Solved

I'm a simple game modder. I create these for myself to improve gameplay, create new assets, and change textures. Unfortunately, due to the lack of Photoshop version 21, I can't change textures (as effectively and easily as I'd like). I'm interested in the 3D capabilities. In versions prior to 22, there was the option to create a UV mesh, which made work much easier. Now, although this option is available, it doesn't work, and the editing itself is severely limited. I know it worked because I used it myself, but I decided to downgrade, thinking it would be better. Now I can't install the old version and I'm at a loss. Please allow us to download version 22 so I can easily pursue my passion.

As I understand it, you need to become an Enterprise client to access the Firefly API. Does anyone know where you can sign up to become an Enterprise client to get access to the API?

Is there a way to remove the brightly colored AI assistant button? I've already disabled all the AI settings in prefrences. The button is visually distracting when reviewing documents and I'd like a way to hide if from the tool bar. I saw previous posts suggest switching to the the older view of Acrobat, which I've done for now, but I was wondering if there's a way to disable and hide the button in the newer view?

Why are you still featuring 6.2 and 6.3 updates to CCD when we are on 6.8 now? It still hasn't stopped the Crash Processor running all the time. Still have to rename the files to stop it running. Bob Frost

I upgraded my C Drive in Windows 11 and Photoshop opens inconsistently. Freezing at either Building color conversion table or Reading brushes. After I close it and try a few more times it opens properly. If I delete and reinstall Photoshop will I need to reload the actions I created and/or links to thrid party software such as Nik and Topaz. Alternatively, is there another solution to my issue? I am on PS 26.11.Thanks for your help.

Hello. Please help me solve the problem. I have a lot of studio photos taken without a tripod, so the horizon is often tilted at different angles. There is a clear contrast between the wall and the floor. I need to automatically straighten the horizon in these photos, no change in perspective, no cropping. Just the angle of the slope.Lightroom, camera raw are not up to the task. The manual method, using a ruler, is not for me either.Perhaps there is some Script that can help me solve my problem? *Sample photo added.

Hello ! I apologize in advance for any mistakes, I'm writing using Google Translator. I've been having problems with Camera Raw for about 2 weeks, especially when I work with masks or denoise photos. there are messages about lack of memory, etc. I have had the computer for less than a year. I've never had any problems. I7 13700kf ram 32gb nvidia gforce rtx4070 card. In photoshop, help, GPU compatibility is ok. Same in preferences: PS or camera raw. everything is fine. The latest studio driver is on the card and I don't know why there are still problems. I would like to uninstall all applications and install them again, but I don't want to make a mistake and do something wrong. Can someone give me some advice, step by step, on where to look for the problem. Thank you and best regards

I had an issue with the backgrounds of my images (.png) as yellow, particularly around transparent or white areas. This had never happened until last week. I ran through some troubleshooting and i could either have the entire background of the pdf be yellow, or only the whites of the images be yellow. There was no other way to fix it within the application.  So, someone suggests in one of these forum posts to uninstall it. Okay, so i uninstall it. That's fine. Then i try to reinstall it. Error 136. Retry. Error 136. Retry. Error 136. Now, the official text of Error 136 essentially says unable to install program. Why? Don't know. I doubt Adobe knows either. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html?trackingid=CZY71YK2&product-version=6.7.0.278&mv=product&mv2=accc#error136 So i try their troubleshoot of just installing from their download. Error 1406, Could not write value to key. Given we pay for this in an extortio

I am running the latest DW 2021 on Mac OS Sequoia 15.5. I am editing pages and suddenly it stops working, then the spinning wheel of death appears and then I get the message saying that DW is unresponsive - Ignore or Force Quit.Anyone know why I might be getting this and how to stop it? I was getting this same issue before the last OS update. Thanks in advance!

I have an older Mac that is running Ventura 13.6.6 I was wondering if there are any versions that are even compatible with Ventura 13.6.6 and if they are still installable. I looked this up which recommended Photoshop 24.x, but it is not available for download on the Creative Cloud App when you click "Other Versions". Thank you for your help!

Suddenly, the last 26 photos I've imported in my lightroom cataloug have the wrong GPS location. The actual files have the correct GPS location. I unchecked the "remove location info" in Export.  Then, I can reset their GPS location by importing the metatada from the original file and they appear correctly in Lightroom's map feature for a few moments, until the files synce with lightroom on the web again. Then, they all have the same GPS location as the 27th photo. No matter what I do. Need some help on this one.

I set up some presets using Adaptive Colour and some (mainly luminance) masks.Nearly every time I come back to photos I've applied the reset to and look good, no longer look good (eg they become overexposed). Sometimes they seem to come good by themselves (eventually), sometimes they don't. I can't work out what's going on. I'm about to dump Adaptive Colour for presets and try Adobe Colour.  Are there known issues with using Adaptive Colour in presets? The values you assign to the preset one day that look good, the next day look really bad on the same photo. Seems to be an endless loop of adjustments! Are there any rules to follow when using Adaptive Colour?

Roto brush (all versions, v1, v2 and v3) keep crashing after a few strokes in AE 24.0.1. Was working before, well sort of, on some shots it worked without crashing, then it crashed several times (with crash dialog box), not sure it was Roto brush specific, it also crashed on simple tasks like exchanging a layer with other footage (no fx on layer, the most basic scenario) and then after a crash or 10 it started working again, no crashes while doing exactly the same things (roto brush, exchanging layer footage) on the same layers in the same comp. Now it started crashing again using Roto brush on a clean footage layer (no pre-comps, no other fx in the chain), except now it's a spinning beachball hang, no crash dialog box. Doesn't matter which version of Roto Brush I use, they all crash, so again, not sure if it's actually roto brush or just After Effects that wants to crash for a couple of hours, only to at some point seemingly randomly just start working again.
