Adobe Stock has been overflooded with AI art - useless if one is to create designs using photos. Please make a tick box where one can filter out AI art - the same way one can filter out vector images if ths is not what one is looking for. It is such a waste of time, looking through images which are completely useless.

I paid for the 30 assets per month plan for awhile so I could save assets for a major grad school project coming up. Now I only need 10 assets per month, so I switched back to that tier in September. I should have 160 credits today. But I woke up and I have 50 credits. What happened? I need to be compensated - this is lawsuit material and TERRIBLE business practice if some stipulation hidden in your contract somewhere says "We delete everything you've already bought and paid for."  How does this make sense? Is your business crashing and you need to hurt your clients and customers like this to make a buck? I have NOT encountered another service that does this, so I'm hoping it's a mistake on your part.  I need these assets ASAP!

I have been subscribing to adobe stock for a long time, I had 50+ assets available to download. Suddenly it says "10". What happened with the rest of them? 

Hello, about 2 years ago I set up an Adobe stock account. he charges me 36.9e every month. I don't use it and I don't have access to the old email. how can i cancel my subscription? Regards

My account had like hundreds, possibly over a thousand image credits and then suddently they disappeared. We haven't lapsed in payment and the subscription is still active. It's also trying to get us to purchase a plan for images when it should already be included. What gives?

I don't see a central place to report these non-labeled Generative AI images/portfolios so I figured I'd start one. Once I find a single non-labeled image, I assume these people are scammers. To make this quick I singed up and received my 10 free stock assets via the trial. The subscription wasn't worth it so I tried to cancel it and thought I did.  After that I was still being charged $29.99 per month but didn't receive access to my 10 stock assets for each of those two months. My account stated I had a "Quota of 0 Stocks" for each of the two months I was charged. So did I in fact cancel my plan like I though which is the reason I wasn't getting my 10 assets for those two months but yet I was still charged for those 2 months that I didn't receive my 10 stock asset options?  So I initiated a chat with Adobe customer service which was a back and forth trying to convince the rep that I was being charged for a product I had no access to and couldn't get assets from. He made it seem like I didn't understand what was going. He kept going on about how I have a limit of 10 assets a month and have to upgrade to add more, even including "ADD MORE" in all caps.&nb

Dzień dobry, zapomniałam że mam adobe, nawet nie mam tych wszystkich programów pobranych i zorientowałam się, że cały czas były pobierane opłaty co miesięczne. Ostatnia opłata została opłacona a kolejna będzie 8 marca, chciałabym anulować subskrypcje ale pisze mi że mam zapłacić dodatkowe 124 euro chyba :/// błagam pomóżcie, może da się jakoś to obejść

Hi, I have signed up for 10-assets a month for stock images and ahve been paying that for a few months. But when I go to access them I can only download a preview and am invited to set up a free trial. I am currently paying for the contract that I cannout use. How do I get access? 

The user Fortis Design is posting obviously AI generated stock images which are not labelled as such.For example: #525111169, #525111136, #525111093They should be labelled as generative AI. I would also like to be able to filter out AI images out of search results. Thank you

I am designing a digital and print billboard for a client and have chosen an Adobe stock image from my subscription. I have used a similar image for brochures and want to keep the design on-brand. Is an extended license needed for this type of advertising? I searched the discussions and the responses are unclear. This is for a non-profit education center. Thank you

Light triptych of paintings in galleries or museums three large illuminated picture empty frames, Generative AI Stock Illustration | Adobe Stock That image claimes to be over 9000 pixels wide. Licensed it and it was clearly at one point maybe a 10th of that. Stop letting people put AI generated images in the gallery. We can only see the low res preview and then get it and realize you wasted a license on crap.The included photo is just a small crop from the image at 100%.

Hi, I would like to publish a book in which I will put some adobe pictures. Is that safe just like that? I would like a contract or a notification, anything written, that I actually purchased the licence for that photo.

Why the hell i am charged in order to cancel my plan? Why the heck i need to pay an annual fee when I was on a monthly paid plan? Do I need to involve higher instances like Europe commissions? To resolve this issue or what is going on? Never going back to this software again... Stealing money...

HiIn august 2022 my Stock account had a strange increase of photo credits. I signaled that to the Twitter support and some weeks after they where removed. Since that it's a nightmare !When the monthly payment arrive, the photo credits are not added to my account. They are, or not, some days or weeks after with no logic.I thought it was finally solved in November with the proposal made by the support to offer me two months to use the missing credits finally put back on my account (and disappeared a few days after the issue resolution). It seems that this is not the case.February 6 : a paiement of 2 days of Stock access. Why ? We don't know and of course nothing on the photo credits.February 8 : a paiement of the monthly fees. Nothing happened to my photo credits.3 days after I still don't have what I paid for.One would hope that a company like Adobe has the resources to resolve anomalies on their customers' subscriptions, but it would appear not. This image has artifacting around the edges of the castle that clearly indicates it was AI generated. There is no way to see this until after purchase because it does not show up in the preview. Please label as AI generated. Secondly, the user that posted the previously mentioned image has many unlabeled AI generated images in their portfolio. I wanted to bring this to the attention of the Adobe staff so they can be labeled. Thank you!

Hi Adobe,I bought the wrong Image., ugh! The one I bought is very similar to the one I need. When my staff saw it they made me aware that it was the wrong one. Is there a way I can replace it or get a credit to get the correct one?Thanks!
