Solved

I have a license purchased in 2015 for Adobe Acrobat DC and has to purchase a new computer because of Win10 expiration.  I've tried to install the software and have attempted activation over and over, but each time I do, it closes the program and when relaunching, brings me back to the activation screen.  How do I fix this?  I spent a good chunk of money on this originally and don't want to purchase the cloud version.  It's not like I use it much anymore, but it is nice be to be able to create then lock the document as needed.

I'm trying to make a time lapse video from still  images from a dslr.   When I stitch clip together, jpegs are 5 seconds long. please advise. Thanks F

Hi,I have a large clip (1-1/2 hours long) I have exported via ME as 4K and it corrupts the finished file after around the 2 minute mark. ME completes the export but with the corruption.I have tried a second time only to receive the same issue. What are the best practice work arounds for solving this issue? Is there a cache file that I should consider deleting?I'm currently rendering the entire clip and hope this helps remove any issues.

Do senders need individual accounts to send a document for Esignature even if they are part of the organization that has an enterprise account with Adobe?

Respectueusement,Cogom

I am writing to seek clarification regarding repeated rejections of my image submissions due to the reason: “Similar Image(s) Already Submitted.” I take great care to ensure that each image I upload is unique and not a duplicate or minor variation of any previous submission. All my images are original and non-copyrighted.Despite this, I consistently receive the same rejection message. I would appreciate any specific feedback or guidance on how to better meet the criteria and avoid this issue going forward.Thank you for your time and support.

Hi, I did a job last week am trying to sort out me archive and work on some pictures. I had someone editing for me and have about 10 folders of different pictures - from original raws to captioned jpegs and a folder that went to my picture library. I want to make sure I have all the pictures in my archive and don't lose any. The folder of captioned jpgs is not in the library where I thought it was and I want to copy the metadata and captions across to the raws so they can be searched and found in the future. I searched for the file name of the first image (commandF, in the library filter at the top, clicked Text-Any searchable field - contains) , but the 'No photos match the filter' line comes up. The folder on my hard drive had 142 images in it, but the folder in lightroom said it had zero. When I tried to re-import the images LR said that the images were already in the library, but as the search didn't work, I don't know where. As a result, I can't caption the images.

I draw on my Ipad and it would be great to be able to have fresco open on my pc or laptop and have just the canvas up so I can see what my drawing looks like live at the size it would be in say a youtube video while im drawing on my ipad. So basically a live sync between canvases between my ipad and pc.

Hello there, I am having trouble sending an agreement to my recipient. Whenever I tried to send my agreement, I would get an email from Adobe Sign stating, "We had a problem processing your document,"can you let me know if I am doing something wrong or/and need to fix something on my end.

Hello, I have an enterprise user that's getting the status message of "bounced and could not be delivered" when sending our documents from Adobe Sign. Hoping to get assistance with tracing the failure from the Adobe side. Our IT department has checked our mail server and there is no inbound email attempt from Adobe Sign to deliver the message to the target user. This implies that the email transmission was terminated well before any delivery attempt. Also note that no changes have been made to the email configuration on our end. AdobeSign's domains are on our allow list. The recipient(s) email address is correct and the target mailbox is active. Please advise. Thank you.

When I open Lightroom CC, the only modes that appear in the top line are Library and Develop (see screenshot). So, how can I access the Print mode?

添付動画のように、サーと青ざめる編集のやり方わかる方いらっしゃいますか？ よろしくお願いいたします。

Im trying to write a script that batch exports(among other things) .webp files.I know there is a great script by Stephen Marsh but i want to do this in the UXP.So far I got to the point where im exporting them sucessfuly, but since I use "Save as a Copy" from Alchemist  the files all got this annoying "copy" in the end of the name. How do I pass a name in here?:  async function exportWEBP(destinationFolder) {   const result = await batchPlay(      [         {            _obj: "save",            as: {               _obj: "WebPFormat",               compression: {                  _enum: "WebPCompression",                  _value: "compressionLossless"            &nbsp

Hello everyone, I'm trying to understand why the code I attach works perfectly with InDesign 19.x and does not work with Indesign 20.x (see image)Both versions of InDesign are on MacOS Ventura 13.7.5. Is it perhaps a bug in the latest version of InDesign? Is it a bug in the latest version of InDesign or a stupid mistake of mine? Thanks to all. Here is the code: function createFolder(folder) {    var script = "";    script += "try\r";    script += "do shell script \"mkdir \" & quote & item 1 of arguments & quote\r";    script += "tell application id \"com.adobe.InDesign\"\r";    script += "tell script args\r";    script += "set value name \"success\" value \"true\"\r";    script += "end tell\r";    script += "end tell\r";    script += "on error\r";    script += "tell application id \"com.adobe.InDesign\"\r";  &nbsp

Hello,i am using the document settings as shown below, which I set to a resolution of a 4k-Display. Help I am working on a product catalogue and I use datamerge. Everything went well untill i started to use text frames ( the black and white textboxes ). it seems that after the merge, Indesign adds some bullcrap empty space, it looks like literal empty non-breaking-spaces. Whenever I change a random setting it suddenly randomly jumps to it's intended position, this makes me feel like it's a bug or something.the empty space seems to be pushing the inline items away. I didnt put anything like this in the template and the data merge file is clean. anybody have any idea what's going on? This problems prevents me from using datamerge effectively. see linkhttps://imgur.com/a/RFc8fE9

My mind is doing a 360 to even try to explain what I want to do, but I will try:I am responsible for making a giant retail catalogue and prices range from 0.⁰⁰ to 0000.⁰⁰  I wish to automate a rule with GREP where it will automatically fill in the decimal after x or y amount of digits. I want to be able to automatically fill in the decimal after 1 or 4 digits, based on the data. so if the price is 34.29. I want GREP styling to see that this spefific speficially has 2 main digits ( 34 ) and should then jump to decimal and fill it (29 ). for a longer price, lets say 2432.28, I want GREP to notice the 4 main digits and then jump to decimals. In short, I am trying to make GREP style see the difference in main digits and decimals and decide what to do accordingly.is this possible at all? thank you very much!

My text is stuck in all caps on Elements 2024. I tried the other solutions posted on here (resetting the text tool, resetting preferences on start up) and neither has worked. There's no character panel so I can't sort it that way. Any ideas? Elements 2024Macbook Pro on Ventura 13.4

A sudden glitch in my Lightroom Classic v 14.2. When I create a new mask, of whatever type - sky, subject, gradient etc. -the basic panel for exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows etc. - is no longer available. I can only see tone, color, effects etc.   The main basic panel for global use is available below the above-mentioned masking panels.  See screenshot attachedHow can I get the masking basic panel back?

I have obtained the IControlView of the panel or dialog, and then called the MoveTo function, but it doesn't change the window's position. For the panel, I obtained the IWidgetParent interface through IControlView, and then got the IWindow interface by calling:InterfacePtr<IWidgetParent> myParent(panelControw, UseDefaultIID()); InterfacePtr<IWindow> iWindow((IWindow*)myParent->QueryParentFor(IWindow::kDefaultIID));For dialogs, I created a new dialog using:IDialog* dialog = dialogMgr->CreateNewDialog(dialogSpec, IDialog::kMovableModal); Then I got the IWindow interface through:InterfacePtr<IWindow> iWindow(dialog, UseDefaultIID());Afterwards, I called the SetPosition function of the IWindow interface, but still couldn’t change the window's position. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any guidance or advice from more experienced developers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
