Hello,I have only one Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio and I would like to continue using it.I recently moved from Ukraine to Slovakia. In order to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription with my new country settings, I created a new Adobe ID using my primary email address. Before doing so, I changed the email address on my previous Adobe ID to a temporary email address, so that I could use my primary email for the new Adobe ID.Now, when I access Adobe Stock Contributor with my new Adobe ID, the account is marked as Inactive because the system detected multiple Contributor accounts.I have already purchased a Creative Cloud Illustrator subscription on my new Adobe ID. I would like to keep my subscription on this account and continue using my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio with the same Adobe ID. I am not trying to have two Contributor accounts. I only want to continue using my existing portfolio.Could you please transfer or relink my existing Adobe Stock Contributor account t

So I have Photoshop and Lightroom on my PC and recently havent been able to open either of them. Any time I try and open either program it gives me the Sign In Required Loop that just keeps going and going. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled all the programs and nothing has worked. Anyone have any clue as to how to fix this issue? Because I really need them up and running again for my business.

Since the last update to Express Photos, there are now SEVEN entries in my Windows Start Menu relating to it, instead of only one. They are shortcuts to particular functions, but as these are all readily available from the app’s own menus, they are completely unnecessary in my opinion. They are just cluttering up the Start Menu. They aren’t even grouped together! There seems to be no way of changing this other than by just uninstalling the app. Can this be reviewed for future versions, please? Thanks, Dave. 🙂

I can't for the life of me figure out how to stop these insanely annoying popup 'tips' every time i select a tool i haven't used in a while. There seems to be a different way to turn these off for each product, turning some options off doesn't always work and its really starting to bug the hell out of me. In illustrator for example I've unchecked the tool tips option in preferences, but I still get these massive intrusive buggers that disrupt my workflow!I 've been using Adobe software for over a decade and i really don't need to be told how to use the crop tool.Is there a way, hacky or not, to remove all of these at once for all products??

So, first off, I do NOT WANT TO FLATTEN the fields!!! I want to be able to use them! Please don't suggest that. Second, I don NOT WANT to create a portfolio. They are lame and worse than useless IME. So please don't sugges that option unless you know of a way to then make the portfolio into a single document WHILE keeping the form fields usable. Now, I have a single page document which has fillable forms. I want to duplicate that page into 4 pages with the same forms fields. But, as it stands it merges all the fields, so the information on the first page is duplicated to the other 3 pages! I do not want that, I want the fields to be unique so each page can have different values in the forms. Anyone know how to duplicate a page with form fields to multiple pages WITHOUT merging the fields or flattening them??? Frankly, why Adobe merges the fields is beyond me...

I work in design sales. I have created digital PDFs to support my work and when I have multiple spaces I am designing, I have to fill out multiple Job Specification sheets. However, when I combine multiples of the same editable PDF, it deletes all of the information off of one of the Job Specifications sheets and I don't understand why this is happening. Do we know why it is getting deleted? And how do I combine files into a Binder with all of the information in tact?

I am using the Organize Pages feature in Acrobat DC to add additional documents to an existing PDF. When organizing pages, I am getting a pop up that says "Any form fields that have the same name in the merged documents are now merged into one field. If you want the values in these fields to be unique, then you need to create a PDF portfolio." After reviewing the document, I see that several of the pages have changed the data to match what is on one of the first pages. I would like all the pages to remain as they are.   I just want to put several unique PDFs that all have unique names as well as unique data, into one PDF.   Please help me. Thank you.

I'm trying to paint on an image and when I mouse over where I want to paint I get the "prohibited" symbol and can't paint. I opened other .jpgs and was able to paint with no problem. Is there a type of file that you can't use the paintbrush tool on? Please help!

