Solved

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a serious issue in Illustrator. When I create a new document, everything works fine: objects display at the correct size on the artboard, and their dimensions in the Properties/Transform panel are accurate. But after I save the file, close Illustrator, and reopen the same document, the objects still look visually correct on the artboard. However, in the Properties/Transform panel their dimensions suddenly become extremely large. The problem is that once this happens, all Illustrator tools (transform, align, distribute, scaling, etc.) start following these incorrect giant dimensions, which makes it impossible to keep working normally in the same file. It also affects zoom and scroll performance, which become very slow or freeze. So visually the artwork looks right, but Illustrator is treating it as if it were scaled to enormous values.Has anyone else faced this? Could it be a units/scale mismatch or a known bug in how Illustrator handles saved files? Any workaro

I have seen that people with PDF creator can open select multiple files in SAP, print to PDF and it  automatically merges all the files and saves them as a single PDF. Is this possible with Adobe PRO?

Suddenly my Cloud based Photoshop stopped responding correct when I use the crop tool.  The entire image disappears.   Control-Z will bring it back, but the problem persists.  The problem is not limited to one photo.  Re-booting my Windows 10 Pro computer did no good.  Can anyone help on this?  Yesterday everything was working properly.

I have a new macbook pro and I want to install Lightroom classic on it. I already have it on my desktop and I am paying for it. I cannot seem to find the answer anywhere on Adobe's website.

Hello - I've come through to the Illustrator forum as I had to get in somewhere - not finding the Adobe help process very flexible, some answers on other forums are similar but not the same, so I'd appreciate your help.My question is: why do my libraries on my pc say they are up to date when they are not - I've worked in Adobe Capture and saved shapes the past few days and none of them are showing on the pc libraries, all have appeared previously - I can open the new files successfully direct from phone to Illustrator or Photoshop, but they still don't appear in my pc libraries panel.I have my Creative Cloud panel open on the pc, I'm also signed into the Adobe website.Any help please?

Hello, when I click on R to rotate my workspace, a “prohibited” icon appears and a message tells me “unable to update dynamic objects because this option is only compatible with Open GL document windows.” I don't understand what this means and why I can't just rotate my workspace, as I draw better when it's tilted. Thank you in advance for your help!

Can someone send me the correct link for me to download from adobevideotraining adobe premier pro

Problems with Lightroom Classic – ”An error occurred when attempting to change modules”. What to do?I have a huge problem using lightroom. Suddenly I can not change modules. I can sometimes go to the module Web, Book or Map – but not to Develop or Library. Tried calling Adobe Support but after 40 minutes the call got disconnected and I never got called back and the problem is unsolved. The supporter was trying making a second profile on my Mac and probably wanted to install another version on this profile to check if the computer is OK – I’v got no other problems on my brand new Mac. But since the call got disconnected we never ever finished. Setup:Mac Studio Apple M3 UltraSeqoia 15.5RAM 96 GB2 TB of free diskAdobe Cloud installed on main disc I tried uninstalling LR Classic three times. Booting, deleting temp-files, running Disc Doctor etc. EVERY time including repairing disc permissions of course – did not help. I tried twice uninstalling the whole Adobe Cloud pac

My e-mail on my Adobe account is unique to my account. Yet I've now started getting useless SPAM sent to that email. Some has "unsubscribe" links but my security blocks them and they are only to that particular SPAM source so I'll still get the SPAM from elsewhere. eg today got one from "Real Thread" T-shirt printing. Of absolutely no interest to me, complaete SPAM. All the account privacy settings are set to private/secret/tell nobody nothing ever. No social medias linked (I don't even have social media accounts).. They certainly didn't get the information from my laptop as the email I got includes other details from my Adobe account eg they have my first name! So have Adobe leaked my e-mail? Adobe servers hacked? I'm at the point of having to delet the account (as changing the e-mail will be a waste of time if it's being handed out/sold to these 3rd parties, the new mail will just get handed-out/sold/hacked again! I recently posted about LrC new version

