Hello, I selected Buy Now for annual commitment instead of month-to-month. I only need a few stock photos, and have tried to cancel my plan and its stating I now be charged an early cancellation fee? This was completely in error, and I cannot afforf to pay a cancellation fee for a product I have no continued use for. Hello, I'm a yearly subscriber and didn't had money in my card when the day came to pay. When that happened I filled my card up, I got the green confirmation that the payment is processed, I checked my digital wallet and the money went through but still I cannot download new images. I still get the : Your Stock subscription has been suspended due to a problem with billing your account. I'm retrying over and over again, first it says that the payment is done and shows my credits but I can't download any images

I downloaded a number of .png images of pine tree/holiday greenery and ornaments and the masking was poorly done.  531111567, 532282361, 537863780This vector art was so poorly built that it was impossible to get rid of the "fake transparency grid" to make it usable: 463136072Please credit my account for 4 images and do a better job of doing quality control on the images you offer.Thank you,Lisa

I hope I'm in the right forum; I started out at stock.adobe.com and got here by clicking a couple links ... Anyway, I downloaded a picture of a Chinese dragon with the ID 515910371 from StockAdobe some time ago. I decided to purchase an extended license, so that I can incorporate the picture into some designs I want to sell on clothing and accessories. However, I can no longer find the image on StockAdobe's website. I uploaded the image to Google Images and did a visual search. It displayed just one result, to a different website - https://www.wiore.com/?category_id=2034837 However, when I clicked on the link, I didn't see the image. Can anyone help me figure out what this image's status is? I've already placed the image in a book I'm going to publish soon. As long as I have an Adobe ID, then it should be legal, right?[attachment removed by moderator] Thank you.

Hello, we are an educative institution with a Mass Communications academy for the purposes of educating students on various subject; Filmography, image editing, etc. We would like to know the following: What is the possiblity of including the Adobe Stock license in the "Default All Apps for K-12" license? If you would be able to help us, it would benefit not only us, but also all schools utilizing the same package. 

I just went to cancel and was told I would lose all of my 60 images that I have left and be charge 10 pounds early cancellation fee.   When I protested about not being able to use my paid for images the chat rep suggested I carry on for another year with 3 months free.  I told him, I'm looking to spend less money not more and don't appreciate being upsold in this situation!     Here's the transcript.   Adobe rep:  I would like to inform you that once the plan is cancelled the you can not download those images.   Me:  But I have paid for them already   Sutpan I understand that and that's why I am suggesting you to keep the plan for now and avail the free three months offer.   Me:  You are NOT listening to me! I do NOT need 10 images a month but I think it's disgraceful that I cannot download my 60 images that I have paid for to date!

I signed up for a trial subscription and missed the date to cancel. I can't afford it now and they want to charge me $189 to cancel it now. They didn't put that in large print anywhere 😞 I wouldn't have signed up for the trial then! What can I do to get out of the contract?

Ive seen several people post a discussion thread here to revoke an accidental licensing they´ve done, and now I need to do the same. The ID is #163743427 . Wouldn´t it just be easier if you had an option for this within stock? 

Are the assets in Adobe CC Express under the same licensing umbrella as Adobe Stock? In other words if I want to use Adobe CC Express to make t-shirts and such but only want to use the shapes and design assets in Adobe CC Express or do I have to license them as if they are Adobe Stock?

Hi, I am new to using stack images. I wish to purchase a pattern to produce a stencil. I would need the extended license but what is the most economical way to go about purchasing it? Each extended license is £47.99 is there a better way of doing it? I don't need access to the videos or images section just vectors and patterns.    once we purchase a pattern are we able to alter it? Is that acceptable? Thank you

I licensed a jpeg on accident. Description mentioned PNG. I opened it up and looked at the file to see if I could do anything with it, but honestly... it's just a jpeg.   Why is Adobe selling jpegs? What can you do with a jpeg that looks like THAT, with all the ridiculous DRM?? It precludes me how anyone can be allowed to sell a product on Adobe in such useless condition???

Is this where I would report an asset that is completely misleading?Contributor Fahad, FILE #:  539371955 It says right on the asset "editable PSD file" - so, I clicked License and (to my dismay) a JPEG downloads. There are no other file options to download. This is a very misleading stock image. When I pay for 10/mo...Which leads me to another question - is there a way to get a credit back when something like this happens? Thanks!

I have accidentally licensed Image #141373559 while browsing, I have no use for this image and also didn't realise it wouldn't be available in my subscription, how do I go about reversing this as I cannot use this image? ThanksVictoria

I downloaded the free trial of Adobe Stock and am using a book template to create a digital photo album. I'm not sure if I'll finish the album before the free trial ends. I will not use Adobe Stock often enough to want to invest in the monthly charge, so I'm planning to cancel before the trial ends. If I do cancel, will I lose the work I've already started, but not finished, in InDesign, which was created, in part, via the template? Or will that still remain as is?

Hello, i canceld my monthly Adobe Stock subscription last week. It sasy the subscripton will end on 18/11/2022, so i thought i can use the remaining credits, but the credits are gone. So why did i lose my credits before my subscription ends? Makes no sense imo..

Hello, I enrolled in an Adobe Stock trial that I was unable to revoke in time for. Due to this, I spent all of my available credit and waited for Adobe to cancel it. I had some money sent to my card today, but Adobe immediately charged my account. Is there any way I can get a refund for this? I looked everywhere, but they don't even have a customer service department where I could speak with a real human and I really can't make IDD calls because it would be so expensive. If there is anything I can do to make a refund request, kindly let me know. Many thanks
