Solved

I have had this issue for a while now, and have been working around, but it’s just getting annoying.  When I start to type the name of the font I want into the drop down box, it won’t find the font I want. In this example I was typing in Poppins, but it gets as far as Po, then won’t go any further than this font. I have to go into the drop down list and scroll until I find the font. The troubleshooting I have done: checked for font filtering. There is no filter applied. Have changed “number of recent fonts to display” to 0. read over the type preferences over and over looking for a setting that will fix thisPlease help. I’ve worked around this for too long!Thank you

Hi everyone,I'm designing a magazine in InDesign and also creating the adverts that will appear in it. Since I'm handling both the ad creation and the magazine layout, I'm wondering what the best approach is for saving and placing the adverts into the main magazine InDesign document. Normally, I’d export ads as print-ready PDFs to send to a publisher, but since I am the publisher in this case, I’m unsure whether that’s still the best approach. Right now I’m considering three options:Place the original InDesign ad files into the magazine file (File > Place)Copy and paste the original ad content directly into the magazine file (keeping it editable)Export each ad as a print-ready PDF and place those into the magazine fileThe printer provided a custom PDF preset for the final magazine, which I would also use for any ad PDFs if I go that route. Also:Should I convert all text in the ads to outlines before placing them in the magazine? (I’d keep the original files too.)Any r

I am using InDesign 21.3, working on a simple 2 page file, I go to place a logo and the blue thinking wheel pops up and doesn’t go away. I can click and move things around but none of it is being “saved”. I close the file and click to close the program and it just sits there still open. I then have to force quit the program. When I relaunch the file opens with the software and everything I did while the wheel was spinning was not saved. It’s done this several times since the update and there is no pattern to why. I’m finding it randomly acting up. It’s really frustrating, especially when I’m not working on anything complicated.

Assalamu Alaikum, Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support team. I am a person of very limited means. I support my family by selling designs on Adobe Stock alongside a small job, and I have absolutely no intention of violating Adobe Stock's guidelines; I deeply respect the platform's rules. My Adobe Stock ID has been blocked, and I am currently unable to earn any income, making it very difficult for me to support my family. I earnestly request that you review the reason for the block and reactivate my ID. If there were any errors in my submitted content, please point them out to me; I assure you that I will not upload such designs in the future and will strictly adhere to all Adobe guidelines. However, if it is not possible to reactivate my account, I humbly request that you transfer the accumulated earnings in my account to my Skrill account.Kind regards,[Personal information removed by forum moderator.]

I have Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop both CS3. They've always worked fine but today when I tried to open them this banner popped up "Licensing for this product has stopped working. You must repair the problem etc..." I don't trust popups like this so I'm wondering what to do. I called Adobe by phone but they were no help.

Hi there and here's the deal...Have just been on a 2 week shoot with multiple DJI Osmo Action 4 cameras all running time-of-day timecode that were at times running longer than needed.I need to quickly view and trim down all the camera footage (there's a hell of a lot to go through) to make it more manageable for not only myself, but for another party who will be doing the primary edit of this footage.I've checked out LosslessCut as a quick and simple app to do this, but although It's really great, it unfortunately has major hiccups handling timecode from the cameras. So much so that it exports the clips with anything from a 13sec to 1+ min shift away from the original camera timecode. After a lot of 3rd party app experimenting and reading, I've had to come back to Premier Pro to do this, and the only successful way to make sure I can shorten/trim camera footage into small segs and still keep the original timecode and filename, is to...drop each recorded cam file on to a PP timeline, then

As of 1:00 PM PST today. Topaz Gigapixel for Generative Upscale giving an error message: "We have encountered an issue and cannot complete your request at this time. Please try again.  I'm running lattest version of PS 2026 27.1.0. I've tried signing out of Cretive Cloud signing back in, restarting both PS and my computer, also cleared using Edit-Purge-Clear All Cache. I only get this error message when trying to use the new "Topaz Gigapixel" upscaling. This feature was working just fine earlier today. I can still use the "Firefly Upscaler" at both 2x and 4x. I'm testing this feature for my company and need to get this fixed asap. Any help fixing this asap would be much appricated.

Voglio annullare il piano di Adobe, ma non voglio pagare per la fine della prova gratuita come posso fare?

I do not have a Firefly subscription and the Turntable button screws up my transform window stacked layout because it makes the transform window larger that it used to be and pushes down other features of other windows.  It only shows up when I select an object, but that’s even more annoying because it resizes my transform window when that happens and sometimes I accidentally select a wrong window option because I am quick to mouse over and the transform window is resizing to ad the Turntable button while I’m trying to click something else, like Scale Strokes & Effects.  Screenshots attached of object selected and no object selected to show what I mean.  I have 2 monitors, so I have all commonly used windows on my 2nd monitor, so the screenshots are of just the 2nd monitor.  I can’t use it anyway and would very much like to hide a feature that I can’t use.  Any suggestions?
