Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

I'm working on a Data Merge file and it keeps saying when I choose the data source, "The selected data source has one or more empty field names. Please fix the file or select another file." I can't seem to see any blank fields in the excel file. I did save it as a .csv. I've never had this problem in the past. Any advice would be appreciated!

I want a refund to my credit card

Good day. I am a bit confused about submitting vector files. Is it acceptable to use raster effects (e.g., blur, pixelate) in a vector file? Also, can I use a clipping mask to hide unwanted parts of an illustration? I am in a dilemma. Please suggest. It would be highly appreciated :)

I downloaded Premiere 26. I clicked on the new AI masking tool on the toolbar, hovered over my program window but nothing happens. The masking tool tracks fine with the circle tool, but does nothing with the smart object ai mask tool. Things I tried:-made sure I was on mercury playback-reset my window workspace several times and into different configurations-tried different footage (iPhone, DSLR canon 90d)-tried opening a new project Nothing has seemed to work. I only have access to tracking through the new shape tools. Really wish the smart object select tool would work so I can select a person.

Hi, I have cancelled my plan on the adobe subscription well before the deadline. However,  I received an email that the payment failed wherein they are charging me to my account despite the deletion of the subscription. I will provide the screenshots of it through the email which I would assume that it was already a sign of cancellation of adobe subscription as well as the recent email on the payment failed. The first picture stated that they have processed my cancellation for Adobe. However, I have received today through email that there is a billing issue on my account despite the fact that I have cancelled the subscription for about a week ago. Thank you

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader and hope someone here can help.Software: Adobe Acrobat Reader (64-bit) Version 2026.002.21931 (Continuous Release) Windows 11 The problem:Every time I open an existing PDF, add a comment or highlight, and press Ctrl + S, Acrobat opens the “Save As” dialog instead of saving directly to the existing file.I then have to select the save location and confirm that I want to overwrite the original PDF.After doing this once, Ctrl + S works normally for as long as the document remains open. However, as soon as I close and reopen the exact same PDF, the problem starts again. What I've already tried: Tested PDFs stored in OneDrive and locally in Downloads. Created a completely new PDF using Microsoft Word. Confirmed that the files are not read-only and have no restrictions on commenting. Disabled “Show online storage when saving files” in Preferences → General. Checked the settings under Preferences → Documents.

For many years I have been syncing my iPhones with Photoshop Elements Albums. Having now some 100 Albums with a total of 37,000 images neatly organized so I can locate any of these images in no time. But since Photoshop Elements 2022 this scheme doesn't work anymore. In iTunes the list of PSE Albums is empty and nothing can be synced.Researching the problem I found the culprit. iTunes (latest version 12.12.4) does not look for the Album datafile of PSE 2022, but is still locked onto the datafile of PSE 2021.This is obviously an Apple issue, but for Apple to update their iTunes it is necessary to get an idea how many users do depend on an update of iTunes to be able to update their photos on their iPhone with Photoshop Elements. If enough users reply to this request, I can raise an issue at Adobe and Apple to bring out an update for iTunes that will enable us to upload photos into our iPhones using PSE Albums! This is the way it should look (using PSE 2021, version 19):And this

I don’t know which asset. Help!

Hi! I just got this email from mail@email.adobe.com, and I'm not sure if it's a scam. Anyone have any input? I have NOT clicked the link in the body of the email.

Running LrC 14.4 on MacOS Sequoia 15.5, with the option "Write date or time changes into proprietary raw files" enabled, LrC is automatically modifying the capture date/time in my raw files without me using Edit Capture Time. Initially noticed that all files imported since 14.4 had the file modification date/time changed to when they were imported, whereas it's always previously stayed the same as the capture time from the camera. I then noticed that some older files were also showing the raw file as having been modified after I'd been editing them. After a bit of investigation I discovered it's modifying the capture time in the raw files for some reason. I've been testing with new and old files, some taken in GMT timezone, others taken whilst BST is in effect (+1 hour). They almost all get modified on import or editing, but the ones taken during BST the time is changed back an hour, whereas the ones taken in GMT nothing changes, so the "modification" seems to just be the sam

I’d love to see a text effect to highlight text. Right now, designers everywhere use underline options and have to manually add spaces to simulate a highlight effect. I think this would be a very easy effect to program, especially when the highlight text effect is very in right now.

How can I add the “undo” icon back to my tool bar, for text I  have highlighted to redact, but for which I have not yet “applied” the redaction.  Thanks.

I’m using a MacBook Pro.  I’ve changed nothing either in PS or my computer since last use.

