해당 창이 뜨면서 열리지 않습니다.지난 주까지는 잘 사용 됐습니다. 컴퓨터도 껐다가 켜보고, 샘플러를 지웠다가 다시 설치해보기도 했지만 효과가 없습니다. 어떻게 해야 사용할 수 있나요? 

I keep on getting the following error message when I use AdobeHow can I resolve this?

pdf reader 사용할 때 전체화면(ctrl+L) 사용할 때 질문입니다.마우스 스크롤 사용시 그 페이지 끝에서 멈추고 다른 페이지로 넘어갈 때 뚝 끊기고 넘어갑니다.예전에 사용했을 때는 스크롤 사용해서 넘길때도 끊기지 않고 자연스럽게 다음 페이지와 이어져서 쭉 마치 같은 페이지처럼 넘어갔는데 지금 사용하는 걸로는 저렇게 넘어가질 않고 해당 페이지에서 딱 끊기고나서 다음 페이지로 넘어갑니다.어떻게 해야 마우스 스크롤 사용해서 넘길 때 끊어지면서 넘어가지 않고 쭉 이어지면서 다음 페이지로 넘어갈 수 있게 만들 수 있을까요?

인디자인 파일을 열면 첨부의 이미지처럼 노란 형광색(어떤 곳은 빨간색) 마커가 생깁니다. 프리플라이트에 오류는 없는걸로 나오고, 색상을 얹은 것도 아닙니다. 어떤 알림 같은 건가요? 그렇다면 표시되는 색상에 따라서 무슨 의미인지 알 수 있을까요?

클라우드에 인디자인 파일 저장 후 다른 컴퓨터에서 열었는데 연결된 링크들이 모두 끊깁니다. 링크 걸린 에셋을 전부 별도 저장 후 다른 컴퓨터로 열 때 다시 연결하는 건가요?

인디자인에 폰트를 추가 설치를 하고 열기를 했는데 열리지가 않아 폰트 및 프로그램을 제거 하고 열기를 했는데 프로그램이 열리지가 않아 업데이트를 한 폰트도 지우고도 열리지가 않아 인디자인 프로그램을 제거 하고 다시 설치를 반복하였음에도 프로그램이 열리지가 않습니다. 어떻게 조치를 해야 하나요?   *모더레이터에 의해 Indesign 게시판으로 글이 이동 되었습니다. 

イラストレーター初心者です。イラストレーターを使用されてる方でこのように画像を少し透過して上から図形ツール等を使用して模写をされている方を見ました。具体的にどのようにするのかご存知の方お教えいただきたいです。 

원래는 윈도우10 데스크탑에서 어도비를 사용하다가노트북을 사게 되서 노트북에 어도비를 설치했습니다다른 프로그램들은(포토샵, 에펙 등...) 다 잘 돌아가는데크리에이티브 클라우드만 설치 후 실행이 안 됩니다.무한 동기화도 아니고 첫 화면이 잠시 뜨고 그냥 꺼져버립니다.(아예 실행 불가, 실행이 불가하니 앱으로 로그인도 불가임)↓이렇게 한 4초정도 있다가 다음 창으로 넘어가지 않고 꺼짐        몇 번이고 재설치도 해보고(어도비 삭제 프로그램 사용) 컴퓨터 재부팅도 많이 해봤는데 크리에이티브 클라우드는 전혀 작동이 안 됩니다.윈도우는 최신 업데이트 상태이고, 어도비 홈페이지에서 클라우드 다운하였습니다. 그리고 추가로 크리에이티브 클라우드가 안 되니 홈페이지에서직접 다른 프로그램을 받았었는데 영문으로 바꾸고 다운해도프로그램이 다 한글로 받아집니다...이 또한 몇 번이고 다시 해봤는데 똑같더라고요일반 데스크탑에서 받을 때는 크리에이티브 클라우드를 통해 영문판을받았었던 터라, 빨리 해결 방안을 제시해주면 좋겠습니다.   참고로 일반 데스크탑은 윈도우10을 사용하고 있고이번에 새로 산 노트북은 윈도우11만 지원하고 있어서 11을 사용하고 있습니다. OS 버전은 상관없는 거 같은데 혹시나 해서 적습니다.(사양 문제는 없음) 

Olá! Estou tendo um problema para baixar a Creative Cloud. O arquivo baixa no meu pc como arquivo .dmg e não consigo efetuar a instalação. Já procurei programas que abrem esse arquivo, mas mesmo assim não encontrei o arquivo de instalação. Por favor me ajudem! 

