an existing file (via File > New or double-clicking an existing .ai file). The application freezes at the "Welcome to Illustrator" screen and becomes unresponsive.Expected result: Illustrator should open the new or existing file and allow me to work. Actual result: Illustrator freezes at the "Welcome to Illustrator" screen and does not respond.Additional Information:This issue persists across multiple ver

The way IndDesign works, increases the file size each saving time. File become unbearable and difficult to process, even in fast computers... It would be nice to have a chance to reduce the file size without recurring to the 'save as' method, that, sometimes doensn't work either.

I have hundreds of files I have tagged with reject. When I execute cmd+del, the files disappear from the lightroom display. But when I import from the same folder(s), the files are still there, and are imported as new versions (with -1, -2, ... appended to file names). These are not virtual copies (each are ~35mb). The behavior is what I would expect if I selected the "remove from lightroom" option.Using Find Any File, the original file (without the -n appendage to the file name) cannot be found, but the  -n files are all listed in Finder.Deleting PSD files works as expected. The word-around for this issue in an earlier post suggests using Finder. I am able to delete the files with Finder, but given that I need to delete 100s of files located in several folders, that solution is not practical. My OS is 10.5, Lightroom Classic, version 14.5.1. I have administrative privileges, and the file tags are "-rw-r--r--  staff". The files are all stored on the internal SSD. I have uninsta

I've never been so lost in Photoshop and been a user since 1988... These 'rich tool tips' have taken over the program and I'm not getting any work done because of the constant intrusion... Where are preferences as I look under Photoshop and there is no way to turn off these tool tips, there is no menu called 'preferences.'  Who ever thought this should be so hidden and. forced upon the lot of us who are simply trying to get our daily work done. Need help desperately to turn this tool tips stuff off please!

Trying to re-establish settings in Illustrator. I noticed the shortcut key for showing the Grid is not working. The assigned shortcut key does not have a value assigned. I know I can assign a key there. However, most keys are assigned to others. What should be assigned? Thanks Windows 11

Hello, My Adobe ID is: <Email redacted> I have a critical issue with Lightroom Cloud: I had more than 26,000 photos stored. My license expired on 15/09/2025, and I reactivated my subscription on 16/09/2025 using the same account. Since then, my cloud storage shows 0 GB used and my entire library has completely disappeared.According to Adobe’s policy, my photos should be retained for 1 year after expiration, so they should still be present on the servers. Please escalate this case to the Lightroom Cloud technical team so they can check whether my library is linked to another organization or profile under my Adobe ID, and help me restore access. This is extremely urgent as it concerns 26,000 professional photos that are currently lost. Thank you in advance.

Hello all! My son has been working on a project and is unable to get the mic icon on subsequent timelines to appear bright which then allows for adding audio. I've attached a pic below showing how one track allowed for adding audio, but the others have a dim mic icon which doesn't allow it.Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
