Solved

Hi, I'm working on a load of files, aligning them to be accessible PDFs, and so trying to automate some of the small, repetitive tasks. I'm after an InDesign script that can automate the tagging (for PDF) of paragraph styles (within 'Edit all export tags') based on a keyword (eg 'H1', 'H2' etc.) in the style name. Can anyone shed any light on this, or is it even possible? This is as far as I got, but it doesn't apply the tags: var doc = app.activeDocument; var styles = doc.paragraphStyles; // Define keyword-to-tag mappings (uppercase) var tagMappings = { "H1": "H1", "H2": "H2", "H3": "H3", "H4": "H4", "H5": "H5", "H6": "H6", "P": "P" }; // Loop through all paragraph styles for (var i = 0; i < styles.length; i++) { var style = styles[i]; var styleName = style.name; // Keep original case (uppercase) // Check if the style name contains a keyword for (var key in tagMappings) { if (styleName.indexOf(key)

Hi everyone!I'm having trouble finding an option in Adobe Animate that should already be available. I want to use the "Paint Brush Tool (Y)" and select an option called "Draw as Fill". This option should appear in the brush settings, right below the Smoothing slider. However, I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where I can locate this option? Thank you 🙂

Hi, all.  I recently asked about Log4j vulnerabilities in CF2023, and learned that there are not any known at this time. Now, I need to ask whether CF2021, Update 18 has any Log4j vulnerabilities. The main reason I ask is because I have CF2021 Update 13 installed locally, and when I match the files that @Charlie Arehart mentioned in one of his linked articles, I find that of the files he indicates should exist in (CF_Home)/lib folder prior to file replacement with 2.17.1 versions:log4j-core-2.16.0.jarlog4j-api-2.16.0.jarlog4j-to-slf4j-2.16.0.jarMy directory has only these unversioned files (with no corresponding file for log4j-to-slf4j)log4j-core.jarlog4j-api.jar Possibly the files I have are version 2.16.0, although not named as such? I'm not sure how to check the versions programmatically, and I don't see that the installed Log4j versions are listed anywhere in the CF Admin. In a nutshell, will updating to CF2021 Update 18 remove all known Log4

Hello,In FM, I have noticed a problem of hyphenation, where there is an empty space after the " - ", like here (see blue arrow). Why ?

I’ve had this error message appear over a couple of images today in the Develop module. When I switch over to Library and back into Develop the error is no longer there, edits can be applied and the photos export with no issues. Has anyone else experienced this error being only temporary? It might lead you to believe the file is corrupt when it is actually fine. If a simple restart or module switch is all Lightroom needs to correct the issue then it should present some options alongside this error message to the user such as “reload”, “attempt to reread file” – if this doesn’t work then perhaps “reimport and replace.” Over the last year I've had this error message pop up from time to time, using different SD cards, but never had it before so it seems to be a recent issue. Lightroom Classic 13.5.

This is a bug that I have found cross platform. A few days I was on a Mac using Illustrator and rage quit because of the bug. Now on my PC the bug is back. I might boot up OBS and record it because I don't see anyone else with this problem.  Illustrator did crash when I was attempting to solve this issue. Basically, the regular Selection Tool is bugged so that I select text boxes that my mouse is nowhere near. It's as if my mouse is actually down and to the left. I used the ruler tool and I am apparently selecting text boxes that are at least 200 pixels away from my mouse. Like it has this weird large radius of selection, EXCEPT it only allows some text boxes to be selected but not others. Meaning certain text boxes are inconsistently selectable. It only selects text boxes that are being used for ASCII artwork and doesn't like selecting text boxes containing regular text. Why is there a preference when everything is spaced out, the same font, and font size? I just need t

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while trying to copy an entire document in Adobe Acrobat Protected Mode. The same code works perfectly fine in Non-Protected Mode, but it fails in Protected Mode.I have already:Given the right permissions to my working directory.Whitelisted my entire C drive.Still, the CopyFile operation doesn't seem to work. I am not sure what I am missing, and I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Here is the relevant code: AVDoc avDoc = AVAppGetActiveDoc(); PDDoc doc = AVDocGetPDDoc(avDoc); PDDocSave(doc, PDSaveIncremental, NULL, ASGetDefaultFileSys(), NULL, NULL); // Save first ASFile f = PDDocGetFile(doc); ASFileSys fs = ASFileGetFileSys(f); ASPathName pn = ASFileAcquirePathName(f); char* fn = ASFileSysDisplayStringFromPath(fs, pn); char bfn[MAX_PATH + 1], nfn[MAX_PATH + 1]; StringCopy(bfn, sizeof(bfn), fn); PathRemoveExtension(bfn); StringCat(bfn, sizeof(bfn), " - Copy"); StringCopy(nfn, sizeof(nfn), bfn); StringCat(nfn, sizeof(nfn), ".pdf");
