30개월동안 결제되는 줄도 모르고 8월 30일날 결제된 거 보고 지난동안 90만원이 나갔다는 걸 알았습니다. 쓰지도 않았는데 이젠 취수 수수료 4만원까지 내뱉으라 하니 화가 나고 어이가 없네요. 사용 내역 확인해보시고 양심이 있다면 취소 수수료 없이 취소진행해주세요.무슨 다른 요금제로 가입하고 후에 취소하면 수수료가 없다는데, 잘 알지도 못하였고  월결제 후 14일 이내로 취소했으니 수수료 당장 없애주세요. 양심이 있는 기업이라면;

I swear it used to be possible to edit the curve of arched or bowed text so it could be a more gentle or more extreme curve. I can't find the option to edit it anywhere now - all I can find is letter spacing.  Please someone put me out of my misery! I've tried both desktop and app.

I've got a problem I can't seem to solve. I've animated a line in a straight horizontal movement with several keyframes. The object reaches the keyframe right before the last keyframe, but not advance to the last. All keyframes are set to linear in Spacial and Temporal Intrerpolation. This was working for me just a few minutes ago, then I replaced the last keyframe and suddenly it does not advance. So I've done something wrong inadvertenly.I'm attaching two images to show you what I mean.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Ho to animate an industrial drawing so that it look like it starts drawing from a single point outward that possibly has a 3d camera move? Ideally just by uploading an image to an ai service like the attached.

I need to travel with a new MacBook. Transferring the user settings from my desktop computer, using File>user settings>export user settings and importing the file gives me the error message 'Incompatible locale detected. Please choose a valid file to proceed.' I've ensured that both versions are up to date and the same. The date/time is the same. I have no idea where to go from here.     <Title renamed by MOD>

I recently updated my Acrobat to version 2025.001.20577 and my MacOS to Sequoia 15.6, and since then I've had issues when trying to check accessibility of docs in Acrobat.First I noticed that when I go into the accessibility tools and click on Reading Order, the button turns blue like it is selected, but no options window opens and nothing appears on the doc to show reading order or text levels. The rest of the buttons in accessibility tools seem to work fine. Then I realised my ability to see the tags was completely gone - the panel to see them is nowhere to be found. I've been searching to find a solution and can't find anything about anyone having the same issue. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my Mac to no avail. I also have 3 work collegues on the same plan who have run the same updates as me and aren't having this issue.

I've done the in app tutorials before and found them very useful. So after sometime, I've went to load them up again for a refresher in Premiere Pro, and the workspace and project loads up, which you can play around with,  but there is no accompanying tutorial that guides you through. Am I missing something? As I've done it before, is this a one-time use sort of operation?>

Hi, I am wondering how do I get those Red (Close), Orange (minimise) and Green (epand) Buttons to return on the too in Indesign since they are missing????? Also its not allow me to drag the whole window to my other screen since everything is stuck on the top. I have tried reinstalling Indesign and that has not fixed it. Those buttons are on my other applications. I have attached a screen shot. Thanks

Dear all,I work in the field of live broadcasting and use the Capture function in Adobe Premiere to create clips – recording video using a capture card (HDMI, SDI). This feature is only available in older versions of Adobe Premiere (e.g., 23.6.7). I cannot find this version in the Adobe Cloud app (the latest available version is 24.0). Does anyone have a link to this version? Or to the latest version with video recording functionality?

I can't find a post on it, maybe I missed it, so I won't spoil the surprise if there is one. But there is ANOTHER great feature (after the New Masking feature, and the media search feature) that is so excellent. I really thank you... remember the hub-bub of the obsolete effects...  so cool... thanks again.

Fed up of fighting with your green screen?! Adobe Express has got you covered!   Remove the background from any video with one click. Record yourself directly inside the app, then browse the Adobe Stock library for a new background, import your own, or generate something brand-new with the amazing AI text-to-image - all without stepping out of Express!   What's your favourite video tip in Adobe Express?

I asked Firefly to make me words (like ideas) floating up in a translucent background, it gave me nonsense words instead of the words I typed in.

Im not sure it this is the place to go for featcher requests but one that I would love to see is color gradient being added to live text. it is soo difficult to have to outline the text and create a compound shape just to add a gradient, and then have to undo everything because the client wants the wording changed. or redoing it when you forgot what the font was from an old document... I would like it all nativly, without plugins, if there even are plugins for this.
