Hi Adobe Team,I’m writing to report an issue and suggest an improvement for the new Pencil tool in Illustrator 2025. While I appreciate the new underlying tech and features like smart path closing and straight-line support, the current "Accurate" preset is not accurate enough for many artists and illustrators. In previous versions, I was able to draw with much more control and fidelity, especially for detailed hand-drawn shapes. Now, even at the lowest smoothing level, the tool over-simplifies strokes, resulting in fewer anchor points but also a significant loss in precision. The tool feels disconnected from natural hand movement.I’d like to request either:The return of the Fidelity and Smoothness sliders, orA new "High Fidelity" preset with behavior similar to previous versions (e.g., Fidelity at 1px, Smoothness at 0%).Also, the inability to lower fidelity below 2.5 pixels is a major limitation for those who rely on Illustrator for sketching or character design. Please consider bringin

I am trying to add photos to edit but each time I try to upload the photos, the app crashes (both on samsung phone and tablet) Is there a fix for this bug? I need to edit over 800 photos..!   (Thread title edited by Moderator)

For the last three or four weeks, when we try to update the link for a Share for Review, it crashes InDesign and throws up an Error Report window. The shared file on the Creative Cloud web only updates partially - it shows all of the comments and the updated text, but the highlights and other markers don't relocate. Everyone can still comment, but their view of the document isn't accurate. We've upgraded to 19.1 then to 19.2 since this started, but it's not fixed. And now with 19.2 , when the Error Report window opens, the Submit Report button is missing, so I can't even report the error through InDesign anymore.

Hi All, I take all my photos in 4:3 format. But I also create videos of them in 16:9. So basically I want is a 3x4 showing over the top of a blurred 16x9 photo. Currently the way I do this isOpen a blank template in 16:9 demensions.I then open the 3x4 photo I want to work on.I then drag the photo onto the blank 16x9.I then duplicate the layer of the 4x3 photo and drag it to the edges and gaussian blur it.I then position the 3x4 photo on top and give it a white stoke before moving the clear image around and expoting it. I have attached a screen shot of where I finish, and how I want the image to look.  I do these steps for each photo I want this applied to. I am just asking if there is a way I can set it up so that I can import a photo and have this effect happen without going through as amny steps. Thank YouStephen

Although Photoshop is installed on my Mac and has been for years, it is not showing in my list of installed apps ("All apps"). It is listed under "Available in your plan", as if Creative Cloud is unaware that I have the latest verision of Photoshop currently installed.I am reluctant to install Photoshop since it is already installed. I am afraid to lose my settings and TK Panel, etc. Can I just point CC to Photoshop in some way?

Reverse video. Why is it still not possible to reverse videos in the Rush App? I really need this feature. This is one of the basic tools for video editing. Add please. Until you add it, I'll have to switch to CapCut.

Very frustrating that Premiere Rush will no longer accept Apple videos. Nothing has changed except for Adobe. Please fix this unsupported media really? Makes me wanna just give up Adobe so sick of the Adobe apple fight

I've been having so many issues with InDesign lately. The most recent issue is that I cannot export my file. This error message comes up when I try to export. It says there may be a problem with page 26, which was a blank page. I deleted the page and still cannot export. InDesign also keeps crashing. I tried uninstalling InDesign and re-installing it on my computer.  What else should I try? Thanks!

How do I make a white layer then turn it to a canvas. Then have my images put on to make a water colour print. Sorry for a simple question. Thanks

Hello, I understand that managing an Adobe Stock account from different countries is not allowed. However my internet upload speed is very slow, and as a result, my uploads constantly fail or get stuck halfway through. Im simply unable to complete the upload process from my main computer. To solve this issue, I rented a virtual Windows computer located in the United States, while I myself am located in Turkey. If I use this remote machine to log into my contributor account and upload my assets would that be a problem?

I recently realized that after using the Adobe Pro free trial, my plan was automatically converted into a paid annual subscription. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation deadline and was not aware that the subscription would auto-renew into a yearly plan. Since I have not been actively using the service and did not intend to continue with a paid plan, I kindly request that you review my case. I am being asked to pay an early termination fee of 1,900 TRY, which I am unable to afford at the moment. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me cancel my subscription without the penalty, considering the circumstances. I hope you understand that this was unintentional and I did not mean to activate a long-term paid subscription.Thank you

Running LRC 14.2, Windows 11 with all updates in place and Nvidia video card drivers up-to-date.My issue is I open LRC and scroll through the folder to the one I want to edit. Usually works fine but now when I scroll through to the latest imported images, LRC stops responding, forcing me to restart LRC. Task Manager shows this. It happens when I scroll though to any folder, not just the most recent imports. Any thoughts on the possible cause?

My patience with Apple has run out. After many years I am moving back to PC. This is because there are simply too many unexplained performance issues. My question is, how to I best prepare to move my entire system.I currently use an iMac where the LR Catalogue is on the internal disk & all the master image files are stored in an external RAID system (thunderbolt). It may be in the future that I trust Adobe to store & manage my master files, but not yet.I sync my entire library to the cloud, which I use on mobile devices for reference. (I have played with editing, but it is still far too restrictive.)I will install a Windows 10 PC next week & my intention is to simply copy the LR catalogue to the internal hard disk on the PC & plug in the external RAID to the thunderbolt port on the PC motherboard.I have no idea if the RAID system will automatically work with the PC, or whether it will have to be reset & reformatted. I will work this one out.I am assuming that the pat

Hello everyone,I recently submitted an AI-generated image of a dynamic steak salad with floating ingredients (attached below), but it was rejected due to "Non-compliant Image" issues.I would really appreciate it if someone could help me understand exactly what might have caused this rejection. I’ve followed the submission guidelines, marked it as AI-generated, and added appropriate keywords.Could it be due to composition, lighting, use of elements, or something else that I’m missing? Here’s the file name and ID:File Name: A dynamic scene showing various ingredients for a steak saladFile ID: 1400803504I’m eager to improve and learn from this experience. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
