Hello,I am trying to create an Adobe Stock Contributor account using my existing personal Adobe ID.I live in Georgia. My Adobe ID email is verified, I can sign in successfully, and Adobe’s phone-number form recognizes +995 Georgia. However, immediately after signing in at https://contributor.stock.adobe.com, I am redirected to:“New account creation is not available at this time.”The error occurs before I can create a Contributor profile or complete phone verification, tax, payout, or agreement steps. Therefore I also cannot access the Contributor Support form, because it redirects to the same unavailable page.Could an Adobe staff member or Community Manager please confirm:1. Whether new Adobe Stock Contributor registration is currently available for residents of Georgia;2. Whether the country/region internally associated with my Adobe ID may be preventing creation; and3. How this can be escalated to Contributor Relations for review?I have no other Contributor account and do not want to

Hello Adobe Team, My pink ghost checkerboard pattern was rejected for "Undeclared Generative AI" but it is 100% hand-drawn in Ibis Paint X on iPad. This is NOT AI generated. The small flowers are from Ibis Paint's default brush tool which I tapped manually one by one, not AI. I have the full drawing process recorded: Proof timelapse video:  I also have the original .ipv file with layers as proof. Could you please do a manual review and remove the AI flag?  Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Community,I recently created my Adobe Stock Contributor account, and this is the first and only Contributor account I have ever created.However, my account is showing as “Inactive” with a message saying that Adobe Stock does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.I tried contacting Contributor Support through the official Contact Us form and selected:Account → Multiple account approval requestBut when I try to submit the case, I receive this error:“We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case.”I have never intentionally created or operated another Adobe Stock Contributor account.Could someone please advise me on how I can get this issue reviewed by Adobe Contributor Relations?Thank you.

Dear community,I recently submitted these photos. The one with the yellow flower was accepted whereas the pink flower in the tree was rejected due to Quality issues. I must admit, I am new to Adobe and don’t understand the exact reasons for this decision. I recently uploaded a few pictures and they all got rejected, just wondering what I can change in my photography to increase my chances of having my pictures approved. 

I am really getting disgusted by this AI stuff. Just for fun, I put this image that I took with my camera today. I physically, in Photoshop, removed the pictures in the background. Nothing else was touched in this photo. I put it into three AI programs. One came back absolutely AI. The other two came back, not AI. What can we do about this? This is a real picture. No AI tools were used at all. How are the inspectors going to know when an image is real? Especially if it goes through a generator. 

When you click on an image it shows the pixel count but not the resolution or dpi. How do I know if it is 300 dpi or not? 

Hi all,I submitted the attached photos, and they were all rejected with the only issue given being “Quality issues”.  I can’t see anything wrong with them myself, and a couple of them have been well-rated by external judges in a recent camera club critique evening, so I’m not sure what I’m missing?One point to make is that these are reduced size images to fit within the forum’s 5Mb attachment size limit.  The originals were around 25Mb each. Thanks in advance!

Hello Adobe Community, I'm experiencing an issue while trying to verify my phone number on my Adobe account. Every time I enter my number and click to receive the verification code, I get this error: An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Using Google Chrome on PC (also tried Incognito Mode) Clearing cache and cookies Turning off all browser extensions (including ad blockers) Using a different browser (Firefox) Ensuring VPN is turned off Trying a different phone number Writing the number in the full international format (+8801XXXXXXXXX) Unfortunately, nothing worked. I need phone number verification to log in to Adobe Stock and use other services, but I’m completely stuck due to this issue. Hello, my Adobe ID is registered in Pakistan with a verified email address. Adobe Stock Contributor onboarding requires phone verification with no skip option, but Pakistan (+92) is not offered in the country-code dropdown on account.adobe.com, so I cannot complete verification. Adobe Support chat confirmed there is no alternative verification path. Could Pakistan (+92) please be added to the list, or is there another way to verify? Thank you.

Good morning, I have been uploading pictures to ADOBE for now more than 5 years, and it seems that recently most of y pictures are not accepted due to quality issue.You can find a sample over there.Is it because they are too edited ? What do you think ? Your help would be appreciated to understand why it's been so hard to get pictures accepted recently…I did not change the lense nor the camera, thus I don’t think the sharpness changed since my previous uploads. Today my Adobe Stock contributor account was suddenly deactivated. I have never done anything illegal or against Adobe rules. All the content I upload is created by me. I make my own AI images using Adobe Firefly, and I also create my own professional video content.On 16 November 2025, my account received more than 300 downloads, and after I requested my payout, my account was deactivated. Hello, all of the photos I submitted were rejected and I just started with Adobe Stock Photos.  Some of my photos were rejected due to quality issues - I’ve posted two of them as an example.  These are not AI generated and I don’t see any focus issues, so it seems like something else. I do not receive the SMS verification code on my Sri Lankan mobile number.I have tried both Dialog and Hutch mobile networks, but I still do not receive the verification SMS. I have a question about Adobe Stock's “Similar Content” rejection policy.While searching for the checkmark icon, I found several contributor profiles with many very similar assets, where only the color, position, or small details appear to be changed.For example:Contributor examples – Profile 1 Contributor examples – Profile 2 Contributor examples – Profile 3 Contributor examples – Profile 4I have personally submitted similar variations, but my files were rejected for “Similar Content.”I would like to understand how this policy is applied consistently. If these types of variations are acceptable, why are similar submissions from other contributors rejected?If these assets violate the Similar Content policy, could Adobe also review the examples above? Hello, I have been contacted by email by a certain company called Copytrack claiming that I don't have the rights to use an image that I purchased on Adobe Stock within my plan. They are also asking for money. The author of the image they claim doesn't match the name in my licensing history for that image. I have googled them and there is a lot of noise saying it is a scam, however just want to check if anyone else had this issue and how to reply? thanks
