Hi, I have an educational license to Adobe Stock.  I previously licensed a Stock image for education but now I need to use it commercially.  I have purchased some Stock credits but I cannot find a way to spend them so that I can properly (legally) use the image.  When I try to use it I am told that it is licensed already so I cannot license it again - but the license is for educational use only! Is there a way to extend the license on the image so that I can use it commercially? Many thanks! Neil

About a year ago, someone in our office pulled a Creative Commons-licensed photo to use on a blog post.  We received a Copytrack claim demanding money from a German-based company.  They gave a filename of Fotolia_102694039.jpg.    I have reverse image searched it on Adobe, but can not find it to buy a license.  We have already removed it from the blog post and deleted it from the servers.  Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?Thanks!

How do I make a claim about a submission for adobe stock that it said is supposed to be closely resembles content already available which is not true because I already look it and there's nothing similar to my content.  I could find nothing even close to my work that ir supposed to be similar to other stock, it's not true, how do to make a conctat to solve this issue? 

How do I "return" a stock image.  I accidentally licensed FILE #: 115923200 and do not want it.  Thank you. 

Let's be honest: who programs something like this? The library UI is a disaster! When I select images from Adobe Stock and save them to a library, I can only move them if I shoot myself in the foot. The operation is anything but sensible. First, there is the small library bar that slides into the image from the bottom. There, I can select several images and then move them to another library. But not in full view, when the library is the main window. And deleting multiple images? Not possible. To do that, I have to go to the CC Client and manage my assets there. The only problem is that the library updates don't work properly there, and I can't find the images I just selected in my library. Adobe seems to have several teams working on the user interface, but they don't seem to use or test the programme themselves. And they don't seem to talk to each other either, so each team reinvents the wheel and forgets one thing or another.

Hello there Can anyone help me understand why it was refused? 

Please can someone explain the allowed usage of Firefly AI generated images? Browsing on Adobe Stock, there is a lot of AI content and wanting to know whether all the images here will have been generated using Adobe products and if so, can these be used as individual elements to to make a larger composition? I'm asking as other AI generators prohibit this and state that the original image generated can't be altered. Assume Firefly T&Cs are different? I've checked the terms and conditions but can't find this info so any help appreciated. Thanks 

Hi everyone, We recently used the "Generate Variations" feature under an existing Adobe Stock image, and entered a custom prompt to create a new version of the image. The result was downloaded successfully, but now we're confused about how this image is classified and how to handle its licensing and attribution. Here's what we're seeing:•⁠ ⁠In the "Library", the image is labeled as "Generated by you".•⁠ ⁠In the "License history", it's labeled simply as "Generated image".•⁠ ⁠The downloaded file name starts with "Firefly", suggesting it was created using Adobe Firefly.•⁠ ⁠However, it does not appear in our "Firefly history", so we're not entirely sure if it's actually a Firefly-generated image. We have two main questions: 1.⁠ ⁠What type of license does this image have?In the "License history", the column where the license type usually appears just shows a dash ("–").Does this mean it's a standard license by default?And if we need an extended license, how can we obtain

So I have a three-asset per month pack on Adobe Stock. On 9/13 Adobe again billed my credit card. I have not accessed any new photo's since August 16th and when I log in it says I have no Credits.  This seems fishy. As in something is wrong. I don't mind paying, but I do want what I am paying for. Can you help? Thanks in advance

Is anyone else getting error messages when trying to download stock today? I could download fine an hour ago, and now nothing, just error messages.

Hello,I've just purchased an HighResolution-Image which preview looks fine.The original (67Mpix-Resulution) seems to have no focus at all. Therefore it is useless for business purposes (large scale print). I've licensed about a dozen vectors from Adobe Stock where the description reads "editable stroke", which is what I needed. However, when you open them in Illustrator you find that the strokes have been outlined—not editable. Is anyone checking for this? It becomes a bit of a time suck when you think you found an image you can use, only to find that you must keep searching. Apparently this happens a lot. The last one I found is file 406405946.

The outlines on these vector patterns are jagged and include ghost vectors in white. I will not be able to use them. See attached screenshots and image numbers.I have a monthly subscriptions. I'd like to get the 2 asset credits I spent on this back.Thank you.

I find it utterly unacceptable that I cannot simply end my annual/paid-monthly Adobe Stock plan without being trapped by their auto-renewal scheme. My subscription ends in two days, yet Adobe demands a $200 plus penalty just to cancel. The only “option” they give me is to roll into another year-long contract?!!!! It is unlawful-then I'd have to remember to cancel within 14 days or be stuck all over again?This subscription catch-22 is illegal. It's outrageous that a company can entrap customers with auto-renewing contracts, bury massive cancellation fees in fine print, and make the exit process needlessly convoluted-especially when a user is at the natural end of their term or not even using the service anymore.Good luck, Adobe, trying to charge that Visa card. It's already defunded.

I've downloaded an adobe stock image (File #:  222941660) and when opened in AI ithe gradients (shadows) are not translating correctly.  I've tried chamging raster settings and it does not reslove the issue.

I’ve heard that Adobe Firefly is currently going through training processes. My question is: can the templates I’ve created in After Effects or Premiere Pro be used as part of Firefly’s training? And if so, would contributors like me receive compensation when our templates are used for this purpose?

I hope someone can help. I am interested in using some of these assets from a contributor but I believe they are ai generated but have not been tagged correctly?  1530805699 - food seems too perfect998635577 - halloween items1343816023 - this file there are three sides of the dice with number 5 the more I look at the portfolio the more I find that looks very Ai but isnt labeled as such. My client does not want ai assets to be used so it is quite frustrating.

Ou vaut t'il mieux que je choisisse une image moins identitiable ?  je me demande quelles sont les limites à ne pas depasser en tant que graphsite pro pour ne pas avoir des soucis plus tard.  Merci pour vos conseils. Why would some of the photos/audio etc in my library be 'unlicensed'. These aren't previews, they are the full hi-res version. There aren't lots, over 50.As far as I am aware I have always clicked the 'licence option' and used my credits - I didn't think there was any other options (preview version or you buy a version) Is there a way of seeing the list of downloads that related to the credits I spent?And how could I have so many 'unlicenced' stockphotos?