현재 모바일라이트룸을 이용하는 계정과 PC라이트룸을 이용하는 계정이도메인이 달라서 방금 몹시 혼선을 겪었습니다. 두 개의 계정을 PC라이트룸 사용하는 계정으로 합치고 싶은데요.어떤 방법이 있을까요? 

어도비 일러스트, 포토샵, 프리미어프로, 에프터이펙트를 주로 사용중입니다.저번달부터였나 어느 순간부터 어도비 프로그램 전체적으로 되돌리기 redo 단축키가 먹지를 않습니다.윈도우 노트북 사용중이고, 그래픽드라이버 업데이트나 어도비 업데이트 때문인지 이전 설치버전으로 제거후 재설치해도 동일하네요. 설정에는 redo ctrl shift z 라고 잘 되어있습니다. 단축키 설정을 다시 하고 해봐도 안되네요. 마우스로 되돌리기 클릭시에는 됩니다. 어도비 프로그램 전체적으로 되돌리기 단축키가 실행이 안돼요. undo 는 잘됩니다.

Illustratorの文字パレットについて教えてください。最近、Macを新しくしIllustrator2025を使い始めました。すると、以前のIllustratorの文字パレットにあった「役物半角」が見当たりません。どうしたら使えるようになるのか、教えていただけると助かります。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

On the timeline, I would simply like to edit the duration of multiple stills at once. Example. If I want each still/cut to appear for 8sec, I can simply select multiples, edit the duration and type it in. This would especially come in handy when adding media, since all images are selected. (Which may be the only time you can edit multiples). Even if that's the case, upon bringing in 10 clips/stills, I could type in duration and potentially other settings I know I will want to apply to all.  I see a suggestion and solution in for desktop in the forum, but I'm not sure if it available on mobile. 

I purchased acrobat pro to use on iPhone and MacBook now how do I sync them?

Hi,I'm using InDesign CC on a Windows 10 PC, and using Excel 2016 to generate data for a Data Merge operation in InDesign.In amongst the myriad options for saving the data, Excel provides me with these options for saving files into a CSV format:CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv)CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)CSV (Macintosh) (*.csv)CSV (MS-DOS) (*.csv)Depending on which of those options I use I am finding either the data becomes altered by the CSV format, or InDesign rejects the format.I have some cells which have 'special' characters such as the degrees sign '°', or a plus/minus sign '±' (e.g. the cell might have 36° or ±15° or ¼). There are many such symbols I use, and whilst sometimes I add these via the Character Map function in System Accessories, but most usually via the keyboard (for instance, a key combination such as 'Alt+0188' creates a ¼ symbol on a PC).The CSV UTF-8 file retains this 'special' character data, but InDesign rejects the file and tells me "The data source file yo

Estuve editando un archivo en Photoshop para Windows, sin querer toqué el botón de Cerrar y por error elegí guardar los cambios del archivo sobre el que estaba trabajando, pero en realidad no quería hacerlo. Básicamente pisé mi archivo con cambios que no debían guardarse, sino descartarse.¿Hay manera de recuperar una versión anterior de ese archivo? Ya que si lo abro otra vez, el Historial 

 결제 했는데 pdf만 열면 이 화면이 계속 떠서 사용을 못하고 있습니다.. 재설치도 해봤는데 뭐가 문제일까요 ㅠㅠ

특정 도형에 외부 광선 효과를 적용하였는데 뒤에 다른 도형이 겹치게 되면 효과가 나타나지 않습니다. 어떻게 해결해야 하나요?? 참고 이미지 첨부하였습니다. 

Hi there! I've been alternating between two files (File A & File B) as they have the same content but File B requires me to only use one 16x9 image with a logo on top.My usual pathway is that I would copy the artboard from File A and then paste the artboard onto File B, and then the logo.I have no problems until yesterday, when I would paste the artboard from File A into File B, ONLY the text wouldn't show up. It is there but it's invisible.When I highlight the text, it's there but during my export, it cannot be seen.When I click on the type to move them, the transform box is very far away but the text is in within the artboard.
