Solved

I'm unsure what the issue is here. I've updated everything and checked for any signs of error.

What is the reason for the delay in receiving profits this week? Is there a holiday or an empty occasion on the site?

All of a sudden I am not able to drag objects in any InDesign document (Well, I assume it's ANY document. I've only tested a few.) I can drag handles/corners to resize an object; I can nudge an object with arrow keys; I can move objects using Object > Transform > Move; but I can't drag anything with the mouse/trackpad.This is happening with all objects in all of the documents I've tested (both text objects and image objects). I've tried using a trackpad and a mouse. I checked to be sure that objects were not locked or anchored. I've trashed the preferences. Still no luck.I'm using InDesign CS4 on Mac Snow Leopard (10.6.8). I have Better Touch Tool installed -- with the trackpad I do not have any actions that are specific to InDesign but with the mouse I do, to disable two-finger scrolling in the app. The trackpad is the only new thing on the computer...Any ideas?

Hello, I need help troubleshooting my printing issue. I have two computers in my house. The Windows 11 system has just recently started printing my Photoshop images with incorrect or dulled colors. When I try printing the same file from the Windows 10 system, it prints correctly. I did recently have a Windows 11 update and I'm wondering if this is the culprit to why suddenly the images look like garbage. If you have encountered this, do you know how to fix what seems to be the operating system error?   For reference, my Canon printer test comes out fine. The nozzles have been cleaned. The printer head was removed and cleaned. The printer driver has been updated. All ink cartridges are full. I even sent the file to Staples and it prints correctly there. This is definitely stemming from the system and NOT Adobe or Canon's fault. I appreciate any input you might be able to offer me. Appreciatively,Jenna

I'll try to describe this the best I can. I am using RH 2022.5.28.  When I click on topics in the TOC, some of them are jumping to the middle or the bottom of the page as if there is an achor tag or bookmark in the middle of the page. When I examine the code I see no reason for this to be happening. Has this happened to anyone else or know what could be causing this?

I have been rendering my videos using software for quite some time. Today I decided to switch to hardware encoding. I had to play around with my console as my hardware encoding option was greyed out. I managed to get it working and the first render went smoothly. It took about 16 minutes (on software I needed at least 50 minutes). Turns out the final result is just a mess, it's all wavy/striped. Using this clip in some other programs such as Topaz Video AI green lines appear. The video itself is not silent.I've switched back to software encoding to see if that's why this is happening. - everything goes back to normalI restarted my laptop - no changesI updated my GeForce drivers - no changesI mess around with settings such as profiles - no changesMy rendering settings:H.264 - Main - 4.2 1920H x 1080W px 60fps30Mbps VBR 1 pass,Max rendering quality, Max depth - both checkedMy laptop specs:Dell G15 551016 GB RAM DDR4RTX 3050 4GB (codename: GN20-P0)Intel i5-10200H 2.40GHzSoftware:Wind

I have an AE composition that is linked to + replacing a clip in Premiere. It was working fine as I saved it over the last 2 weeks - showing updates on the Premiere timeline. When I finally finished the AE composition and saved it - I went to Premiere and it now shows up as black. It says the composition is online, but it's just black - the AE composition looks fine to me in AE, and i don't know why it's showing up black in Premiere.  Here are things I've tried:1 - Check solo layers - not that2- Update all software - didn't help3- Clear cache - didn't help4- Check layer visibility - not that5- Preview showing video.6- Changed to Full Playback resolution - not that I'm new to AE - and was excited at how the dynamic link worked, until it didn't. I put so much time into this AE composition i really don't want to start over.

Hello, I've been having issues with compositing motion graphics into a cinema 4d render. I've placed a null object into my final scene as a reference for where I want my graphics to be attached to in after effects, you can see this displayed as the 'cube' in my screenshots - this null object has a external compositing tag on it. There is a morph camera that provides the camera move for the scene (this has had its keyframes baked) I was given a image sequence final render of the scene which was rendered in corona, and as previously discussed I have the scene file that correpsonds to that render. (Just to clarify, the corona render + scene file perfectly match up, there hasn't been any accidental move of the camera. My problem is when I import the camera's and null objects, through cineware or even an AEC export into After Effects, the reference null is in a wrong position compared to how it set it in my cinema scene I'm sure I'm using the correct imported camera too. As you ca

I am currently importing a lot of graphics on the reference pages of a document. And I need to make these graphics fit to a specific frame, but the feature "Fit to Frame" is greyed out. This has happened to me many times in different document but now I would like to get to the bottom of this mystery. WHY does it only work sometimes? Are there specific circumstances I must adhere to?

I don't mind getting images rejected but sometimes lately I feel that Adobe has gone too far.  These two pictures, accepted on all other sites (alamy included) were rejected. The drone image is 12MP, but it is really hit or miss on adobe with those lately. The street picture i don't understand, it is to illustrate the village of St-Guilhem-le-Désert. Are those pictures really bad or is it the adobe as of late that is trolling me? Comfort me (or not) that it just is adobe messing with me, or give me some constructive feedback if you see flaws!

