CordialementManu

Hello, Adobe Team. I am reporting a critical issue that prevents any Photoshop script from executing command-line processes on macOS using the app.system() command. This issue started recently after a long period of working perfectly. Environment: * Photoshop Version: [FILL IN YOUR VERSION, e.g., 25.9.1] * macOS Version: [FILL IN YOUR VERSION, e.g., Sonoma 14.5] Steps to Reproduce: 1. On a Mac with a recent macOS update, open Photoshop. 2. Run any script that contains the app.system() command to call a system utility (e.g., app.system('curl --version')). Expected Behavior: The script should execute the command and return the expected result. Actual Behavior: The script fails. In my case, a plugin that depends on curl returns a "Curl Not Found" error, even though curl is installed and works. A minimal test script using app.system() also fails. Diagnostics and Tests Performed: After extensive troubleshooting, we have confirmed the following: * The issue occurs on two different Mac machin

I'm updating my class pdfs to comply with my university's accessibility policy. Most of the pdfs are sheet music. When I run an accessibility check I get a lot of errors under "Tagged Content." The elements are always little bits of musical notation that Acrobat flags as text or paths. I can access the elements in the Content panel but not the Tags panel. If I ctrl-click to edit properties everything is grayed out except for under the Color Tab. Any thoughts why I'm unable to edit properties? I've been able to pass the accessibility check by selecting all the elements and labeling them as artifacts, so I guess I don't really need to be able to access the Object Properties fields. But it's driving me crazy! Appreciate any suggestions. Acrobat Pro 2020 2020.005.30791Mac Sonoma 14.7.1

It seems my Creative Cloud auto updated to include Premiere 2023 last night. Now if I open a project I was working on yesterday in 2022, the playback on the timeline, even rendered clips appear to be in slow motion even playing at a lower resolution.I changed nothing.Tried a new, basic project with some small JPGs as footage, same thing. So it's not related to one project. It's not the specs of my machine, nothing changed. I have a fast ProArt Studiobook. Is there anyway to get the playback to normal so 1 second doesn't equal 1.5 or 2 seconds of time? If I hold up a stopwatch I can confirm it is indeed this slow.Stumped. Thanks.

I can't log into my subscription even after I say restore purchase. Is there no app support. This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for an app that I can't restore. I did the update & loged out and back in but still can't restore purchase.

Today I saw that Photoshop was no longer installed on my Mac (M1 Pro) laptop running Ventura 13.4.  I had to reinstall and all my previous Settings such as Workspaces, etc. were all missing.  All other Adobe Software that I had previously installed was still installed.  Why did was Photoshop automatically uninstalled without receiving any prior notification from Adobe.  This is super FRUSTRATING !!!

I cannot edit any shape that I create on the software, If I drag the corners the shape moves and doesn't change the size like it usually does

Currently the Remove AI tool, works with distraction removal. It does not permit to draw straight lines. For example: A straight line from point "A" to point "B",  to remove digital artifacts. The Clone and Spot heal have this feature but frequently they are not the ideal choice. Draw backs to these two tools, Clone requires a source from which to clone, and Spot healing tool frequently, alters the edge itself. The Remove Tool, does a much better and cleaner job, especially where an edge is soft. I'm requesting for this enhancement because it is very difficult to maintain and drag a straight line with the Removal tool when the image is enlarged and the line extends across the entire screen of a 27" or 30" monitor. Please do not change this fantastic AI Removal tool, only add additional functionality.Cordially,René

Hello. I have a very simple text frame with 3 short lines of copy. I am trying to use vertical center alignment (Area Type). When I click on center, the text moves to the center of the frame and then immediately goes right back to the top of the frame - even though the alignment says center. I tried creating a new text frame on my pasteboard just to be sure there is no wrapping going on and it still does not work. I also tried updating Illustrator and re-launched. Still the same thing. There are no paragraph returns in the copy and I confirmed there is no "hidden" copy after the period. Does anybody have any suggestions? Illustrator Version - 29.6.1Mac OS Sonoma 14.7

I use two monitors - my main monitor for loupe/develop, and second monitor for grid. In loupe I can click through my folders and the second monitor shows the images of that folder in a grid (as it should). However if I click 'all photographs' in the Catalog tab the two monitors switch, showing grid on the main and loupe on second! Is there any way to lock the second monitor to grid, so it is always, always grid! 😄

Is there a way to create a round field that will import images? I have tried exporting a round image field from Indesign however it doesn't translate through. I am not seeing any options like this in the properties.

For last few months whenever i try to paint in photoshop, brush automatically truns to mouse cursor while zooming(Z button) or Redo (Ctrl + Z) or paning (spacebar) as you can see it in attached file. Either i need to restart the photoshop or restart the file in order to work again. Version of the app: LrC 14.5.1   Platform and OS version: Windows 11 24H2 x64   Basic steps to reproduce the problem: When using the AI denoise sometimes it does not apply or does not consider the already done desonise. It got to the point where I was not able to tell if denoise was actually applied without manual one-by-one inspection of each picture. From what I understood it seems to happen if I apply ai denoise on some pictures, then if i synchronize the settings with the ai denoise aswell including both already denoised and non denoised pictures. It already starts wrong since if the selected pictures has a different denoise strenght applied it does recompute the ai denose from scratch instead of just synching the value but it looks like sometimes it does recompute it but also does not apply it even if it looks checked on the develop panel. Moving the slider manually or setting the value sometimes fixed it but most of time it didn't and sometimes the slider did not move a

When using the Apply Image feature (PS 2025) on a new blank layer above adjustment layers, is it possible to make changes to the adjustment layers below that will be reflected in the new Apply Image layer?  I use the merge setting option on the Apply Image layer.  I have found that the only way to do this is to delete the Apply Image layer, make the changes to the adjustment layers and redo the Apply Image.  Does anyone have any information on this?  Thanks!

Does anyone know how to change the background color & font of the Comments List for Acrobat Pro DC?  New user & at present, Comments shows as a grey background with black font, which is difficult to see & would like to change.   I got to the Preferences & the Comments category, which shows options for changing the style & size of the front, but nothing for changing the font color.    Would love to be able to adjust the background, but even changing the font color would be a help.  Appreciate any thoughts or troubleshoots anyone has.  Thanks.

I've been searching for this for a while now and it seems there's only a backface culling toggle option for the paint brush in SP, but for all other fill options like polygon, uv_chunk, triangle and object, backface culling is still missing after all these years. Seems like a basic funcionality for a 3D paint app like Substance to me. Could we please have this fixed, this drives me nuts, I keep screwing up my textures and masks.  Thanks, R.
