Solved

cmd+z indesign not working. it will work when i first open the doc but switch off at some point. have to restart the software to resolve it. edit>undo also appeared greyed out and unclickablei'm running on macOS tahoe 26.6, and indesign 21.4.1. I have also disabled generative AI features in my indesign preferences. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and that didn't work, restarted my machine, reset my program preferences and nothing i’ve been trying seems to solve it. I have been dealing with this issue on and off for the past 8 months - it seems to happen randomly, but possibly more often on gigantic files.

I can't find anywhere to file a complaint or submit feedback, so here it is.Acrobat DC is horrible. I feel like it wasn't made for professionals at all and makes it much more difficult to navigate a simple document. My custom toolbar at the top? Gone. Replaced by ridiculous pre-school style buttons on the right. Want to re-organize page order? It opens up an entirely separate window for that, totally unnecessarily. Thanks for giving me a day of trying to figure out how I can delete this worthless pile of kindergarten garbage and somehow get back to just Acrobat XI while still using my cloud sub.

When I attempt to create a new bug report, I get the page asking for a title. Then I’m shown a few unrelated existing posts Adobe thinks might be relevant. When I proceed from there, however, I just land on a blank page with only the Adobe Community website header & footer. This happens in Firefox, Edge, and DuckDuckGo browsers, with all ad/tracker/script-blockers disabled. On Firefox, a “powered by Gainsight” logo briefly flashes before disappearing on the blank page. I searched the web for solutions but found nothing. I’m only asking here because for some reason this “ask a question” form seems to work.

Does anyone know why Non-Profits are not allowed to purchase Firefly Pro licenses?  In order to get my one graphic designer access to Firefly Pro we would have to change to commercial licenses for all my Acrobat and other Creative Cloud Licenses.   I would like to purchase software, but the answer is nope, we will not sell it to you. Dean

I have been experiencing this error for a while now. When trying to save for web it stops working and gives the warning "Save for web error" "Could not complete this operation. A writer permissions error has occured."Everytme I tried the different solutions found online and they worked just fine but not this time. Everything was fine yesterday but today it just does not want to write this file. I have tried the following:1) reset preferences2) update photoshop3) Restart photoshop4) Restart system5) Give photoshop a complete write access to the disk6) Checking that file and image sizes are the same7) Trying different formats I am on Photoshop 25.0, please help.

My acrobat just updated to version 26.1.21789.0 and now the toolbar has a snapshot tool which I can’t remove. The tool itself wouldn’t be a bother if it didn’t load like 10 ish seconds after the file is opened. I use the built-in snipping tool like a normal person I don’t need this snapshot tool. Let me remove it.

The update is terrible. Comment tools are complicated and/or missing. Nothing is where it was How can I reinstall the last version??

Took 10 minutes to apply the film grain effect, after waiting 3 minutes to apply the blur effectI cannot understand why it takes so much GPU and CPU just to apply a effect in Illustrator. Is it because of the overwhelming amount of other useless features and effects? or just poor software coding and programing? most likely the latter I think. System info: Components: dvametadata 25.4.0.1AdobeSFL AdobeXMPScript 1.000000 1.000000dvasystemcompatibilityreport 25.4.0.1Torq Native localICUUnicode  14.4.0.2316be3ICUConverter  14.4.0.2316be3AdobeCrashReporter 2026.9.0.f6b3948boost_system 1AdobeACE 7.0.0 79.625377dvanet 25.4.0.1AdobeSplashKit 1.0uxtech AITracing 30.8.2.7dvawhatsnew 25.4.0.1AdobeOwl 1dvascripting 25.4.0.1typequest_bravo 1CloudIndra 30.8.2.7dvaappsupport 25.4.0.1AdobeAXE8SharedExpat 1AIDE 1boost_asio 1boost_chrono 1dvametadataui 25.4.0.1AdobeARE 5.0.0 79.625377AdobePDFPort 5.0.0 79.625377AdobeExtendScript 1dvawhatsnewui 25.4.0.1AIACPL 30.8.2.7AdobeSangam 6.0.0.29 1.00000dvastorage

I’m unable to verify my phone number and keep receiving the following error message:“An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.”Could this be related to restrictions on certain countries or increased security measures due to spam, scams, or fraudulent activity? If so, it’s unfortunate that legitimate users are affected by these measures.

