(Pshop 25.12.1, OS Ventura 13.4.1) I can no longer use the plus sign in just about any font in the latest Photoshop. I can type it, but I can then no longer edit, select, or delete it. I can go to the Layers palette, select the layer and delete it (along with my entire text block). But the Text tool will not permit me to select the plus sign within a block of text. And this only happens if I put a space between the plus and the rest of my text. If there's no space between the plus and th rest of my text, I can select and edit it. Anyone else experience this?

Can anyone please tell me how to edit the XMP Packet, while inside of Illustrator, without using FileInfo?   I am writing a Flex PatchPanel Extension, so need access to some DOM parameter like XMPString to change the packet.  XMPString does not say it is READ ONLY in the reference manual -- but does not let me change it -- unless I am doing something wrong. Thanks for any suggestion.

Hi everybody, it’s probably something really obvious but my arrow tool, the black one, is behaving very strangely. Whenever you click on a shape it is splitting it. You get a little white rectangle icon next to the black arrow. When you click on text fields duplicates it. Clicking on certain shapes divides it (if they are overlapping other shapes) so when you delete it only part of it disappears! I don’t know what is going on! Can anybody help? Thanks.

I have customer supplied pdfs that I have been setting up in printer spreads for my production department. I place the pdf pages in InDesign and then when I do print booklet, the exported pdf has messed up fonts. See screenshots below showing the supplied pdf vs the printer spreads pdf. It's like it's bolding some of the font and it shouldn't be. It is incosistent as well within words. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it??  Please help!!!

Hello! I started uploading as contributor this past month.. Can you guys please tell me the quality issues here why its not accepted? Attached photos are AI generated. Thank you..

The quality of these AI photos led to their rejection. I've taken care to properly categorize them. Any criticism is valued and useful. Thank you.

I have a Master Page footer with a URL in InDesign. When exported, the URL is a clickable hyperlink.  But when I run an Accessibility check in Acrobat, all footer instances on all pages fail "tagged annotations." The footer URL is not tagged in the Tags view. In the Content view, it exists as a "Link" under Annotations and as a Container <Artifact>.How do I fix this?

Hey guys,New to Photoshop.  I am following a tutorial where it says to use Path Blur, and it says a path will automatically come up.  However, no path is coming up and when I click to drop the pin, the image blurs but there is no path coming up.  I am attaching a screenshot of the tutorial I am following, a guide I found that says the path should come up automatically as well as my own screen.  Can anyone help me?

You can now close this window and get back to where you left off." Und dann kann ich wieder von vorne anfangen, eine Endlosschleife.... Kann mir jemand helfen.Ich installiere das von DVD mit Produktcode. Danke im Voraus, Hans

When I open the Essential Sound tab in Premiere Pro CC. I see music clips available for use. The genres range from Acoustic to World.  Are these selections from the Adobe Stock Library included with my Adobe subscription, or will I be charged if I include them in a project?  I did not download them from the library or sign up for the Adobe Stock Library service.

I create detailed medical forms for my company, which require frequent updates. I name all form fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons and set the tab order. After making updates to a form, however, the tab order always re-shuffles. In particular, any radio buttons (and sometimes checkboxes and signature fields) drop to the bottom of the tab order list. Fixing the tab order after each form revision is a tediousness time suck. Does anyone have a suggestion / plug-in to avoid this going forward? I appreciate the help!

I have a few questions regarding the Save for Web feature: 1 - Why is this feature seen as "legacy"? Assuming that Adobe see it as something that's not supposed to be used anymore, what is the alternative to achieve the same results? The Save for Web window has a lot of useful features besides just messing with the quality of the file to make it smaller. Any tips? 2 - When I export a jpg using this feature, the colors are different from the original, even if I select the Embed Color Profile. It seems that it converts the colors to CMYK even though my image is set to RGB. So for example my main color #ccff00 gets converted to #ccfd54. Why is that and how can I change this behavior while still using Save for Web? When I use the normal File > Save As, the color is retained, even if I set the quality to 5 (Medium).

I am having an issue trying to make collection sets in LRC.   When I try to craste a collection set, it wants to put it into either Lightroom or Smart collections.     I want to create a collection set called National Parks, and then add collections of various parks to that set ( like subfolders).  The end goal is to sync with Adobe Portfolio. If there  is an easier way?   Or if I'm missing something?   Thx!

I have set up a budget form and at the end I'm subtracting one manually entered field from another field with manually entered data.  This does nothing at all in Acrobat XI Pro. I got nothing, nada, no result.  In Acrobat DC Pro and DC Reader I get a result with like 8 decimal places (.00000000) and I can't see how to limit this to no decimal places. Now when I reopen in Acrobat XI, I am getting the same result as I got in DC, but only after a crash and restart of Acrobat. I've even renamed the fields so they are super simple to enter... my equation "Barclay_Last-Barclay" This should be a simple calculation -- have tried the "-" on above the keyboard and the "-" minus sign from the numpad. That makes no difference.  I have tried other calculations using *, for example, and they work fine. Obviously something wrong here, but I don't think it's what I'm doing.  Is it because I have XI Pro and DC on the same Windows 7 machine?  Or ???

Illustrator 27.3.1 (Windows)A plugin error comes up when Illustrator is launched. It turns out this plugin resides in C:\Vision Pro 9 which is the installation folder for a different software package that runs a CNC machine. First of all, why is Illustrator even attempting to load plugins from this folder in the first place? If I rename IlluToSignlab32.aip to IlluToSignlab32.aip.DISABLE, effectively hiding it, Illustrator won't even launch.Clicking Ok and relaunching gives the option to Run Diagnostics (i.e. Safe Mode). While launching in Safe Mode the same unknown error dialog box comes up and Illustrator still won't launch. Any subsequent launches just bring up the same unknown error dialog box. So Safe Mode is basically useless in this case. On further testing if I don't rename the plugin but instead move it to the desktop, Illustrator still tries to load it from the desktop. It seems as if Illustrator is loading .aip files from anywhere and everywhere. It was my

When I export my GIF it changes all my backgrounds from white (FFFFFF) to just barely off white (FBFBFB).I have tested this with video exports and it's all fine, I have changed EVERY setting that can be changed, and nothing. Here is my desired export setting:Unfortunately as I'm trying to place these GIF images on a white website, the off-white background does not work for me, I'm at a loss!

I have HDR video from my iPhone that I want to incorporate into an SDR sequence in Premiere Pro with other footage that is SDR. Final output will be SDR. What is the best way to convert the HDR clips to SDR? I tried the SDR Conform effect, and it doesn't look good.

I am having a very frustrating experience with signatures using Acrobat Pro 2024. It's outrageous to me that the system only lets you create one signature and one set of initials at a time. The way I've been getting around this when both my wife and I need to sign something is to delete one signature, add another, then add it to the document. Now the system won't let me even delete the existing signature. I click the "X" next to the name and nothing happens (see attached screen shot). Why is this so difficult?!!!!!!

Does anyone know why I can't add videos recently made in Adobe Express to Adobe Express webpage? It says videos currently unsupported.

Hi All, Since the latest InDesign upgrade, I can no longer marquis with the Zoom tool to zoom to a certain area of a layout. When working on type, I used to marquis from margin-to-margin to make the width as large as possible to see what was happening. Now InDesign's Zoom tool seems to work exactly the same way as in Illustrator and Photoshop. Click to make the view larger. Click and hold to Zoom in continuously. To me, neither of these methods are as fast or accurate as the marquis method. Is there some sort of preference I'm missing to bring the"better" Zoom tool back? Or can Adobe add a  "Zoom to Width" command? Thanks!
