Solved

Hi, I decided to try submitting a photo, but it was rejected due to a “Quality Issue.” I understand that the internet might no longer need cat photos 🙂 But I’d like to clarify whether there’s actually something wrong with the technical quality of this image. The photo was taken with a Canon R10, the cat is in focus, everything looks quite sharp, and the exposure seems fine to me as well. Could you please advise? Thank you!

We've got VFX turnovers (EXR files sequences) that come with CDLs (SAT/SOP) Mostly the VFX Vendors take care of all this on their end, but occasionally our AEs have to do it.What are various & best practices for applying CDLs in After Effects. Ideally we're looking at fast, reliable, and ultimately automateable using ExtendScript / Custom HTML Panel Extension

I have a table that I am filling out for a small booklet. I have 3 columns in this table. The last column has contact info. There is still plenty of room to type in this "box" but for some reason, my text is disappearing. For example, on the line it says: incometax@And then the rest of the email disappears on the next line but I can't seem to see it anywhere and there is just a lot of white, blank space underneath.The same thing happens in the next box in the next row and in one of the boxes on the next page. All of the rest of the boxes seem fine and unaffected.

I'm familiar with placing multiple pages from a pdf into an Illustrator document, using the Place dialog/Import Options window, however when I tried to do it today I only got the option to select a single page at a time. From memory, I was expecting a checkbox below that, to select a range of or all pages (as described at https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/importing-pdf-files.html). Is this something that has changed/moved in the latest update, or are there limitations that mean the option may not be available for all PDF files?

NEED HELP! On December 18, 2024 I paid for the One Year Pro Membership for Juice BGM (music add-on) that was on Adobe Express. It only worked for one month and stopped working. Now I don't even see Juice BGM on Adobe Express at all as an add-on. The Juice Equaliser is there, but not the music add-on. I tried to contact the developer using their online contact form, but they have not responded. I'm feeling ripped off. $90 USA / £70+ GBP for the add-on that isn't even there anymore. Has anyone on here had similar issues and any resolution? I tried: company@juice.co.kr and ethics@juice.co.kr, and emailed GumRoad.com but no one has responded. HELP!!!

I have purchased a MAC having previously been using windows 10.  I have downloaded Lightroom Classic and when I go to open my catalog from my external hard drive I get the following message.   Lightroom cannot launch with this catalog. It is either on a network volume or on a volume on which Lightroom cannot save changes   Anyone know how to help?   {Moved from Lightroom Cloud to Lightroom Classic Forum by Moderator}

I am new to Premiere and am looking for some simple animations I can use to have a graphic icon pop up for 3 seconds and then disappear. I need to add 60-80 custom graphics throughout the course of a long-form video, so ease of swapping out the icons is essential. Additionally, I need to be able to very easily and quickly change the position of the icon once in use in Premiere. Up until recently I was doing my video editing in Capcut. Capcut has 1000s of animations built right into the program with no need to import a file like a mogrt, which makes adding extremely easy and fast. Here is a super quick video showing examples of 6 animations I used in Capcut: https://theartofed.wistia.com/medias/y54mtbgrk7 I need to find similar animations for Premiere - they do not need to be exactly the same as these examples, but similar. I am not interested in creating my own mogrts from scratch as we simply do not have the time for me to do so. I'm struggling to know what terms t

Hoping for a response from someone who works at Adobe: Can someone at Adobe explain how Express users can see the exact size of the image (in inches, pixels, etc.) and where exactly on the page it sits?  There should be a feature by which we can accurately place images and know exactly how big it is without eyeballing it.  Sometimes we need to have an image or logo be the same size across products of different sizes. It is essential to know how big an object really is, and where on the page it is located. Can you please add a way for us to see the real scale (inches, pixels, cm, etc.) of images, and the real location on the page?  Please see Canva for an example of this user experience.  It seems to be lacking from Adobe Express, which makes this a much less useful platform for design. If this is an option, please let me know where to find this function.  Thank you for any information in response to this question.

What happened to the "My Follows" list? How can I stop following a discussion? The forum user manual is WAY out of date, and its instructions for this are no longer valid. Thanks,Russell Using Safari on Mac.

I purchased a decklink 4K extreme 12G and own a Flanders DM 241 monitor connected via SDI to the decklink card. Any timelines in PrPro or AE above 2k resolution, IE, any 4k timelines have "No Signal" to my 1080p monitor.  Blackmagic Desktop video setup is installed and working properly.  I've talked to support from FSI & blackmagic. Both have said I have done everything correct.  Blackmagic support said "It would appear that everything is set accordingly, so most likely the issue you are having is coming from Premiere and not the card itself. I would suggest contacting Adobe to see if they are able to help you set up the proper settings for outputting the lower resolution output."In Edit - Preferences - Playback - Video Device - Blackmagic Playback = Checked Under setup - For output of unsupported frame sizes - Scale Down = CheckedEnable mercury Transmit = CheckedSDI cable is good. The decklink 4K extreme 12G also has the ability to natively

I was wondering if it is possible to create a script that renames the artboards based on an excel, or text file. Instead of having to double-click and type out each name.  I hope this makes sense.

