Hi, in following functions:PathDataSuite1()->PF_PathGetSegLengthPathDataSuite1()->PF_PathEvalSegLength you can retrieve individual path segment lengths, with `A_long which_segL,`, but is there a way (without me doing it manually), to retrieve full path length and operate on all segments?

Was experimenting with different custom canvas sizes and settings.  Now that I have landed on the few I want to keep, how do I delete all the ones I do not want?  Anybody know?

Older version (2017) Perpetual license use to work in Teams GCC-High, new subscription for our company team no longer allows collaboration or editing, just viewing of the full version of Adobe.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Lightroom asked me to update today and now I cannot see photos after 2023 and all my albums have disappeared. Everything was backed up locally and to the cloud and yet the majority of my work is gone. I tried to open the Lightroom Library file which did nothing and I am left missing many photos from shoots and trips that were professional and personal. Is this an issue with the new version of Classic? Why must Adobe insist on messing around with the application. If you are making fundamental changes, be sure to inform your PAYING customers. I am at my last nerve with Adobe and the constant messing around. Can anyone help me retrieve my photos or is there a way I can go back to the older version.

Why is that, it says the findWhat property setting is invalid?What it should say is that gre doesn't have any data I originally got it right by writing it directly like this:var res = getGrepSearch("@", app.activeDocument); gre = new RegExp('@'); main(){ var res = getGrepSearch(gre, app.activeDocument); } .　.　.　..　. function getGrepSearch(fp, s) { app.findGrepPreferences = app.changeGrepPreferences = app.findChangeGrepOptions = null; app.findChangeGrepOptions.properties = { includeHiddenLayers: true, includeLockedLayersForFind: true, includeLockedStoriesForFind: true, includeMasterPages: true } app.findGrepPreferences.findWhat = fp; //return app.findGrep() return s.findGrep() }

I saw on Reddit that a guy achieved this amazing illustration, but i'm curious how can I replicate this to my idea? like how is it possible to achieve that feeling?

Hi everybody. 🙂 I have a question:Is there any way to install Adobe Lightroom Classic on the desktop without having to install and use the (annoying for me) Creaive Cloud? I have a Creative Cloud subscription and can therefore use Lightroom, but I want to use Lightroom directly without secondary software running in the background.I have already tried to find a download link for a Windows 10 app - unfortunately without success so far. Also the attempt to install LR Classic via the Creative Cloud App and to uninstall the Cloud App afterwards unfortunately failed. Are there any ideas how I can realise a relaxed and pure working on my photos without all the other fuss around it? It is possible with Adobe Acrobat Reader, so I still have hope that I can do it with my photos, too. Thanks for your help!

I have been using acrobat to convert PDFs for a while. Today, the program looks different and there is no option to convert. What did you do and why do I have to search the far corners of the internet to figure out how to use a product that I have been paying for? This is affecting my business and trying to contact you people has been a giant waste of time. I am on hold about to cancel my account.

Hello, I’m working on a project in After Effects where I use vector layers to display Scene 1, then zoom in on a specific focal point in Scene 1 to transition into Scene 2.However, I’m running into the same error shown in the screenshot I uploaded. I’ve tried two methods1. Zooming via the layer’s Scale keyframes2. Enabling 3D on the layer and zooming in with a camerabut both produce the identical error. How do others typically create this kind of “zoom into the artwork” effect without exceeding After Effects’ frame‑size limits? My composition resolution is 3840 × 2160.Thank you for any tips or workflows you can share!

In a previously-created PDF form, how do I edit choices in a drop-down field? I only want to change the choices in a few fields.

[Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

while submitting image adobe stock Showed  "not all of your images could be submitted for moderation". What does it mean?

I discovered an issue with a PDF file exported from InDesign. The document contained a text object with a gradient, partially overlaying a photo. So essentially, a text element with a transparent effect placed on top of a pixel-based image. The PDF was exported using the PDF/X-1a preset, so I expected the file to be fully flattened. Visually, the file looked fine, and PitStop Preflight reported no issues. The next step was to place the file into Kodak Preps for imposition for offset printing. At that stage, everything still appeared correct. However, the imposed PDF exported from Preps showed the text object without the gradient. Instead, the text was filled with just one of the gradient colors. After testing and replicating the issue, I found that it did not occur if I flattened the PDF a second time in Acrobat, or if I removed the photo underneath the affected object. Another workaround was converting the text to outlines. My conclusion is that a text object with a gradient over a photo

When I create a "new" document it stores them in an ever expanding list.  I can't figure out how to delete all these saved templates.  One is 3000000 x 300000 pixels. I have no idea how that got created and now I'm up to 20  and I want to delete about ha

On macOS, when I try to launch Lightroom after the update I get: “Adobe Lightroom.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash. (see attached)   I've tried uninstalling and removing Lightroom preferences, then reinstalling, but get the same result. I submitted an Adobe LogCollector Tool file, so hopefully that helps.    I attempted to report it via Creative Cloud support, but the chat ended before I could reach an agent. Not a big deal for me since I mainly use Lightroom Classic, but posting here for awareness in case others run into the same issue.

Does anyone know how to stop adobestock from syncing the pics i download to my library? Everytime i download a photo, it appears in the Library with my other teammates. Annoys everyone as that Library gets clogged with stuff. I have to manually delete. Thanks!

When I select part of a photograph using, say a oblong selection tool, I get the marching ants. Is there a way that I can get the marching ants but also black out the area not selected. I find it difficult to visualise the finished object until I crop, then often need to go back and reposition the selection box. I would like to be able to move the selected area around, with the background blacked out to get my composition correct, then crop the part I want. I hope you understand what I mean.

 Why this Photo Quality Issues

Several users have reported that they are unable to see their portfolio when they click on 'My Portfolio' in the dashboard, in fact I'm one of them.   I discovered this simple way to view images in my portfolio.   When you click 'my portfolio' and don't see your images: Navigate to url, it's form is like "https://stock.adobe.com/eg/contributor/0000000/username" Edit the country abbreviation to any other country, something like UK or FR   [Moderator cured the topics. I have created a mogrt that allowed users to select from a predefined array of fonts using setFont().I want to package the correct fonts with the mogrt but I'm not sure if it is referencing the variable or static versions of a given font, I have many installed. Aside from uninstalling all potential referenced fonts to see what breaks, is there an easy way to tell what file my expressions are referencing? eg "Inter-Medium"

I have approximately 16,000 photos in Apple Photos, all organized into albums and want to migrate the entire thing into Lightroom Classic, including the albums. Each photo has a title that matches the associated album name. I see posts about migrating to Lightroom but cannot find any any posts about migrating to Lightroom Classic. Was thinking of importing album by album (which I would turn into collections). Each album is associated with a year so would create folders for each year. Any ideas?Thank you for any feedback. I am realtively new to LRC.

I have opened a new account and it's been 6/7 days, but I still can't submit the file. Why??? Is there any issue or when will my account be accepted?
