Solved

I wanted to find a font that I only have found as an image. It is characterized by (if possible) one "limb" in the character is given half length, and that the round elements are made more "square-ish". To make it simpler I supplied two characters only "s" and "2".Adobe returned a great number of fonts, none with "limbs" like my sample. Can you recognize the font?Kind regards / Ake

Hello, I had purchased a long time ago the Adobe Professional Suite which included Adobe Professional 7.0, Creative Suite, etc. The only one I am really interested is the Adobe Professional 7.0. For some reason, Adobe told me that I had a license for Professional 8, but that was ten years ago and they no longer support it, have the download link, and I could upgrade for a monthly fee! I have my serial #, Acct. #, coupon code. Does anyone have a download link that I can use to re-download it on my new desktop pc? If not, is there a free program on-line or downlaodable that can create and edit pdfs?Thank You Kindly.Steve

OSはWin11、windows版Illustrator2025(v29.6.1)を使用しています。

I recently needed to do the following with javascript Detect if a layer has a mask applied. If the layer has a mask, select the pixels of that mask (as if using Ctrl/Cmd + LMB on the mask icon in the Layers panel). The following code was successful, so I'm sharing it in case it becomes useful to anyone else. See the reply below.

Hi Everyone! For anyone out there who is very knowledgeable about the different techniques to make selections in Photoshop, whether it involves the Pen Tool, Channels, Calculations, Creating Contrasts, etc.  What would you suggest is the best method to use to make a clean isolation of the mail trucks in these photos? Also, do you see the area where the wheels are, and how difficult it is to distinguish between the wheels and the dark shadow region where the ground is? What is the best way to increase the contrast in that dark area so that I can make a clean selection of the mail truck?  I would highly appreciate any feeback from anyone. Thank you enormously!!! Have a wonderful day!!!

Hi all, I have had an issue recently where some PDF files we download appear blank when opening them in Adobe Acrobat. However, any comments made to the document are visible. In my attempts to troubleshoot,  I noticed that the text and images applied to the PDF still exist, but appear blank for some reason. When clicking on a text box, highlighting it all and changing the font colour, I was then able to move my cursor across the entire page and all of the data would show as normal. It is also important to note that the PDF looks fine in preview, and when opening it in a web browser (Chrome). It also looks fine in Bluebeam, which is another PDF software we use at our company. I have attached some screenshots showing the expected appearance of the file (with some information blanked out obviously) along with what that information looks like in Adobe when it is first opened. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as we don't have the time to highlight things and

Whenever I creat a new text box it appears with a black border which I then need to manually remove. Can I set a default to creating a text box without any border.

Hello, I use Premiere 24 for work (version 24.6.5 which is what my whole team is using for our company pipeline) and after a recent computer upgrade every time I open a project the sequence markers are now appearing on clips and we're all stumped with how to fix this/why it's happening. This only affects project markers created before my computer swap, if I go to make new markers they will appear as sequence ones. Things I've checked: Under marker tab - "Ripple Sequence Markers" checked and "Copy Paste Includes Sequence Markers" unchecked  "Write Clip Marker to XMP" is off  Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have an accumulation of Other Lightroom Device showing up in the LrC folders (see attachment).  What are these? Do I need them?  How do I get rid of them?  Also, is there a way to reorganize the order of what is in the folders section (like MacHD and external HD with pictures?).

Hi All! I'm working on a project that has about 40 different marker points to help me organize all of the clips. I'm adding footage from a range of different sources, and each time I drag a new clip into the timeline or set and in+out point, I need to move a bunch of other clips around. Every time I do this, I need to make a ton of little adjustments to my markers because they don't move with the clips as they adjust their placement. Is there a setting within Premiere to connect a marker to a specific clip so they move together when timeline changes occur?  Thanks for your help!

Hi, I just downloaded the latest version (25.4) and it won't open! It opens a warning window telling me it's damaged and can't be opened and that I should move it to the Trash. It shows an additional text saying that the file was downloaded in an unknown date. Anyone else got the same problem with this version? Thanks Specs.: Mac Studio (Apple M1 Max - 64 MB - macOS Sequioa 15.5)

When I right click on the clip, Edit clip in Adobe Audition is in gray (it works for photoshop). I've searched  for this problem but no suggestion works for me. Even using unistall both-->reboot--> reinstall Audition then Premiere Pro then reboot again. Both are 2020 version. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi all, I'm having some odd behaviour in Illustrator: typing new text into an existing (formatted) text box ignores the existing formatting. In the screencap above the text box was formatted to Museo Sans 500. Typing the word "Route" and the letter "P" changed the formatting to Museo Sans 100 for those characters. This has happened over multiple machines (a work Mac, and my personal Windows 11 laptop). It has also happened that the font itself has been changed when typing new characters, i.e. it wouldn't just be a different weight of the existing font but an entirely different font (one used elsewhere in the document) when typing new text into an existing text box. The default font for the above screencap was Myriad Pro Regular, so it's not just that it's using the default font for new text. There are no Paragraph or Character Styles present or active when this happens. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks in advance,Jo

Hi I cannot add any titles to the video I am editing on my phone in Rush. When I click to add the title it spins like it will add but doesnt actually show up. I've tried signing out and back in and also deleted the app and redownloaded. How can I fix this I need to edit this video for work. I also am connected to the internet.

This flashing thing happens occasionally (video attached). I can quit and restart and it usually fixes the problem, but it keeps coming back... Using up to date Mac OS system software with the most up to date version of Illustrator. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am writing to report an issue with activating my license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 (PC) – 2 Devices – Adobe Key – GLOBAL. Although I have a valid license key, the activation process does not complete successfully. I’ve followed all standard procedures, but the software fails to recognize or validate the key.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide.Thank you in advance for your support.Best regards, Mihai

Need help removing these lines around the text.  I paid a resume writer a few years ago and now I want add some content, but these lines showed up and I can't figure out how to remove them.

I only get garbage graphics and videos with firefly. I can't believe we are paying for this when other AI projects are much better and powerful.
