Solved

iMac running Ventura 13.7.3 Everytime I use the keyboard shortcut 'Option' + 'Command' to duplicate elements on the canvas, or indeed duplicating pages, Adobe InDesign crashes. I've used this keyboard action for years and years without any issue. Any ideas out there? Thanks for any help.

PS Beta update-system says update available but when it tries to update it's acting as though the app is open and running and won't update.

How do I add the date and time to my signature, it is not showing on my signed documents?

How can I fill a table cell with a picture?

I cancelled my adobe animate free trial early, and today i checked the app again, and adobe animate is still working and allowing me to use it. from what I know, this should not be possible and my access should've ended the moment i cancelled the trial. the app shows that I still have a free trial to the app and that I have 7 days left even though today, jun 18th, should've been my last day since i got the 7 day free trial on the 11th. I tried to cancel the free trial again by going to my account page and managing my plans, but this free trial is not listed there and it only lists the one I got on the 11th, as cancelled. I don't know what to do and no one else seems to have had this issue. I don't want to be charged. I also got a cancellation confirmation in my mail from when i cancelled the trial, so I know that i did in fact cancel it.

I am trying to check my billing history and I kept getting directed to the Adobe Store link but it never loads and i keep getting a 404 error.  When i manually go to shop.adobe.com, it loads but redirects me back to adobe.com account details and i still can't access my billing information tied to shop.adobe. I see other threads that are similar so this is a recurring issue? I cant seem to chat with a real agent and this is frustrating me. Please help. thank you.

Hello,I used to use the adobe flyfire package but now I don't need to use it. And in the past I have not used Adobe software. However, on January 17, 2025, Adobe deducted the service fee from my bank account. Now I don't need to use it and want to get a refund. I hope to get support.Thank.

Hello,I’m a professional 3D modeler/ 3d generalist, and I use Substance Painter through a perpetual license on Steam. I recently created an Adobe account to access Substance 3D Assets, but I do not have an ongoing Creative Cloud subscription. My question is: Am I allowed to continue using the Substance 3D materials I downloaded while I had access, or is an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription required to legally use them in my projects? I want to ensure that I’m following Adobe’s licensing terms correctly.I’d appreciate a response from someone at Adobe who can clarify the official policy regarding this. Thanks!

Hi! I have been trying to export a video for a couple of hours to no avail. When I select File > Export > Media, literally nothing happens. No pop up to select export settting, nothing at all. If I try a few times within the same session, Premiere will eventually freeze up and stop working. I use Premiere regulalry and this has never happened.- Premiere is up to date- I've cleared preferences- I've deleted all media cache- Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere- Restarted my computer several times Nothing has helped.

I would like to import video clips and images directly from Lightroom in IOS. When starting a new project I have the Creative Cloud symbol I can click, where I can access clips synced by Rush, but not from Lightroom. I understand there are some workarounds like saving media from Lightroom to Files or to Apple Photos and then import, but the question remains.  Can I import media directly from Lightroom? (I am using IOS on iPad Pro)

My Adobe account was originally with my educational institution, but it has been my personal account for several years by now. However, when I use Adobe Sign, it still shows my educational institution as the signatory in the finalized document instead of me. Of course, this is creating a lot of confusion when I ask to sign a document. None of the information in my account setting refers now to my old educational institution other then, maybe, the original order number that ends with the letter EDU (just to make this clear, I have been paying the full subscription fees as individual for years now). What should I do to make myself the final signatory?

The option 'Restore last view settings when reopening documents' is checked, but it's not working!!! This is very annoying!Every time I open a file, I need to go to the last page I was reading (because everytime Acrobat Reader opens files at the first page). And I use to enable the left panel with page thumbnails, but everytime I open a file, this panel is closed!!!

I know this question has been asked many times. I have followed so many scripts and I keep running into the same issue and cannot figure out why. I have a date field that will be user entered. I need a 2nd field to calcuate 14 days from that date. The issue that I am having is when i add the script (any that I have tired) the 2nd field calculates 14 days from TODAY. even when I enter a new date in the User entered date field the calculate field will not change.  Very frustrating! (Note I am Not a coder this is new to me... pls be kind) I hope someone can help!

When printing a document in PDF there is an error that comes up stating "This document could not be printed" after I choose ok there is another window that populates stating "There was an error with printing the document." I have looked through different threads on the forums to resolve the problem but none of them fix it. I have tried using Print as an Image, removed Enable Enhanced Security, turned off Protected View, and removed the option to view PDF/A documents. I have also deleted 2015 and DC folders in %APPDATA%\Adobe\Acrobat. I have repaired Adobe and uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe. Other documents (Office documents) print properly so there is no issue with the connection to the printers. I have also tried printing the PDF to other printers and they do not work either. Hi, I just started learning Substance Designer. I'm following along with a tutorial, and everything was going smoothly until this point, where I have to use a Poly Quadratic Spline node. For some reason, it's all messed up in the 2D view. The first point is labeled both p1 and p2, overlapping each other; the second is labeled p3; and the last isn't labeled at all. Somehow the labels got shifted up by one, and I couldn't have possibly accidentally touched something because this is my first time using a Spline node. I've attached a few images. Is it a bug, or did I somehow accidentally mess something up? Please help - this is really annoying!

I have a paid, fully licensed version of Adobe Acrobat DC on my PC.  I have downloaded a couple of *.pdf files.  They open and are viewable and I can print them out; however, when I try to search the document for specific words, the search shows 0 documents and 0 results.  I need to be able to do key word searches on the current document as I am taking an open book test tomorrow and these documents are hundreds of pages!  Why is the word search or Advanced Search not finding words that I am picking right out of the current document?  I'm typing them in case sensitive.

I already have a subscription but I keep geeting this response whenever I have a request using AI Assistant: ". I'm not able to help with Acrobat tools yet. Try visiting the Adobe Acrobat User Guide for detailed instructions." Please help me so that I can continue getting response for my request.

環境：i9-12900K/RTX3080Ti/64G

I recently purchased a monthly subscription that turned out to be an annual subscription, probably due to my oversight or due to Adobe's complex and confusing purchasing or plan-changing process. The specific plan I purchased is the Photography plan (20 GB), bought on May 4th, 2023. Since my intention was to purchase a monthly plan that allows me to use Photoshop, I bought this one, which seemed reasonably priced at only 12 euros instead of 24 euros for the base plan. After the month passed and I finished the project I was working on, I tried to cancel the plan in the last few days so that the automatic payment for Photoshop wouldn't deduct any more money from my account. It was then that I noticed Adobe was asking me to pay an early termination fee, which I didn't understand the reason for. I thought I had to wait until the end of the subscription, so I waited until today, the 4th, thus losing another 12 euros.Today, I also attempted to cancel but without success because it still asked

HiI have some illustration done using drawing apps and exported to psd. Mainly digital handrawn artwork. So what should I do to be able to submit to adobe stock? I know that psd files are not accepted, so should I flatten all my layers and export to jpg? Or there are better ways? Thanks

I cannot export a high resolution image from acrobat DC and accurate Pixel dimension on illustrator.

I have sent out a couple of hundred contracts to be signed.  I would now like to export the form field data that was collected into an excel file.  Any ideas?  Thanks
