Solved

Greetings, I've been trying to purchase the adobe creative cloud subscription for students so i can proceed with my college lectures. However, everytime i try to purchase the subscription i get an error. Please take into consideration that:• Credit is the only payment option available to me, no debit or paypal.• I tried 3 different credit cards from different banks, none of them worked.• i tried using VPN• I contacted the banks, they all said the issue is on adobe's end. •I contacted support several times and they did NOT help, they tried to complete the payment on their end and sending me a quote. Didn't work. Told me to try again later. Didn't work. One said that there is a fraud alert on the card. Banks said no issues. One agent got me in contact with a special IT agent and this agent immediately said "i can't solve your problem" and left the live chat right away with no explanation. One agent told me that they can try to contact my bank (unfortunately i misread it as

Hi,I’m creating a print document for an organization and their brand guide is based on their website. The brand guide specifies their boxes have rounded corners with an outer radius of 20px.  I went into preferences and changed my horizontal and vertical ruler to use pixels. However if I set the rounded corners on my box to 20px, it looks much more rounded than what I see on the website. Is it something to do with pixel per inch ratio of print vs web? How should I adjust it? thanks!

I complete a form, then select e-signature.  Recipient receives the form blank.  It is removing all completed data from the form.Trying to fix myself, and notice when I go to add the signature recipient in, all the completed data is removed, and new empty text boxes are put in its place.

Sorry if this isn’t the right community to ask, but I haven’t been able to find a clear answer anywhere. For many years, I’ve had access to an NGO license through TechSoup, similar to student licenses, and as far as I know, I’m still eligible for it. Previously, I’ve had no issues using my credit cards to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. However, now none of my four credit cards are accepted by Adobe. All of them work perfectly fine for other online purchases, and my bank has confirmed there are no issues with the cards. I did manage to complete a payment via PayPal, but I would prefer to pay directly with my Visa or Mastercard. One thing I find unusual is that when entering my card details, I’m not asked for the CVC code—only the cardholder’s name, card number, and expiration date. I’ve already contacted Adobe support, but unfortunately we had difficulty understanding each other due to the supports heavy accent and poor English skills, and the chatbot hasn’t been helpful as it just repea

I'm unsure when this started, and I've made sure to update my software just in case, but I can no longer find any file by searching within the bins in my projects. This doesn't happen with effects, but purely in the project window. It's really slowing down my workflow for searching for a quick graphic or music file during an edit. I can't find anything on google or this forum that helps with this problem.I've tried clearing the cache, updating the software. It just won't come back and I need to try and get it fixed ASAP if I can.Any help would be reatly appreciated. To illustrate the problem, I attach 2 photos. One with an unfiltered bin showing a file with "radio" clearly present in the name, then with the word being searched and it showing none of the files, even though several radio imaging mp3s contain this word.

I am trying to change the leading of my document, but I can't figure out how to make it apply to spacing within paragraphs and not just the space between paragraphs. The document I'm working with is poetry, so for the most part this isn't a problem but every once in a while there is one word that won't fit on a line and then is very tight to the previous line.

Have installed Adobe Reader on my MacBook Pro 2,3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, Ventura 13.7.4. Trying to add PKCS#11 Modules so I can sign legal document. Options for "Attach module", "Detach module" and "Refresh" are in light gray color and not operative. Tried to fix the problem with support of Certilia in Croatia, but they told me that this is Adobe issue on Mac OS with latest update and quit a lot of users having same issue for apx. last 50 days. Can You help?

My free trial for AI Assistant Plus also included a free trial for Adobe Pro for some reason and unknowingly I only got to cancel the free trial for AI Assistant Plus before it changed to a paid subscription. I noticed that I was charged this morning and cancelled the Adobe Pro subscription shortly after. Will I be able to recieve a full refund?

Can someone explain what exactly happens if your subscription gets suspended? Do you have to pay any fees or the rest of the remaining bill?