Why does Lightroom on iPad not receive updates and new features at the same rate as Lightroom Mobile? This currently forces me to keep both apps installed and switch between them depending on which feature I need, which is not very convenient and makes the overall experience feel unnecessarily fragmented.I’m using an M5 iPad, which is significantly more capable than my phone in terms of processing power, screen size, storage, and overall workflow potential. Because of that, it’s frustrating to see features arrive on the mobile version first while iPad users have to wait significantly longer to receive the same functionality.I understand that the iPad version may not be able to compete feature-for-feature with the full desktop/PC version of Lightroom, and I’m not expecting it to. However, the iPad is increasingly being used as a serious photography and creative workstation, especially with the performance of Apple’s M-series chips. It feels like Lightroom on iPad should be treated as a

Hi everyone,I’m using a Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 with Snapdragon X Elite (Windows 11 ARM 64-bit) and I’ve been running Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator (beta), and Lightroom without any issues until last week.Since a recent Windows update or possibly an Adobe update, none of the apps will launch anymore – not even the Creative Cloud Desktop app itself. When I try to start Creative Cloud (or Photoshop), I immediately get the following error message:“The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.”Here’s what I’ve already tried – unfortunately without success:Completely removed all Adobe components using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (option 1 = “Clean All”)Restarted the systemVerified that the correct Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 Redistributable (ARM64) is installed (and removed all x64/x86 versions)Ran sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth to check system filesRe-downloaded the Creative Cloud installer and

I am looking to lower the monthly cost for my company.  Right now, each staff has been provided a license.  We usually only use Adobe PDF to read, edit, sign, and combine files.  Currently each license is an average of $24 each, per month, for 9 staff.  I need to find a better way.  Are there any group options where multiple people can use Adobe Acrobat at a group rate?

Hi everyone,I have a question. In 2024, I installed Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 on my laptop running Windows 11, and everything works fine. The software is not registered to my Adobe ID (and I can no longer register it).I am now having trouble installing it on my desktop computer, which also runs Windows 11. During installation, I get an error message stating that the activation limit has already been reached and that my serial number cannot be accepted.I have read that Adobe shut down its licensing servers. Am I right in understanding that, because these servers are no longer available, the installed software cannot verify the license and therefore reports an error? In other words, if I deactivate the software on my laptop to free up an activation so that I can install it on my desktop, is there a risk that I will still be unable to activate it on the new computer? In that case, I would have voluntarily deactivated the software on my laptop and might no longer be able to reactivate it ther

Hi all, I am experiencing a glitch with Premiere Pro where any form of dragging does not work. For example, dragging any ‘effect control’ value will treat it as a click and opens the text box, dragging to extend a clip or move a layer simply won’t work, and even dragging to scrub the playhead does not work. It’s a super frustrating glitch that I first noticed in January, but today it’s playing up more-so than usual. This is an intermittent glitch; dragging does & can work, but only half of the time. This issue occurs when using either the trackpad or external mouse, so it can’t be a hardware issue.I have reinstalled Premiere Pro numerous times in an attempt to fix the issue, but the glitch still continues. I’ve attached a screen recording to show exactly what I’m experiencing.I am running Premiere Pro Version 26.0.1 (Build 3) on a MacBook Pro (Nov 2024), 48GB memory, running Tahoe 26.3.I’d appreciate any help and support on this!

Hello.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and there is no Undo button anywhere.  I went looking for it after I accidentally deleted all of the text I had spent a good amount of time typing previously!  I then typed into the original box my text was in "Text deleted "I came to this forum and tried the Ctrl + Z function and it only seemed to work on the most recent edit.  So, it "Undid" the typed "Text deleted".  I selected Ctrl + Z again, and nothing showed up.  I tried it several times.Any help please?[Adding your question to some random discussion really doesn't work][Moved from Premiere Pro video editing to the Reader forum... Description of issueWhen I export edited photographs from Lightroom Classic as JPEG files, the exported JPEG files are assigned the export date as both their Created date and Modified date. The source RAW files show the correct original dates. In the past, JPEG files exported using this workflow retained the same Created date as the source RAW files. I cannot identify the Lightroom Classic or macOS version in which this behaviour changed. The issue is specifically with the Created and Modified dates of the exported JPEG files. Hi everyone,My Adobe Creative Cloud annual plan (paid monthly) renewed on July 13, 2026. When I try to cancel, Adobe shows an early cancellation fee of ₹8,339.65.I have a few questions:Is there any way to cancel without paying this fee? If I change my payment card or remove my current card, will that avoid the cancellation fee? Has anyone successfully had the fee waived by contacting Adobe Support?I'd appreciate any advice or experiences. Thank you!
