Solved

Hello! I designed a book in Indesign, saving it in Cloud Document with no problems. Im currently backing up all the files on a local server but i cant download the main Indesign document, the downloading wheel keeps spinning until it says that couldnt be downloaded. The file itself is still working fine on Cloud Documents. Also tired saving it with the Save As feature but after doing that Indesign crashes and wont let me open the file that it saved. I need to locally back up the file. This is the error that displays when i try to open the file saved with the Save As feature:

Cuando quiero poner un texto o poner una linea se me empieza a poner la pantalla en negro, por favor necesito ayuda para solucionar este problema, gracias

Hello everyone, I'm currently having an issue i can't manage to fix myself. My Lr CC is running on my Windows 10 computer and i have a one for all library in it that holds every images i've taken. Every images with a certain rating goes either in a "saving" dynamic collection or in a "portfolio" dynamic collection based on the stars given. In my case the saving collection has something around 500 images and 100+ for the portfolio one. Then i have a folder that has 2 copies of the dynamic collections but not dynamic to sync them with my cloud in order to find them in Lr on my other devices (iphone/ipad). The thing is that since they are not dynamic at all unlike the 2 that they are meant to stricly copy/paste, whenever i make a change in my ratings or add images, to save me some time, i just clean out the collection completly and select all images in the refering dynamic collection (Ctrl+A) and clic and drag in the normal synced collection. It's important to note that when i do this, i

Please add 'Snap to Document Bounds, just like in Photoshop.Even with Smart Guides switched on, Ai does not snap to the corners and edges of an Artboard, which is a must have for accurate work.

I have a PDF that has over a thousand pages worth of highlighted text. When I open up the comments section, I can see all of the highlighted comments but I cannot select all the comments at once - I can only select the highlighted comments page by page. I am currently running reader DC and I recall in earlier versions being able to select all the comments and deleting them all at once. Can I still do that in reader DC or do I have to go page by page selecting all the comments and deleting them? Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance!

Hola, tengo un problema ya que ilustrador cs6 ahora no me permite cambiar el tamaño de los objetos. Al tratar de hacerlo solo se mueve el objeto.

Is it possible to modify the text size/font style of a measured dimension? Am I missing something obvious?

cf version: CF2023u15, OS: WindowsI have a component "excel.cfc". The component has functions that creates objects of Apache POI classes and use various methods of those POI classes to perform excel manipulation.ColdFusion's latest POI jar (v5.4.1) isn't compatible with our application. So, I am using an older version (v3.17) of it by placing it in a folder and requesting ColdFusion to load my chosen jar using application.cfc's  this.javaSettings.loadPaths().When I try to create an object of excel.cfc using createObject(), I see that the poi version that gets loaded is v3.17. This means the setting has worked as it has successfully instructed ColdFusion to make use of the older jars. This is all good. However, if I try to call it using jQuery.post(), like $.post("/shared/cf/excel.cfc?method=func()"), it still ends up loading ColdFusion's v5.4.1 which isn't helpful. Is there a way I can still instruct ColdFusion to work in this second approach? Maybe, through a setting in

Have a nice day. Color Balance HLS effect stopped showing in Obsolete effects. I've been using it practically daily, it's a huge deal for me! Please put it back or tell me how to set H to -5 in a few steps.Spinning every shot with wheels is complete nonsense.I don't understand what was wrong with such a simple effect in the program that it had to go away.Sorry for my English, Google.

Got an issue today with InDesign (20.5) freezing indefinitely everytime the user adds a text file data source via Dynamic Data. Issue appears no matter what text file is used (even an empty one!). I've tried rebooting PC, resetting preferences for InDesign, updating and reinstalling InDesign, but all no effect. Issue not present on other machines either so I'm a bit lost here, any ideas would be much appreciated

Hello everyone,I'm trying to use the Adobe Stock Image Search API. I'm sending a POST request to /Rest/Media/1/Search/Files with similar_image (multipart file upload) and search_parameters[similar_image]=1.The request works (status 200, results returned), but the response header always shows x-search-type: uss instead of vss, and the results are always the same, not visually similar files. I also tried with postmann, same results. I also tried with similar_url, same problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem?Do I need special permissions on my API key to enable Visual Similarity Search (VSS)?Thanks!

Wow!Banging my head against the wall trying change the color of the font to a Gradient. This has to be near the top of the least intutive processes I have experienced in several years. However, only after watching Monika's video from a couple years ago was I able to complete the task. Thanks Monika.

