Ever since we moved to InDesign 2024, we've noticed that the Links Panel will often overflow with linked assets and cause the panel to become unusable.  To reproduce this, you first must have a lot of unique links in your document.Open the document and select one of the assets on the page, such as an image. The links panel will try to highlight the link, but it will get jumbled up and overflow with other links in the document.  I have attached a screenshot of what we're getting.Platform: MacOS: macOS Sonoma 14.4Indesign Version: 19.3Troubleshooting steps taken so far:Reinstalled InDesign 2024.Reset InDesign's preferences.Switched to a default workspace rather than a custom workspace.Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Thanks

I was editing an image in Lightroom, and needed to do some quick clean up. So I used the "import to Photoshop" feature in order to do this. I made one copy of the file, and then a new layer. I used various heal tools on the new layer. Nothing exotic on the healing, just removing dust spots. When done with the healing, I made a consolidated stamp layer (al+ctrl+shift+E). I then closed the document to import back into Lightroom. I sat and waited for the image to upload to the cloud so I could edit it. After 2 hours, it still hadn't uploaded. So I just left my computer on and went home. Several hours later, it finally updated. At home, I tried to finish the editing the image in Lightroom mobile, and then export. After pressing the export button, I again waited over 2 hours for the image to download so it could be exported. I simply gave up after 2.5 hours, and just made the changes in Lightroom.I am now looking at the file in my Lightroom library, and it is 1.15gb. This is massive. The fi

Hello,I already said it in short in the subject box above. How do I PERMANENTLY turn off the ligatures option in the character men? I have to switch it off every time after (e.g.) typing st. I can switch it off but a few minutes later (when typing st again) it is active again in the character menu. Strange enough (working in a large document of 100's of pages) not everywhere this st-persistence exists.Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help!

I am using multiple shapes inside a shape layer, and each shape has a trim path assigned to it. I am trying to move one of the shape path's vertices, but the answer provided here:Move vertexes of a mask around doesn't work in this case. Here is the shape layer set-up:Here is the way it looks in the composition layer with "Path 1" selected in the timeline layer:And here is the way it looks when I click the vertex:The bounding box appears, and all the vertices are selected, but I can only move the shape as a whole and not by individual vertices. It is the same whether I shift-click or just regular click.Any advice would be much appreciated.

I have not used After Effects or Premiere Pro for about two months. The software is completely updated. I opened After Effects to import some clips for what I thought would be some quick work. Unfortunately, After Effects was behaving erratically; it told me that it would have to disable 3d because my video card was not compatible. It then failed to load or display clips added to a composition and then crashed. I assumed, as has happened so often in the past, that I needed to update my graphics drivers. I updated my drivers, restarted the system, and ran After Effects. Same startup complaint; now, however, After Effects crashes immediately upon importing a clip. I uninstalled all of my plugins. I uninstalled After Effects and reinstalled. Same issue. I ran After Effects in Safe Mode. Different error number, same issue.  I am using two nvidia Titan RTX video cards connected via NVLink, each with 24gb of VRAM. My system has 128gb of RAM.

I found an odd issue with rotating elements around the centerpoint of a circle. To recreate the issue:Create a circleCreate a triangle with points aligned to the circumference of the circleRotate the triangle around the centerpoint of the circle  Theoretically, the points of the triangle should remain aligned with the circumference of the circle. However, Illustrator is shifting the tringle off the circumference. The issue is only visible at high magnification, but  causes issues when trying to create precise compound shapes.  I was able to recreate this issue across multiple machines, running Illustrator 29.7.1 and 29.8.1. No snap-to preferences are in use.  Is this user error I am overlooking, or is there an issue with how Illustrator is computing the rotation?

I would like to increase the stroke weight of all text across a manuscript.  Do I need to select the text on one page at a time to change it, or is there another way?  Is there a way to change all the text at once?  One page at a time may produce errors, and if I need to change it again may become laborious.  Any help would be appreciated.Thank you very much.Adam

As per the topic - Is there a way to apply an adjustment layer to multiple 'linked' layers spread at various parts in the stack, rather than(adjacent) 'grouped' layers?
