Hello,I noticed yesterday that any PDF that I try to save as a word document, powerpoint, excel spreadsheet etc. will get to the step "Preprocessing file for export..." and will then be immediately followed by the error message "Save As failed to process this document. No file was created."This happens with any PDF document that I try. Even simple word documents with only a few letters of text that I have converted to PDF with word then attempted to reconvert to Word docs using Acrobat XI.Things I have tried already based on suggestions in other threads:I have tried optimizing the individual PDFs and making sure they are "Accessible" by running the accessability report and fixing issues and by adding tagsI have repaired Acrobat XI using the Help -> "Repair Acrobat Installation"I have repaired Acrobat XI using the control panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall/RepairI have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat XII have uninstalled Acrobat XI then run the "AdbeArCleaner_v2.ex

Hey everyone, I am encountering issues when applying a preset to a raw image from lightroom. If someone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated. I've resetted both programs and set the colour profiles to match one another. My workflow is as follows :I import all my images to lightroom > choose the raw image I want to edit > open the image from lightroom, and click "edit in photoshop" > retouch image > go back to lightroom to apply the preset = preset changes colour drastically. For reference, the image on the left is what the preset should look like, image on the right is what the preset looks like when applied to a PSD file.

Hi, I would be so grateful if anyone has a clue what I'm doing wrong with the colour management settings. I have an issue with my footage still being over exposed when editing in premiere pro 2025. I've been able to solve this issue in the past on my other computer, I now have a new MacBook Air M3.  The footage is recorded with iPhone 16 pro, I had the HDR settings on when recording (now turned off).  I've followed these steps: - Display colour management, auto detect log and auto tone mapping --> on.- Rec.709 selected. - Tried the three different gammas: 2.4, 2.2 and 1.96.  Truly grateful for any help or ideas on what I should do.

Hi,  We have a user that seems to get some issues with Indesign Datamerge lately, when she is using the datamerge it creates several copies of the same data. We have tried using previous working datamerges as a test aswell as a reboot/indesign update.  If she creates it as a PDF it works as expected but in the indesign document theres around 10-12 copies of the same data. Anyone that has the same issues?Using Indesign 20.2

I have a .png file and a number of PDF's  and I need to write a batch file to add the png file to the pdf's as a watermark.Does anyone know the command line codes that can perform this without human intervention? There maybe 2 file with a total of 50 pages, but the idea is to not let humans manually add the watermarks, where mistakes can be mande.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions. I created a document with a button that opens a text box. The text box is another button (show and hide) so that it can open and close. Within the text box, I included a hyperlink. When I export an interactive PDF or publish it at an Adobe link, the hyperlink in the text box does not work (even if that box/button is moved to the front). Is it possible for a link inside a button like this to work? If so, is there something I’m missing? Thanks!

Photoshop…

Hi, Illustrator 29.5.15 beta version; Direct Selection tool not select images

I recently placed an image in Photoshop, the image disappears when I move it off the canvas.  This didn't happen in previous versions of Photoshop, the image was visible outside the canvas.  Can I change this in preferences or is this a Photoshop update I'll have to live with?

Hi Adobe Community, Could anyone please advise if it's possible to transfer the CC files from the former employee's account to the new employee? Cheers

After updating Photoshop recently, I noticed that when I'm resizing the brush tool, the circular cursor will show up, but the second I move my mouse it disappears. My caps lock is indeed off and I can't seem to find anyone else that has this problem. Would anyone happen to know of a solution for the issue? Thanks for the help!

Is this gone now? Can't find it. thanks!

Hoping someone can help me with a specific requirement I have. I have included an action button in my pdf to make certain fields in my form read only. I have written the javascript code for it and it works perfectly. I need to include a second action button that would reverse the 'read-only' fields back to being eidtable but this second button should be executed only on a successful password entry. Can someone please help with the javascript code that is required for this second button? Thank you!