Hi all, ~ 2 years ago i wrote a script for AE which was accessing any property in the EP group which had a text value and then it woudl do something to it. I just found out, this part of my script stopped working and it it doing nothing at the moment. The old working solution was cycling like this:for (var m = 1; m <= theLayer.property("ADBE Layer Overrides").numProperties; m++) {        Text = theLayer.property("ADBE Layer Overrides").property(m).value.text;        do something...} Now the Text returns nothing. theLayer.property("ADBE Layer Overrides").property(m).value returns 565 Error Object of type TextDocument found where a Number Array or Property needed. Which tells me there is a TextDocument object there. TextDocument object should have a property("Source Text") and I should be able to get its value through property("Source Text").value. So I try theLayer.property("ADBE Layer Overrides").propert

I can't find the "Save a copy..." option in the menu anymore. I used to use that feature whenever Acrobat got wrapped around its on axel. Nowadays I cannot remove password prodection anymore. I have to rebuild the fillable forms from scratch which is unnecessarily time consuming.  The classic message is "You cannot change security on this document because the document is signed or certified". I don't even have a signature field. Once secured it cannot be unsecured and therefor not be updated.  What is the new workaround?

I am trying to get the total number of days, including the Begin and the End date.  I keep coming up one day short.  For example, my Begin date is 8/1/19 and the End date is 8/3/19.  This should be 3 days, but my formula is calculating it as 2.This is the script I'm using.  Can anybody help?     var dd = this.getField("Begin").value;var rd = this.getField("End").value;var d1 = util.scand("mm/dd/yy", dd);var d2 = util.scand("mm/dd/yy", rd);var diff = (d2.valueOf() - d1.valueOf()) / 1000;event.value = Math.round((diff / 60 / 60) / 24);

I am at a lost here, all of a sudden i cant log into my creative cloud on the desktop or online, in any browser. I get this error "{"error":"invalid_scope"}" Can you help?

Hi all I do not know what exactly I did, but I cannot create any shapes. When I select the shape tool, I can draw it, but it shows it on the wireframe blue color, and the option on the top of the bar, I mean ribbon, does not show to change the color, stroke, etc.

Hello,Every time I try to drag an effect onto my video clips, a circle with a slash through it and hand pops up (like a no sign) and it won't let me.   I have tried:-uninstalling and reinstalling (I have the latest version)-restarting computer-this adobe clean up program:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sync-creative-cloud-files.html#check-sync-status Does anyone have an idea what could be going on? Thanks.

Earlier version of Acrobat allowed you to add any of the zoom or view tools to the quick access toobar.  I am running Acrobat Pro DC Ver 2018.0011.00238 for desktop PC, and cannot figure out how to do this.  The Marquee Zoom is not listed in any of the tools categories, there is no "Show Select & Zoom" category, and right clicking marquee zoom in the menu dropdown only activates it temporarily--it does not show up on the quick tools bar.Any suggestions?  Zoom tools are such basic and useful functions it boggles me that they are not either on the toolbar by default, or easily added.  There is not even a shortcut key for it.

I want to add a link to one page but it will show on every page?How do I do it like the picture I gave? Tell me the procedure please! I want that link will jump you in the page of "Table of Contents"It needs hours of time to add same link to all pages of the PDF.To add "Table of Contents" to every page of a 700-800 page PDF file separately is quite impossible. Again please!❝I want to know how to add a link to one page but it will show on every page. How do I do it like the picture I gave?❞ Is it possible to do it in "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC"? I just want to know the procedure for doing it easily!

Seems silly that such a main feature in a workflow like being able to view full screen is missing from a mobile video editing app. I don't want to but will have to download another app as premiere pro and premiere rush do not allow you to view a vertical video as your audience would... full screen on a phone...  at least not while you're making exiting decisions.

I just upgraded from PSE 2018 to PSE 2025 on my laptop in India.   HP ENVY x360 Windows 11.  I am returning to USA in March 2025. I cannot access my PSE 2018 files nor can I open PSE 2025 sofware.   What are my options?

We should be able to see the video that we are recording over. Like I want to do a react video so I should be able to record my reaction while I'm able to watch the video in the timeline. Create a record window of some sorts that automatically puts the video on the timeline and the video of recording yourself or anything else next to it
