Solved

I just want to share a bad experience I have had with Adobe a few minutes ago. I visited my Account page and wanted to update payment information. I noted there were 3 cards, one of those had expired. To my utmost dismay, I could not believe that I could not delete the cards I WANTED to delete as Adobe does not allow that option for its customers, unlike companies like Google or Apple. I had to chat to a totally clueless and useless virtual assistant. Eventually I was connected to a human, who took nearly 20 minutes to delete 1 card. The whole experience of trying to delete cards for payment methods took me nearly 30 minutes, a process which should not have taken more than 5 minutes elsewhere. This is not my first bad experience with Adobe. I only have 1 app now in my plan, I used to have 20 ! I am trying my best tor leave Adobe and its extremely poor customer service and do business with other more friendly and more in-tune companies.

Hi there.I have reviewed this photo and cannot see what the problem is, technically speaking.. would you please help.. Bh Leonhansenfoto

Something else I’ve noticed about the denoise function – by the way, I’m really happy with it, especially since it doesn’t create an extra DNG file, which is great for my workflow. Maybe except for the progress window. When I apply it to a photo with a high ISO value of 8000 (using the default denoise value of 50), and then use the AI Remove tool afterward, the noise seems to come back more than in the original photo. This is also when I first use remove and then denoise.  Here are the steps with images I follow: This is a standard imported raw file  Denoise applied  Then I want to remove the yellow line in de upper right corner  The line is removed, but there is a strange effect in the place of line now  Here under a detail  I hope you can see this.

Ayuda porfa.

Hello, I can't seem to find the answer to this problem and I'm really new at Premiere so I'm not sure how to navigate the program enough to word this question properly or figure it out myself. What's happening is whenever Premiere is open, no sound from other applications (even the master volume mixer) is coming through my default audio device (bluetooth Powerbeats3, I have tried other, wired headphones with the same results). All that comes through headphones with Premiere open is a strange popping/static sound. The only way I have found to restore audio back is by closing Premiere entirely. This is a problem when following tutorials on how to do something in Premiere because I have no audio. It is also a problem when I am primarily editing clips with no sound. It would be nice to be able to listen to Spotify while editing in After Effects and cutting in Premiere. It's really a huge time-waster having to close Premiere every time I switch back to editing in After Effects just to listen t

For excel files, we use Apache POI.  It worked fine until we applied the latest CF Security patch to our CF2023 server.  It must have updated POI to the latest version which deprecated some of the functions.  I was able to fix one issue, but am not able to see how I can create XSSFColor from RGB.  My previous code was:rgb=createObject("java","java.awt.Color").init(javacast("int",234),javacast("int",230),javacast("int",202)); createObject("java","org.apache.poi.xssf.usermodel.XSSFColor").init(rgb);This used to create a color from Red=234, Green=230, and Blue=202, but now it crashes because the init function needs more arguments. I need to now pass RGB in "Byte Array" such as: XSSFColor(byte[] rgb) . I am not sure how to make a byte array in coldfusion. I have tried this:javaCast("byte[]",        [            javaCast( "byte", 234),            javaCast( "byte", 230),  &

I have a layer, which has an expression applied to Position. The expression changes the Position value over time. What I am trying to do is access the value of Position as if it had no expression applied to it. The property("Position").value method doesn't work because it takes current Position value which is influenced by the expression. What I need is the original value. Is there any way to get that?

I am still fairly new to use Permiere Pro but I have created several video projects in the last year and a half.  I have muddled along and been able to create videos for personal use but I am definitely not yet a pro.  Well, this evening I had been editing a 1 hour long video and had edited down to just about 45 minutes.  All had been going well.  No problems with clipping or deleting small parts of the video with the connected audio.  I was almost done with the editing as I was working on this project tonight when suddenly I could not hear the audio in the playback.   I must have hit some button or clicked on something but I have no idea what it might have been.  I had been using my space bar to move through the timeline and was using "L" to go through it quickly for the ensure all was done correctly.  Again, all was going well when I just all of a sudden could not hear the audio in the playback.  I closed the project without saving&nb

Cancelled my account but overlooked the GIANT cancellation fee.  I only use the app every other month sometimes less, it was not worth $50.  Now I am charged $278??!!  Please please reactivate my account.  I'll deal with the $50 a month, just reactivate.  Thank you.