I've tried searching for answers and have come close but I can't find a fix to this precise issue. New user and I might have changed a Preference by accident. After I place the playhead on the edit timeline and press space to engage 'playback', it bounces back to where I started after about a minute, by itself. It won't play back continuously through the entire timeline and always stops and returns to where I started. I know it's supposed to do this if you stop playback, but it's just returning to the start (where I hit the space at)  on its own.

several of my .psd files have been corrupted recently and will not open. get error " this file is not compatible with this version of photoshop"tried rebooting, reinstalling, using older version, using illustrator, using other programs. all say file is corrupted.technical supports looked at it and said it was corrupt and suggested re-doing it. Which is highly frustrating since I've spent hours on work that is lost and no reassusance it wont do it again since this is the 3rd time in the last few days that its happened.

Issue - Despite making changes to a composition and sending it to AME (from the AE menu "Composition -> Send to Adobe Media Encoder Queue"), Media Encoder exports a video that shows an older version of that composition. The changes are not included. This persists between program restarts and PC shutdowns. Adobe Media Encoder version number - 24.3 build 49 (After Effects version 24.4.0 build 47)Operating system - Windows 10 Pro (22H2) Steps to reproduce - Import a CSV file into AE. Use that CSV as a data source for several text layers. Pre-compose the text layers. Save. Send to AME. Make changes to the CSV outside of AE. Confirm that the new data is appearing in AE. Send to AME.Expected result - All changes made to the composition are reflected in the exported video.Actual result -  The exported video is not based on the actual current state of the composition, but a past state. The old data is showing up.

I've been using PS 2018 on my Mac with OS 10.13.6 for years and today it requires me to sign in.I get through the Adobe Account sign in and reach the profile options, but the verified subcriber account will not open and I am unable to use PS.Has anyone experienced this? Adobe support could not help.

Is it possible to use the Pathfinder Extrude effect to some live type? I'm trying to acheive a blank area inside the type (see image). Where you see black in the letters, I would like that to be the dark gray background, while still being able to change the text. I've tried applying the Extrude in the appearance panel but it doesn't seem to do anything. Thanks.

Do I not understand something, or is the Lr Catalog Backup completely useless if you don't have the couple of other files in the directory it operates within?  Why aren't those included? I get it that the images are just links. I've been going along, backing up regularly since Lightroom v.1. to an external drive, thinking I was covered. I finally had a HD fail. Bought a new computer and went to recover from my so-called backups, only to discover that each catalog requires three other files not included in its backup file to be able to open and use the backup.. I've wasted three full days. J Kost, in her tutorial on how to move to another machine, explains it all. But if you can't get those other few files, you are screwed. TIP: If you aren't copying the entire folder the catalog operates within, your backups are usesless if you have to move to aniopther machine. TIP: Dont put your catalog in the Onedrive/Pictures as they recommend. That is another nightmare. Getting thos

I've recently been unable to download or play any videos I've exported from Premiere Pro on my iPhone that are over 1080x1920 and 10 bit. I've had this issue ever since I've begun using Premiere, I'm unable to download or play any videos rendered in H.264 that are above 1080p with a bit depth larger than 10 bits. The videos larger than 1080p will download and play fine on any apple or windows computer, or andriod phone but will not play on my iPhone. Every time my iPhone gets a "you can not download or view this type of video" message even though the vidoe file type is listed as supported according to apple's website. My clients are also having this issue.  I've read another forum where people were having this issue and solved the problem by changing around the exporting settings but I've found no success with their advice. I'm beginning to think this has something to do with the fact that I'm exporting this from a Windows PC and trying to play it on an iPhone but who knows.&

The LRC mask function do't work. The Radio & linear gradient do not show the boundary lines and center point. It only show the overlay in red. I can not move the masked area around.
