Hi all! I'm Lanz.  I purchased a monthly Photoshop subscription for myself, and I would like to know if I can expect an increase on my next bill. I'm from the Philippines, and there's a new law that states all digital services (including Adobe) will see a 12% rise in value-added tax (VAT) starting June 2025.  I saw the guide on how to update a tax ID, but I think it's not available if I'm from the Philippines.  Suppose it only works in other countries. With that being said, will my next bill be = subscription fee + 12% added tax?

Hi,  I can't seem to get Camera Raw to work with my new MacBook Pro. The internet has told me to try different things, but I might be too big of an idiot to understand what to do. I have attached screenshots of why I can't change settings or delete a file I don't seem to have. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello!  I'm currently developing a plugin for After Effects and managing the source code on a public GitHub repository. I understand that the After Effects SDK license agreement likelu prohibits distributing the SDK files themselves publicly. However, I would like to automate my build process using Github Actions.  To achive this while respecting the SDK license, I'm considering sotring the SDK in a secure, private location (such as AWS S3 or another provate storage solution) and using Github Secrets to manage access credentials for the build enviroment within Github Actions. The SDK files would therefore not be part of the public repository. Could you please clarify if this approch -- soring the SDK privately and accessing it securely within a Github Actions CI/CD pipeline for a public repository -- is compliant with the After Effects SDK license terms? Thanks for your guidance!

Is it possible to have an boder-less artboard? That means if I placed an image bigger than the artboard dimension, it will automatically increase it's dimension.

Tring to upload After Effects 23, however I could not find a way of uploading? need help on this

Dear Community, could somebody help me understand, why these photos were rejected? They are taken via Sony A6700 + Tamron 17-70, processed in darktable 5. Thank you very much in advance!

Have  now Mac M4 and want to activate Photoshop CS 5 again

Is it Samsung or is it Adobe? This effect is not visible in the embedded preview. Also not a new issue, happend with S23U and S22U. Original dng source: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/33kkhszxvkpul0wobqwfz/20240125_204051.dng?rlkey=an9u77f7wchzockal0n4fbybq&dl=0 More Infos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNT9gds-oaA Edit: Samung messed up even more. The ProMode classic RAW is completely broken, there is nothing there in the highlights and shadows to recover (it's on the same level as the jpg), while a 3rd party app can create a RAW file where it's possible (even Adobes De-Noise works on 3rd party dng files).

Typing letter "r" applies a style sheet instead of actually showing letter "r". Can't type any "r" in the document. Can type uppercase "R" with shift key. But not with caps lock. I removed all innocent paragraph styles and attached a resulting InDesing file and a PDF. Thank you.

Thanks to the help I got yesterday, I have now knitted a book. I'm going to have some cross-references from one chapter to another. Within a single document, I know how to do that. I create a text anchor and then hyperlink to it from another place in the document.Today I created a new text anchor in one chapter. When I went to the other chapter to create the hyperlink, the text-anchor box did not show any text anchors. (That chapter had no internal links.)So I think my question is how I get the indb file to "know" the text anchors in each chapter. Is there a way to import them?

Today updated my LR from 13.x to 14.0, looking forward for the improvements, especially Denoise supports more RAW file formats. (incl HDR and panorama DNG files)Just tried it on my windows machine (Windows 11, version 23H2)I did: HDR Merge of 5 Sony .ARW files into a new HDR-enhanced.dng file : looks good / as expected Denoise AI of this file results in many (awful) : see partial screenshot (100%)Am I doing something wrong? Can give details if needed (computer info, Driver details etc.)Thanks!

I am having trouble getting the text to show up in a readable format. I have my shape on the top and select my outlined text and when I "make with top object" it becomes a jumbled mess and I have messed with the Fidelity settings but that hasn't fixed my problem. I am trying to redraw a poor version of an AI logo that I client liked but correcting all the errors. I am not sure what I am missing to have it fit in the shape.

HI everyone.  I'm trying to create a game board in Illustrator with a race track on it.  The track is no problem.  What I want in the background behind and surrounding the track is the actual Google Earth imagery that surrounds the track in real life. I orginally tried a screenshot of the entire area, but that doesn't work since the  game track I created doesn't work with the scale of the real life area around the track.  I then tried taking screenshots of parts of the area and filling them in behind my track in a different layer. This was tedious but worked well. The background maps looked nice and clear. However, I'd save my project and come back later to more on it and I find my background images had blurred some.  Can anyone tell me why they are clear when I'm workign with them and then blur later?  Since I'm taking dozens of screenshots, I delete the orginal screenshots from my computer.  Does this impact the screenshots I'm using in Illustr

I am using Photoshop v26.7.0 Mac os 15.4While using the remove tool on an empty layer, it is creating an unwanted patch on the edges of the image. HOW TO FIX IT?  And it is happening every time I use the remove tool. It is frustrating every time I need to select that area, then delete it and continue working. And also, the hue and saturation layer has a bug; creating a new hue layer doesn't show the properties, so it needs to restart always when this happens or reset the pref.

I have a new computer and I am trying to load my photoshop elements 2021. I have tried to install from the disc and from online. I keep getting an error message that MSVCP 120.dll is not found. I contacted Dell support and they worked on my computer for a long time. They could not find anything wrong with the files on my computer. They ultimately said the problem is with the PSE program. I have tried disabling my virus protection and downloading, and it did not help.