Adobe CEP HTML Engine is using Location Services and running on startup, why does it need location services?

Image generation failed multiple times today (Something went wrong / Please try again later.). However, it deducted the credits every time. Are you sure this is correct? I don't think so.

My bad. Space between paragraphs using the same style set to 0.

I'm doing a lot of work where I have 2 different edits for images and it takes forever to go back and copy the other edit and then have to go back again to copy different edit. I don't want to create a preset since the edits might just be for that specific day/time.

I installed the latest update to version 21, and InDesign won't launch. It doesn't give any errors, but it won't start. It doesn't do anything at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but that didn't work. Version 20 works perfectly, even the beta version 20.6. I tried reinstalling it by deleting the preferences, but that didn't work. I tried reinstalling the Creative app and reinstalling InDesign, but that didn't work.Bridge does the same thing, but it gives me error OXC0000142. InDesign, on the other hand, doesn't have any errors. Old Bridge works, but the beta version doesn't I have windows 11 last updatedWhat can I do?Thanks a lotNicola

Have Photoshop 27.10.0 on Windows 10 Pro, AMD RYZEN 5.  Recently, resizing and exporting any types of raster images are coming out very “pixelated” (looking like old-school 80’s low-rez images!)I tried turning back to v27.9.0, same thing.  Searched online, found that I should make sure that under Preferences > General tab, that “Image Interpolation” should be set to “Bicubic Automatic” or “Bicubic Sharper” to fix that issue.  Tried both settings - no luck.  Tried changing to “Bicubic Smoother”, still the same, crappy results. Is there some manual “reset” I need to do (like Command-line code, or going into some buried subfolder and deleting some reference file or something) to stop this from happening?  It’s making my web images look horrible!SampleFrom 2024: Now:

How can I do the OCR after Scan?

I can no longer update the Creative Cloud desktop app on Windows 10. I keep getting Error Code 190!My Windows installation is up to date and has always been fully compatible with Adobe software. Microsoft itself will continue providing extended security updates through October 2027.Microsoft — Extended Security UpdatesAdobe’s own website also lists Windows 10 as compatible:Adobe — Creative Cloud system requirementsWhy am I no longer able to update the app? Are you seriously trying to force customers to buy new hardware and switch operating systems? This is outrageous! It violates consumer protection laws here in Brazil and amounts to false advertising, especially when you claim the software is compatible but, in practice, it does not work as advertised!I’ve been seeing reports of this issue on this forum for over a month. When is Adobe going to issue an official statement or provide a solution?

15 Jul: free trial signup unknowingly included Pro & AI Assistant. 21 Jul: cancelled Pro. 23 Jul: charged £30 anyway. 17 Aug: noticed charge; agent Shaik deflecting. Want refund for unused Pro; feel scammed, won't return

I also just got a call from the (408) 606-3892 phone number you referenced. She sounded slightly robotic and AI, and I was very weirded out. I had just gotten off the phone with Adobe Business customer service not 20mins prior, and this local number calls inquiring if I was able to get my question resolved. It was unsettling as the speaker referenced some specifics on my phone call with Adobe, though there were small things not adding up. This is why I feel it is likely an AI scammer.

Hello,I signed up for an Adobe free trial but did not continue using it after the trial ended. I never used the paid plan. At the time, my card had no funds, so the payment did not go through. However, today my savings account was charged automatically for the full annual plan.Since I only used the free trial and never used the paid subscription, I believe this charge was unintended. I kindly request help to process a full refund for this payment.

Urgent: My primary Adobe account was compromised immediately after I gave my credit card to an agent over Adobe’s official phone line to start a subscription. The attacker instantly changed my login email to an unknown address, locking me out. My card was hit with fraud and canceled. Because the email was changed, standard support channels on X are stuck in a loop and cannot locate my account.I have a project deadline frozen by this security failure. I need an Adobe Staff Member to escalate this to the Security Team
