Solved

My postscript printer driver has disappeared from my system. I need it to create an oversize pdf using Photoshop. I have searched Adobe and tried downloading several old drivers and it just sends me in circles. I am running Windows 10 and Photoshop CC.  Where do I find a current printer driver to create a postscript (.ps) file so that I can use Adobe Distiller to create my pdf file?Any help appreciated!

Is there a script somewhere that allows you to move all contents from 1 layer to antoher? ex.. Layer 1 to Defalut? I have a script that creates a layer and adds a text frame to it but i cannot figure how to move everyting from that frame to a different one. Thanks as usualChris

Option to enforce a hard limit on the number of entitled users added to a Product Profile beyond the allocated.   For example: In XXX Product Profile, I allocated only 15 licenses to this profile. However, the product admin can add 20 entitled users. How do I restrict them to adding only 15 users and reject or show error when the product admin adds the remaining 5 users. This control is critical to an organization who has to manage multiple product profiles and would not want sub-unit teams to overblow or eat into license pool allocated to other profiles.

I have a bit of a complicated situation. Original (old) account for user was under email 1. New account was made with same user but under email 2. User accessed ALM from the welcome email via email 2, but the computer auto-filled the Adobe ID using email 1, and the user hit go and signed in using that. This allowed the user to access the course originally, but then when they logged out, and tried to log back in, the system auto-sends them to the old account associated with email 1, where the course is NOT. Is there any way for the user to be able to get back in to the new account with email 2 or do I need to enroll them in the course on the old email (which would force them to redo the parts of the course already done in email 2)? Or, is there any way for me to change the Adobe ID in the new account so they can access it?

good morningI've got [some] png image exported from FIGMA.I'm using macOS. if I ask finder info of this file it seems there is sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile embedded to the image.if I open the PNG file with PS, Adobe tell me there is no color profile embedded.this is a sample file Why ?

According to the current rules, is there a way to combine PNG files with EPS vector files? If not, can I upload the same design as PNG and vector separately?

why is my export frame from sequence way too bright on export?   I am using premiere 2025.  I tried to turn off color management but that is no longer in preferences.  tried to look in project settings it's not there either.  fruistrating wasting so much time just trying to export a frame. also tried to go to File -> Export -> Media and choose PNG and turn off effects, but it does not export a frame it wants to export a video, strange. thank you

Hey! I've been eperiencing an issue when exporting textures from Substance Painter to programs like Maya and Blender. They look fine in Substance, but warped in other programs:  I've been having this problem since I picked up Substance Painter again in August 2022. The mesh hasn't been altered, and the UV map is clean:  What's causing this distortion?

Massive lag in Premiere Timeline. No response to several clicks when selecting or click and dragging for example. Very disappointing considering this is on a brand new M1 Ultra Mac Studio. Specs below. As you’ll see in the screen recording, the timeline is unresponsive often for several seconds and is really hurting my speed and creative flow. I have tried running on Apple Silicon natively as well as using Rosetta. Both are laggy. Premiere Version 22.4.9 (Build 57)Playback resolution is 1/2High Quality Playback is disabled52 GB RAM available for Premiere Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (Metal) selected Could this be a hard drive issue? It seems like the timeline is lagging regardless, but I do have a ton of media for this project connected through two G-technology hard drives. The Main drive is G-tech thunderbolt. I tried moving the footage for this timeline to a SanDisk Extreme SSD but it did not improve the issue. Workstation SpecsMac Studio&nbs

Hello everyone, I would like to solve once and for all the question of Source Sans Pro and its license. Is Source Sans Pro under SIL OFL open license?  These pages say it is:https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/source-sans-prohttps://www.1001fonts.com/source-sans-pro-font.html#license Also, Google fonts offers Source Sans 3. Which is a modified version of Source Sans Pro. But how about Source Sans Pro itself? Is the license different that the open license of Source Sans 3? The OFL SIL, the open license, allows for any use. Even for web self hosting. But if I look at Source Sans Pro on the Adobe website, it says it is free with the exception of web self hosting. So I do not know what is the truth. Is is SIL OFL? If yes, web self hosting is not a problem. If no, why do so many pages say it is? Does anyone have a clarification of this situation?

Hey everyone,I'm experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Acrobat Online's Request a Signature function, and I'm hoping someone might have insight or a workaround.Normally, I use PDFs generated from Google Docs without any problems. Yesterday, I attempted to send a signature request using a form that I had previously sent successfully to another user, who signed and saved it as a template. However, I accidentally sent the incorrectly named PDF to today's customer, so I canceled the signature request and uploaded a corrected version.Since then, every attempt to send the new document results in the error message: "Sorry, something went wrong." I have tried:✅ Uploading different PDFs, including ones generated by Acrobat's own PDF editor✅ Sending the request to different users✅ Clearing cache and switching browsers Nothing has resolved the issue. As a web programmer, I checked the browser console and noticed at least 11 errors, including:403 errorsAPI POST err