Hi,I have searched and looked through so many tutorials online, but haven't found an answer to this:Is it possible to use the slip tool (and/or slide tool) without having to drag the tool over the clip with the mouse? I would really like to know if I can do this by using a keyboard shortcut only and preferably while scrubbing audio at the same time. This is a feature in Avid that has existed since the early 90s and it was even possible to do it in the old FCP7 , by selecting a clip, going into slip mode and adjusting the in and out points by using the trim keys, so I don't understand why I am not able to do it in PP.  Is there an extra step that I am missing? Hope someone has an answer.Thanks.

Hello,  It has been immensely useful to read through comments and discussions here on this forum regarding this topic. Thank you! I have recently completed a reflowable epub 3.0 through InDesign (the file was originally prepared for print publication which already happened) - stumbling through it mostly but I have used a combination of -InDesign paragraph style / space above/below / export tags for page breaks  -InDesign Object export options for Images -and dabbled into CSS code (with the help of the book and links from James Gifford mostly for front matter) The book contains over 30 images with captions (which I followed the rule of End of body paragraph / anchor for image / image / caption paragraph / nex text paragraph). I have selected for the images to be relative to text flow as far as size.  I have previewed the book with Calibre / Kindle as I was building it. The file passed through inspection and to be distributed via D2D (per clie

Hello, I am uploading AI stock videos to Adobe every day, but despite uploading unique AI videos, I am getting this problem of "Similar content in our collection". Does this fall under the spam category? Can this harm my account? Can my account be blocked or banned? What if I upload mass AI videos? And "Similar content in our collection" and this problem actually occurs? my portfolio link: https://stock.adobe.com/in/contributor/211735482/sangram%20singha%20roy

I'm fairly new to Premiere Pro and I'm trying to change the temporal interpolation of the keyframes for a shape's path. When i select the keyframes and right click, I can see the options to change to but they are grayed out and cannot be clicked. Also, Linear is already checked but like I said I cannot change off of it. All help is greatly appreciated!

Greetings Community.I'm currently trying to render some videos in 8K 60 FPS for a small project on YouTube.Unfortunately, after processing the videos, YouTube only shows me a maximum resolution of 4K.I'd like to know how to export the videos correctly in Premiere Pro so that the videos on my channel are also listed in 8K.I've already seen several tutorials on YouTube that show presets for 8K export. Unfortunately, they weren't particularly helpful.I would be happy if someone could help me with my problem. My computer specs:CPU: i9-14900KRAM: 128GB DDR5GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090Adobe products are installed on an NVME SSD

staticTexts.add({ staticLabel: "Doesn't the text inside automatically wrap to new lines?" });Doesn't the text inside automatically wrap to new lines? Setting the width doesn't seem to work either.I think I've seen people use jion(\n) to control line breaks.

If I eyedropper a color from the vector art or pixel image I use to make a pattern swatch, I get the correct color. If I eyedropper (with shift held down) over a shape that is filled with that same pattern, I get the wrong color. Not sure if this is a bug or just a complicated color profile issue, but it occurs only in pattern-filled shapes, whether the pattern is generated from vector art or from an embedded pixel image. Anyone know what's going on here? I've attached a screencapture gif of me doing this, because I feel like I'm going crazy and I need y'all to see what's actually happening. The work-around is: I expand or rasterize a small shape off the artboard and fill it with the pattern, then color-select from that. With high-res images or complex vector art this can slow me down a little, but it works. It's just a baffling issue that's hard to catch and has lead to mistakes. Sometimes the color differences are less obvious than in this example.

Hi all,Is there a way to remove an event from a form field (under the Actions tab) in Acrobat Pro DC (Mac) using JavaScript?I’ve set events like MouseUp, MouseDown, MouseEnter, MouseExit, OnFocus and OnBlur withsetAction()For some cases, I need to clear/remove the event completely.Right now, I can do something like:fieldName.setAction("OnBlur", " ");This works, but feels more like a workaround than a true removal. Is there a proper way to delete an existing action via JavaScript? Thanks!

Hello! I have to animate this groovy waves for a video and would like some ideias on what to do. I thought about using wave warp and turbulent displacement to give it some movement, but didn't like the result so much, it feels too linear and samey. This waves are made of big parts and some small creases, and i couldn't replicate this with displacement or wave warp. Is there a trick to do this? Do i need to animate it more like 2D animation? Any help is appreciated.
