Solved

I am tyring to open a pdf saved to my hard drive as had to reboot my computer. when clicking pdf it says adobe acrobat cannot open file because it is either not a supported file or because the file is damaged. I have noticed that the size of the file is 0. Is this fixable as I need the document. It was original scanned. I don't have original douments as they were sent off in the post

What I need to know is how to remove a stamp from a pdf after the pdf is saved, closed and reopened. Please understand that I am not asking how to delete a stamp from a list of available stamps. I know that I can "undo create stamp" from the edit menu immediately after placing a stamp on a pdf, but that option is not available after the document is saved, closed and reopened. It seems odd that removing a watermark is so simple while finding the means to remove a stamp is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

I have a form which is to be completed by a worker then sent to supervisor to be signed.  Signatures are required from 3 separate roles (worker, supervisor, manager), however despite setting the property for each field to do 'nothing happens when signed' in the 'signed' tab, the subsequent signature block 'common properties' under 'general' tab marks the subsequent fields as 'read only'.  This prevents the supervisor and manager from signing the document.  Please see attached. We don't use cloud, instead distribute the completed form via email attachment for signoff.  Can anyone help me pleeeease?

Vielen Dank!

I went to open LRC and it will not get past the start up and freezes where it says that it is reading preferences. I have rebooted still nothing. I reset to default preferences and nothing happened. I uninstalled LRC and reinstalled and same problem. I am running a brand new MacBook Pro. Help.

I’m using the official version of Illustrator 29.3.1 for mac. One day, after launching the software, I noticed that all controls in the Properties panel on the right side disappeared (see Image 1).Even when selecting an object, options like Transform, Appearance, and Align do not appear (see Image 2).Previously, the panel displayed basic controls, as shown in Images 3 and 4.I have tried:•Resetting the Essentials workspace•Uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator However, the issue persists. I can manually open these panels from the Window menu, but no matter how I arrange them, they won’t integrate back into the Properties panel like before. Has anyone experienced this issue? How can I restore the original Properties panel layout? Thanks in advance!

I'm saving a pdf with hyperlinks and buttons on images from a contents page in order to take you to the feature. When I save the pdf as interactive it says the buttons will not work. Please help!

Hi,after upgrading to Lightroom Classic 14.2 my GPU GeForce GTX970 4GB stopped working in Lightroom (Error message - GPU is not supported for graphic acceleration). When I downgraded back to 14.1. GPU acceleration works fine.Does anyone know something about official discountinuing of support of GeForce GTX970 in 14.2 or it can be a bug issue?

I received the email for the fee increase. Adobe tells me this possibility: to keep the current effective base rate (excluding any promotions) you can change the subscription to a prepaid annual plan. But I can't find in Creative Cloud how to do it. Thanks

Hello,I'm having problems with Arabic fonts in the current InDesign version. I have many Arabic documents created in Indesign CS4 ME (Middle East edition), and all of them work correctly. However, when I open these documents in Indesign 2024 with Arabic language capabilities, all the Arabic characters are displayed as squares although I'm using the same font. I cannot find any setting that would help with resolving this problem. I will really appreciate your support.

How do I stop the tool pane from opening each time I open a PDF?

Can you please help me with a script to auto populate Text9 with Text1, Text2, and Text3 on thier own seperate lines?

My window photo on the left is too blurry so I decided to combine a clearer window photo. However the curtain cord is not as good as expected. I could cut it by hand but that would be very time consuming. Does anyone have experience in dealing with cases like this. Thanks for any comments coming.

Just purchased a new iMac with M1 chip and executed migration assistant to transfer everything from old Mac to new one.  When I try to open a PDF, It displays the "Sign In Required" screen and when I click 'Sign in Now', the window expands to a completely blank rectangle except the title bar naming Acrobat Licensing Application.  Any ideas on what to do??

Hello, illustrator community! Join tool make strange behavior.I took a ready-made example with an umbrella from a pink outline.https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/tool-techniques/join-tool.htmlI used the join tool as in the example, everything is fine (it connected the intersecting outlines and the overlapping ones too). Then I moved the green element a little and the join tool started to behave strangely.Example on the top right (dark turquoise umbrella). The intersecting outlines worked well. But the overlapping ones - I did some nonsense, I got a loooong tail. I also moved the green element and it also looked strange.Example on the bottom right (blue umbrella). The intersecting outlines worked well. But it doesn't connect the overlapping ones at all, although they are located close to each other. Adobe Illustrator 24.0.1 from 2019 yearLink to Ai file "join tool.ai" https://vk.com/wall-226891554_6Best regards !

I recently purchased an annual subscription for Acrobat Standard for the single one reason: to sign documents and get them signed by my business contacts. It worked well for weeks, but recently I left an Adobe-organization (unrelated to my Acrobat Standard subscription, it was for CCE only) and all of a sudden the e-signatures feature is not working anywhere: not in the browser-extension, not on the Acrobat portal and not in the Acrobat client application. Note that I did already log-off and -on again multiple times and I am 100% sure I choose the correct profile when signing in: the one that indeed has the Acrobat Standard license.  When requesting an e-signature in the client app, I want to view "More options" or I click "Specify where to sign" which will result in "Uploading document..." after a few seconds it will show "Authentication failed".  Please help me out? I have dozens of agreements waiting to be signed.
