Solved

HiSince the last update of Photoshop to the current version, I've noticed a very high RAM consumption. According to my research on the internet, I'm not the only one with this problem. Compared to PS 26.11.6, 27.8.0 consumes twice as much RAM, without even loading a single image. Both versions are configured identically, with the same actions, plugins, etc.Immediately after starting PS, it occupies about 11.5 GB of RAM in 2026, but only 5 GB in 2025. If I load the same photo, which contains layers etc., in both versions, then 2026 occupies 13.9 GB, and the 2025 version occupies 7 GB.Kind regardsHans-Joerg Fritsch Attached are the system information determined via PS 2026.    Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.8.0 20260610.r.13 4081857  arm64 (final, Release)Anzahl der Starts: 606Betriebssystem: Mac OS 26.5.1Systemarchitektur: Apple M4 Max, NEON, DOTPROD, HybridCPU(12:4)Physischer Prozessor: 16Eingebauter Speicher: 65536 MBFreier Speicher: 29859 MBFür Photoshop verfügbarer Arbeitsspeicher: 613

Hello, I dont have codecs in the 'AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2' folder. They should be populating after rebooting. Tried many things. Tried many suggested solutions. This is a terrible glitch - as adobe should be compatible with go pro footage. I have seen alot of problems similar to this this - but difficult to get a working solution - and that means i cant complete my video. Ive uploaded the error message. When i try to render a movie. It takes ages - and the video doesnt work - only the sound works. But I can see the footage when im editing.

I've been having an issue for quite a while where I can't use any Adobe 2026 applications on my Windows PC after updating.I've tested Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and they all behave the same way:The application launches and starts loading. After a few seconds, a pop-up appears with Error 224. The application then closes and cannot be used. The only workaround I've found is to roll back to the previous versions, which work normally. Here are the versions I'm currently using:Premiere Pro: v25.6.6 After Effects: v25.6.6 Photoshop: 26.0.0 Illustrator: 29.0 (64-bit)My hardware:GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 I've already updated both the latest NVIDIA Studio Driver and my GPU drivers, so everything is fully up to date.Could you please let me know how I can resolve this issue? I've been dealing with it for a long time and haven't been able to find a solution.

Hi Adobe team,I had been charged twice for your annual subscription plan. First time INR 5900 and then INR 2600 for same plan. I had cancelled 5900 plan on my Googkr store subscription tab. So you need to refund me INR 5900 asap to my source account.BRSandeep Sharma[P.I removed by moderator]

Une fenêtre Pop-up s'ouvre me demandant de passer à Acrobat Pro !

This "Ask AI Assistant" box has started popping up at the bottom of the window when viewing a PDF. It has an option to "hide for this session" but how do I turn off permanently? It's just another annoying dialog box filling up my viewing screen

Using adobe acrobat on an android. If you type a sentence  in one of the text fields and tap into another field and back into the original text field the text is double layered and smaller. If you backspace the smaller text goes away but the original is still present and doesn't go away unless you tap outside the text field and back in. Leaning towards an update bug but wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem.

"Hi, I am experiencing severe lagging and performance issues while using Adobe Acrobat Reader on my iPad Pro. I am currently running iPadOS 26.5.2. The app used to run perfectly smooth back when I was using iPadOS 18, but with this current OS version, scrolling and interacting with PDFs causes significant stuttering and lag. The app feels highly incompatible with iPadOS 26. Please release an optimization update for iPad Pro users on this OS version as soon as possible. Thank you."

Is there an option to turn off this GRUESOMELY ANNOYING reappearing of this shortcut? It does this at home and at work every so many weeks. At home I can just delete it, but at work I need to ask IT department every time to do this....Is this just commercial branding? What is the point of having this shortcut anyway?

this version makes Photoshop not work on Ventura anymore. At least mark it as “not compatible” instead of making me download an app that just refuses to boot