I have a web design client, a dentist who is requesting a PDF form which he intends to use as a waiver for his patients to sign, before undergoing dental procedures. The intended workflow for the document would be: Doctor explains to the patient the procedure that will be performed on them.Doctor hands a tablet with a blank copy of the form to the patient, which they have to fill out with their name, date and e-mail, then write their initials on each of the ten clauses, finally proceeding to sign and clicking on a button to submit the form.A copy gets sent to the patient, and another copy gets sent to the clinic for their records. Is a field where they could add their signature using their finger or tablet pen possible? Or would they need to sign by typing in their name once again? Considering that the doctor wouldn't send the form to the patient over email, but would instead provide a blank copy preloaded in a tablet, what would be the ideal method to store the for

Since April 2021, have not been able to use Photodownloader in Bridge with my new CFExpress card.  It does not detect it.  It does detect and function with SD card from same camera and card reader.  The CFExpress card is on the desk top.  Adobe has not been able to resolve despite numerous calls and attempts.  Anyone else having this isssue.  Using a work around by directly copying from card to file but it does not convert to DNG as I prefer.

Hi Everyone, I am currently Downloading PDF Files from my Gmail account to my Desktop.Up until today, I was able to Download these files no problem. Today however, everytime that a PDF Files completes downloading from Gmail to my Desktop, Adobe Acrobat Automatically Opens the file on my Computer. This is Driving me MAD! Is there any way to stop this from happening? I've attached a file that I got from a Reddit post - where other people were having this issue. It seems that in the past, that there was a check-box option in Acrobat Reader under Edit -> Preferences -> General  to turn off this annoying features. But this option is missing on my Acrobat Reader.

Sometimes, I make copies of layers (for example: copy little diamonds to align into a shape of the letter M). Each time I "alt+drag" the content in that layer (to make a copy of it), PS makes a copy and then appends the name of the layer to something like "diamond copy 3". After making a ton of copies (and because I'm anal about having actual names for each layer), I want each layer to read "diamond". Instead of manually renaming all these layers, is there a way to highlight the affected layers and choose to rename all layers according to what you want?

Hello everyone,I'm facing an issue with Adobe Acrobat on my MacBook and I'm hoping to find a solution here.Initially, Acrobat started freezing and became unresponsive. I decided to perform a clean installation, but now the application won't launch at all. When I click the Acrobat icon, it appears in the Dock with a dot underneath , but the main application window never opens. I can only close the process by using Force Quit.MacBook Model: Macbook pro 14" M2Max 32gbAcrobat Version: 25.1 What I Have Already Tried:Force quitting the application and restarting the Mac.A complete uninstallation using  AdobeAcrobatCleanerTool.Restarting the Mac after the uninstallation.Reinstalling the latest version downloaded directly from the Adobe website.Checking the Activity Monitor for any stuck "Acrobat" or "Adobe" processes. Unfortunately, none of these steps have solved the problem. The application is still stuck in the Dock and refuses to open.Does anyone have any fur

Hi, I'm trying to add swatches to my CC Library, but it doesn't work. I tried to drag and drop the swatches from Swatches to CC Libraries, but nothing happens. Running on InDesign version 18.5. x64.

I installed Adobe 2026 on my imac. Now undo doesn’t work. It’s permanently grayed out. ID 21.2 on a Retina 5K running Ventura 13.7.8. If you look at screen shot, I can’t undo the neon effect I made or undo the letter ‘M’ I deleted. I’m opening 2025 ID to see if that helps.

I'm new to Acrobat DC and am used to working with individual PDFs. I've got DC setup to NOT do tabbed management of multiple open files. How do I now stop it from reverting to a "Home Screen" showing recent files when I close the last open PDF?   I think, that when I close the last open PDF, Acrobat should just go away/die.

I have assigned names to various persons and the persons view now shows all named persons. How do I chnage the photo that is shown as the key photo for a named person/face? LrC15.6 on Win11

How can I create a library of music I’ve selected in Premiere that opens with every project—similar to the "Power Bin" in DaVinci Resolve? The Power Bin is really cool; you can see waveforms for every track or sound clip, and it loads automatically in every project. Not to mention that you can tag frequently used songs to find them quickly, add markers, and color-code clips. I’m wondering if there’s a way to do this in Adobe Premiere, or if maybe I’m just missing a feature. Thanks!