Hello, I'm trying to use the ellipse tool but the only thing it has is the rectangle tool. Any help??

Latest Version of Premiere 25OS: WindowsI am trying to import custom .kys settings from my desktop computer (windows 10) to my laptop (windows 11). The problems I am facing:1) I cannot find the keyboard settings folder under my %UserProfile%\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\25 - that folder does not exist on my laptop. 2) When I create a new custom .kys, it is not saving anywhere. I have searched for that file, but it does not appear anywhere. Why would Premiere be behaving so differently? I have reset preferences, reset computer. I have not fully reinstalled premiere, but maybe I should? It's just strange that those folders were never created under my userprofile on this computer, when they exist on the other. Thank you in advance.

Hi, does anyone know how to create this pattern in Photoshop or Illustrator? I need to use it to create a bump map in another program. Thanks

Hello CommunityDoes anyone know of a afrikaans languege pack for illustrator please? Will make my life so much easier please. For spelling checks.Thank you

I export PDF from Acrobat to JPG-pictures for use on internet. But the pictures are blurred.Anyone? Thanks in advance

I am on the latest version of Illustrator on a Mac Studio. One of my most used custom shortcuts has suddenly disappeared (offset path), when I have gone into edit -> keyboard shortcuts the menu command offset path doesn't exist anymore, I can only set a shortcut for 'effect -> offset path', not 'object -> path -> offset path'. Strangely, offset path still exists in the menu commads under object -> path, it just doesn't appear in the keyboard shortcuts window. Screenshot attached. I've checked for updates and there are none and I've tried resetting so I'm assuming this is a bug. If so, it needs fixing as manually going through the menus everytime is tedious and time consuming.

This functionality was removed with the update to Ae2025 and it is quite annoying. Allow us to drop files from folders on our system into the empty project window (below the hamburger menu). There's no need to remove this and it would significantly speed things up when working with lots of folders/files and you can't just drag-drop a file.

Hi, I'm editing on a Mac with Premiere Pro 2019 (but I tried and I get the same issue with Premiere Pro 2020). I'm working on a project for a video production company. 50% of the editing was done from somebody editing on a PC, then I took over the project with my MacOS (Mojave). I used his own Premiere Pro 2019 project file. The other editor kept telling me he felt my exports didn't look as good as his. We made sure we were using the same editing and exporting settings. Then he sent me a comparison of one of his exports vs one of mine. There was a clear difference between the opacity of a green stripe in his export (darker and the constancy of the opacity looks better) and mine. But the problem didn't seem to be with the exports settings, because the green stripe looked the same in my timeline preview as it did in my exports. I then thought about changing the preview renderer : when I put it in SOFTWARE ONLY mode instead of GPU ACCELERATION mode, the green stripe looks exactl

Is it possible to un-parent layers while retaining their position using JSFL?I have some projects that use classic tweened symbols with layer parenting, which I would like to bake and archive so that they can still be opened and exported using my copy of Flash CS6, without symbol offset issues.   I originally planned to bake the animations using Animate's "Convert to Frame-by-Frame Animation" right click option, so that the symbols' movements will be preserved after un-parenting them. However, this would result in countless keyframes that would manually have to be unlinked from their parent layers, unless an automated solution is possible. And from my testing, turning off "use advance layers" in the document settings does not prevent layer parented symbols from becoming offset in versions of Flash/Animate that do not support layer parenting.   That leads me to these JSFL methods which might offer a less manual way to un-parent all those baked keyframe

Olá, comunidade! Tudo certo?

Ever since the new masking features became available in ACR and LR my workflow has gradually changed from 10% raw/90% Photoshop, to in most cases, the complete opposite. That said, there is one feature I would love to see added at  some point and that is the ability to copy the settings from a particular mask, say a radial mask that I frequently use as a quick test of what I'm looking to accomplish over a broad area of my compostion. It has worked very for this but quite often I then manually writing the settings down so I can transfer the exact combination to a brush mask so I can have finer control over my final edits. I realize that I can use the add and subtract sub-masks to achieve a similar outcome but I find I like using the brush much of the time as opposed to that approach. I see it being another option, much the same as "Duplicate and Invert" addition by selecting the context menu from the elipsis and chosing "Copy Settings" with then another obvious addition being "Past