Very simple. May iMac is 2017 I need to install the Basic Adobe Photography Package LR CC & PS and Bridge and I am okay with Firefly not working 100% - I do not want to patch my computer so would like to be pointed at the exact place step by step to find, download and install the legacy versions that will work with my system. Thanks

I am trying to change my Adobe plan. My plan auto-renewed after my student discount and it is way too expensive. Every time I go to manage my plan I get the same message. We couldn't process your request. Please try again or contact support if the issue continues. I have tried multiple times over the past few days. It keeps saying the same thing. I have tried to ask for support in the chat box but the screen freezes and I cant type anything into the chat box. I have no other way to seek out any help. I don’t want to keep paying this rate and it is also too expensive to cancel my plan because it has just renewed. Please help, I really need to downgrade my plan.

I mostly used Gemini 2.5 and i’m so sad I chose the annual plan if i can’t access it anymore

Lightroom Classic masking tools have a 5–6 second activation delay when selected by mouse, but activate instantly when selected using keyboard shortcuts.Steps to reproduce:Open a RAW image in the Develop module. Open Masking. Click Linear Gradient with the mouse and draw a gradient. The first mask may activate immediately or after a short delay. Create another mask and click Linear Gradient again with the mouse. Lightroom takes approximately 5–6 seconds before the Linear Gradient tool becomes active. Once active, drawing/applying the gradient is immediate. Instead, use the keyboard shortcut M to create/activate a Linear Gradient. The tool becomes available immediately, even on the same image with the same existing masks. Alternating between the two methods consistently reproduces the behavior: mouse click = ~5–6 second delay; keyboard shortcut = immediate activation.Additional testing:Reproduced on Lightroom Classic 15.3, 15.4.1, 15.5, and 15.5.1. Reproduced with RAW and 16-bit TIFF fi

This would add a way to change the locational data to multiple selected photos at the same time. A suggestion is to integrate it into the copy edit settings feature or into presets. This is useful for film photography processing that won't have locational data due to the developing process.

i just installed firefly but it does not show a generated image is my operating system not compatible?

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a recurring issue where Photoshop 2026 (Windows) consistently crashes about 5 minutes after launching. The app starts normally, I can begin working, but then it either freezes or closes unexpectedly.I checked the logs and found several repeated errors that seem related to Adobe services rather than a direct Photoshop crash. The most frequent messages include:“User Signed Out” “There is no valid user profile to get an access token” “Error fetching IMS access token” “CCXProcess timed out” “Failed to get data from CCXProcess” “Unable to find user in api.json”I have also attached two log files for reference in case they help identify the issue more precisely. What I have already tried:Clearing cache Clearing preferences Checking for updates of my GPUThe issue still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance.

Hi there,I'm having trouble with my Behance page, everytime I create a new project and try to embed or upload a video file its being limited to a small set of dimensions which I can not seem to change, this doesn't happen with picture files, is there something obvious I'm missing here? Thank you, Darragh

Hi team, I have been charged for 2 months service fee after the trial, i subscribed the trial in the beginning of Jan and forgot to cancel it, and i literally haven't been using it as you can see that i didn't even log into the account. Today when i tried to cancel the subscription, i was told that not only there's no refund, but also i will be charged for an early cancellation fee of CAD $129.95! And it's the first time i realized it's a yearly plan that charged by month, clearly their terms were not clear enough and no warning about the cancellation fee. It's like robbing money from your pocket, this is hard to accept, and i found nowhere custormer support that i can make a call or send an email to, what kind of company Adobe is??? Really astonished and disappointed.

Adobe keep stealing money from my account. I cancelled all my subscriptions and blocked payments through my bank yet you continue to steal money from me. I am getting to a point where I physically cannot afford this so I am begging you to please stop! This has been going on for far to long!

see here, width cut, in second image frame size showed in centre and both sized of width out of frame size, please help to make it fit to screen

I will include one or two words to display and Firefly sometimes produces gibberish, instead. For example, in the last video I prompted to display the text “COOPER RIVER”. Firefly instead produced alphabet soup. Here is a screen capture. Each of these errors cost me 200-300 credits.