I hope I'm wrong, but after 5h of investigation, C-GPT and me gave up on this. As far as it looks, it is not possible to organize shape layer content via script? I've tried duplicate() and another recreational approach (duplicate would be best as my content has expressions) but it seems impossible. for-loops keep breaking after the first successful duplication, throwing an alert that the object from the duplicate line was invalid. GPT says that the "invalid object" is a common bug when operating inside shape layer content and that duplicating, removing or sorting of shape content is just not possible. I do hope that there's a way though, as I've always preferred a single-layer workflow for shapes whenever possible so I can quickly import them as animation presets + they don't clutter up comps. This works fine in most cases, but if I want to dynamically generate content - tables, diagrams etc. - into these templates, with various amounts of the same thing, I need ExtendSc

I want to import my photos from my laptop to my main computer. Both devices use LR Classic 9.1 and Mac OS 10.14.6 (Mojave).I opened my LR cataloge on my main computer where I wanted to import to and went to "Import from another catalgue ..." Choosed my LR catalogue on my laptop that I wanted to import. Now a it says that LR is not able to import this catalogue because it seems not to be a valid LR catalogue.I've done it this way since years in previous versions of LR and it always worked. Both catalogues are .lrcat files.Anybody can helb me? Thanks!

I want to add this symbol "☾" but it only appears as a square in the InDesign file. And the app doesn't have that symbol in the option. Can I add it as a new glyph or am I stuck with the only ones they have? :") Also, the unicode for that symbol is "U+263E"  Thank you in advance!

FrameMaker 2022. Should be simple, but I couldn't find an example. I don't want to use File>Save as PDF. Some of our authors don't have the Adobe PDF printer and it errors out, and I've also had it hang sometimes. I don't want to use Doc.SilentPrintDoc() b/c we don't always use the defaults, and also the selected printer might be Adobe PDF, Power PDF, Microsoft Print to PDF, and that might NOT be the default printer on the users system.I thought Fcodes([FCodes.KbdPrint]); would at least bring up the menu, but it doesn't seem to.Ideallly, what I want is to display the menu with the following settings:Page Range - AllDo Not Skip Blank PagesDo Not Print to FileDo Not Generate Acrobat DataUser will select the correct printerAlso - some of our documents use an odd paper size (8x5 inches). The documents should be printed at this size. I think the default menu picks this up from the document settings, and if not, I think it would need to be from the printer settings, but we

I've run the same Actions for a very long time and all of a sudden all the steps in all the Actions are requiring me to hit OK in a dialog box for every step. Why would this start to happen all of a sudden? How can I stop this? I'm on 26.6.1, but it was happening befrore this update. In fact I thought the update might be a fix for the issue.

For template programming reasons, I need fonts in a file to work off the actual font file stored locally, not the Adobe font. Files supplied by the client use the Adobe font, so whenever I open these files, the font reactivates. Whenever I change the fonts to the local font file, it's redded out as if the font doesn't exist or is corrupted:  I deactivated Adobe Fonts entirely--not ideal, but it worked... until I reopened InDesign the next day and all the Adobe Fonts are funtional again. Adobe Fonts is still disabled in Creative Cloud, but the fonts in the font list are still fully functional, which breaks my link to the actual font file again. I worked around this by re-enabling Adobe Fonts, turning off the specific fonts giving me grief at the moment, then disabled Adobe Fonts again and finally, happy days. Until tomorrow when I inevitably have to go through all this again. I hate when programs think they're smarter than I am. I don't just want, I need to use

I've been trying out the Generative AI fill tool but I've run into an issue with where it saves the rendered media. I thought it would save within the project but it doesn't (at least for me). It's saving to the adobe folder in my OneDrive.Specifically: C:\Users\[my name]\OneDrive\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\25.0\Adobe Premiere Pro Captured and Generated. Is this just a simple setting I don't know about? How can I get the generative AI to save within the project? Thanks!!!

After I edit a photo in Lightroom (14.3.1) I name the photo then export it to my hard drive (one drive) in a folder of my choice.I then delete the photo from Lightroom but not from the disc.  Later I find a bunch of files in my Recycle Bin and I am not sure if that is due to my deleting the photo from Lightroom.  Here is what I find in my recycle Bin (a small sample)  Do you think I can safely delete all of this to free up my Recycle Bin?

Dear Adobe Support, colleagues I currently have a monthly subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud (All Apps), and I’d like to switch to an annual plan to take advantage of the cost savings. Could you please guide me on how to make this change effective from June 1st? I want to ensure a smooth transition without interrupting my access. Here are my account details for reference: Email associated with the account: [Moderator: Removed personal info] Current plan: Monthly Creative Cloud (All Apps) Thank you for your assistance! I appreciate your help in making this adjustment. Best regards,Evgenii Shurov

Hi, I'm trying to write a script to process some images but I'm finding the whole process very difficult. My script isnt working and to debug it I do Help->export log and then open the log file and scroll to the bottom. Running the script via console using`"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Sampler\Adobe Substance 3D Sampler.exe" --run-script <script.py>` doesnt work. I just want to write a script that batches a set of images in a directory through a material asset and exports the result. This is what I have so farimport substance_sampler as ssa from random import randrange from pathlib import Path IMAGE_PATH = "C:/Users/sava/Maps" OUTPUT_PATH = "C:/Users/sava/Output" input_images = Path(IMAGE_PATH).glob("*.jpg") my_asset = ssa.get_selected_asset() my_asset_layers = my_asset.get_layers() #Go through the layers list for layer in my_asset_layers: # find input image layer if layer.type is ssa.layer_image_import: # go through all our input images

Long time since I've worked on this project but here goes. I modified a puppet in Illustrator. The puppet was placed in a scene. At the time, all was well but now the puppet loses a limb in the scene. No idea what happened. Ideas?
