Solved

Currently have 3 machines in my basement. My main one. One with old parts I basically use just for rendering. And my laptop I use on the road. Adobe is constantly asking me to update to a new subscription and forces me to change my password whenever I log on. What gives? I'm running out of passwords and it's slowing me down.It should be noted when I use Davinci Resolve (more and more these days) I have none of these issues.

When I open Audition CC 2018 on my Windows 7 64-bit computer, there's no record button or other playback controls in the Editor of the Default view. How would I get these to appear? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I have recently discovered the website "abposters.com" has my entire portfolio for sale for people to buy posters made from my photos. #1. Is this legal?#2. I will submit the "Reporting Infringement..." form on Adobe's site, but could someone let me know what "Please upload one file with supporting documentation (zip, pdf, docx, txt, jpeg, jpg, png, or gif; up to 5MB)" means? Do they want some form of ID, such as a drivers license?#3. Any other suggestions for me regarding this issue would be appreciated. Thanks, everyone.Gerald Zaffuts

Hello! I was charged for Adobe, but I only purchased this for one year. I signed for student's plan for one year. (they charged me 19,66 eur even if they claimed that it would be 16,25 with VAT inlcuded)Now I see in my bank account that I have been charged almsot 2 times more for montly fee  (35,57 eur) and I did not even extend my subscription. Can you please help me?I can not fine email of custoemr support. Only chat bot is talking to me and does not understand my concern.I wanted to cancel the plan that has been charged for me and only lets me to cancel it for a huge fee 195,66 €.This is not fair. Can you please do something about it? I do not use this, why should I be charged.  March should have been the final month for my one year subscription.

Hi everyone!I'm trying to recreate the look of this design (see image attached) in Adobe Illustrator and I'm a bit stuck. The artwork features:White text warped around concentric circles (almost like a vinyl or sonar pattern),A distorted/glitchy horizontal disintegration of the text,The letters appear to be cut or displaced by the lines, as if scanned or rasterized radially.I’m wondering if anyone can help me with advice or steps on how to achieve this?

So "shift+M" takes me to the BEGINNING of the next marker (comment marker), but I've seen video tutorials where repeatedly using "Shift+M" can be used to go beginning-end-beginning-end etc.... of the timeline markers. My question is how?I can't find any command in the "Keyboard shortcuts" preferences that says "goto end of marker". This seems as a default in some Premiere Pro setups, but my shortcuts always go to the markers beginning and ignores the end. Would be nice to figure out how. Thanks

I wanted a picture for my school project and my description was "Angry, bald, white, no hair, chemistry teacher, yelling, male, no facial hair, no beards" It always generated with facial hair and a not so bald head, often it would generate other races or the opposite gender than I asked for. I felt as though I wasn't generating images but searching up premade images. Free online AI Generators are significantly better preform this simple task with less descriptors. Please fix this, you are Adobe.

I try to open the catalog above, but nothing happens. Is that not a catalog? Where can I find the right one? This is what it looks like where I think that the catalog will be:

When the plan expired, you renewed the plan and changed the price. I do not accept this. I have not used your service for almost 1 year. Cancel my plan immediately!

¿quien me ayduar a saber como cancelar mi subscripcion de adobe Firefly?

Several weeks ago, you gave me the address of the Adobe site I visit to download my current version of Adobe Premiere (and Elements) onto a new computer. That’s the good news. When I now attempt to do that, I get the following error message:To use adobe services, please update your Adobe applications, OS, and browser to the latest versionsOf course, I DID google this error message before writing to you, but I could not find anything useful. I DID go to my Google app and found that I was using the most current version. Though perhaps I need to download this Adobe program using IE or Edge. Also, I’m pretty sure that when I set up my new computer, everything updated itself first. So, I assume my OS is up to date (Windows  11 Pro.)Lastly, I can say that, with the help of someone, I did try to copy almost all the files from my old computer and then, for the time being, copied it to the hard drive of my new computer. Included in those files are, I assume, the original files I purchased

Hi guys,When I use Control+A to select all images in my "Francis" collection in Lightroom, I expect to find them all highlighted when I go to the All Pictures folder. Not so: some are and some are not. That's disturbing. Am I missing something? Thanks a lot.

I upraded to Photoshop 2020,  21.0.2. & am not very happyNow my Clone tool & healing brush are not working. Sometimes they don't work at all, & other times I see a strange diaginal line draw accross the screen.  I have to save & then reopen Photoshop or just use the old 2019 version.   I have a 21.5 inch 2018 iMac retina ,  3.4 GHZ core i5 with 32GB Ram.  RunningApple  Mojave 10.14.5I'm also using an old Wacom tablet, Intuos PTK 640.   I'm not sure if this is a new glitch or Apple, Wacom & Adobe not playing well together.  Daniel

I'm applying a Bates Number to files and selecting to use the beginning and ending number as the file name.  I'm also choosing to save it to the same folder at start.  I get this notification for EVERY file.  I've tried changing permissions in Program Files folders.  All of them.  Any thoughts/solutions?  Thanks!

Hello Community -Is there any way I can customise and assign a keyboard shortcut for both audio and video tracks at the same time? Like the one works with right click? I can customise shortcuts but do not work like this one. I want a shortcut like this one. Your suggestion would be helpful. 🧡

Hi community,  I am creating a slide deck in Adobe Express. Each slide has multiple text animations. When I am presenting, I want each animation to activate when I click the space bar.  In the Present settings, there is a content playback option where "click" is an option (see attached screenshot). However with this option, the click activates all the animations at once. I want animations to appear "on click" as I am speaking.  It seems like I should be able to change an animation timing to occur after the previous animation, but I am not finding that kind of option in the timeline settings.  I'd appreciate any thoughts on this.

Hi I want to create a slideshow that I got the idea for while scrolling very fast through my 1000+ photos from a recent trip to Rome in Lightroom Classic.  With the arrow key held down it took about 30 seconds to go from beginning to end, and I thought that would be a cool and interesting way to share "all" of my photos.  Using an online time calculator, it looks like each frame would be about 25 milliseconds. Is there a way to do this in LrC?  It seems like the regular slideshow time per slide only goes down to 1 second.  Is that the limit?   If it's not do-able in LrC, is there another (Mac based ideally) app that can?  Ideally free, but not required - though I'm not sure I'd spend a ton of money on it. Thanks for any suggestions you can give.

I have tried 5 different locations and they all redirect to the 2018 download page. I have been going from here https://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads.html#cf2021productdownloads and it still takes you to the 2018 download.  I was told by Adobe support to post on the forums as they couldn't provide me with a proper link even though marketing emails and your own site are saying it is available for download.

How do I get my Airturn pedal to turn pages in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro? I've been using it in my ForScore app and it works fine. Why won't it turn pages in Adobe?

As long as the objects are below the graphic text, you can not directly select the objects in the Program window with the Select tool.It always selects the graphic text (the graphic text area covers the whole screen)

I have an old post where an incorrect answer was marked as a Correct Answer. Is there any way I can un-mark it as correct and mark a different answer as correct? https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/after-effects-18-2-hide-preview-thumbnail-in-project-panel/m-p/12051841#M171407

Hello, I have an iPhone 13 with iOS 18.1.1, and my free PDF reader app, Acrobat Reader version 25.01.05, has stopped displaying files in single-page mode in full screen, using the entire screen. Now, it keeps the Home icon at the top, which it didn't do before. I updated the app, but the issue persists. What can I do to view files in full screen again?

how to work this
