Hi everyone,Due to similar material in our collection, my collection of animal silhouettes in black on a white background was rejected. I selected many animal forms and vectorized silhouettes when making it. I have no idea why it was turned down. Eg :I selected six different cat photos and created six vectors. Even still, it was turned down.  Can someone help me with it?

Usually pictures, which are rejected for whatever reasons, also from the same batch as which is waiting for review are done pretty fast, like 2 or 3 weeks. I actually assume that the major reasons for rejection have already been checked. Still I have pictures still waiting for approval, which are older than 3 months. Is it actually possible, that some pictures just somehow accidently slip through?

I am a contributor on Adobe Stock, and my files have been approved/rejected in the Contributor Portal, but I have not received any approval/rejection notification emails for several days.

Hello, My name is Muhammad Rifki and my Contributor ID is 212885979. I need urgent help with a technical issue. Here is the timeline of my problem:1. My first photos were approved around August 1st.2. For many days, they did not appear in my public portfolio due to an indexing delay.3. On August 5th, the photos finally appeared and were visible to the public.4. However, on August 7th, all my photos disappeared from my public portfolio again, and it has been empty ever since (today is August 11). I have already confirmed this is not a browser cache issue. The portfolio is empty on all devices and in incognito mode. Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with some images I’ve been uploading — they keep getting rejected with the reason “Missing Generative AI Flag.” The thing is, they’re not AI-generated. I saw on the forum that you can try re-uploading them with a property release stating they aren’t AI-generated, but even after doing that, they still get rejected for the same reason.Has anyone else dealt with this or found a workaround? If the eps is approved, there are likes and the moderator can see that it is handmade, with high quality and after the script moves the file to similar content, this is a very cool motivation for new works, bravo.

sir anyone here could you please tell me what actually happens because i did not do anything wrong and not violate any guidelines eventhough the fact is like that am so shocking why my account was deactivated .i am too good at creating images with some serious passion about it. i love to create images by my own innovative thoughts .Last week on 30th july 2025 i got around 220 sales because of past three weeks i have worked in full day and till mid-night and made lot of awesome image creation also upload it in adobe after that my image getting sales and after that i got spend more time to create images continuously keep on working and upload it but suddenly yesterday 7th 2025 agust when i login my account it showed me that your account has been deactivated for suspicious activity .i was shocked and have no idea what happened why it has been de-activated because i did not do anything wrong and not violate any guidelines ,everything happens purely on genuine and honest .could you please a

Hey everyone,I thought it would be fun and hopefully useful to start a little challenge here. I recently had a video rejected for “Quality Reasons,” but when I reviewed the file, I couldn’t spot the issues mentioned in the rejection notice. The reviewer’s possible reasons were:Unintentional shaking (The camera is completely steady and doesn’t move)Empty black or white frames (none that I can find)Compression or audio problems (there’s no audio at all) So here’s the challenge: can anyone actually spot a quality issue in this video?If yes, please explain what you see.

Hi,  EveryoneI have a question regarding contributor accounts and using them on the same computer. I currently have an active contributor account that I regularly use on my personal PC. Now, my wife is interested in creating her own contributor account and intends to use the same PC for her activities. Her setup would include: A separate email address A different browser profile (but still on the same machine)   Given this situation, I would like to know the following: Is it allowed for two different individuals to operate separate contributor accounts from the same physical device? Are there any policies or restrictions we should be aware of regarding multiple accounts on a single computer? Would there be any risk of account suspension or any sort of violation if she creates and uses her account on the same PC? Is it possible for both accounts to remain logged in simultaneously (using different browser profiles)? Or should we be careful to log out of one before using

 I am an Adobe Stock Contributer i would like to know the exact technical and creative standards required  for images to be accepted.Please share guidelines of three or four lines. 

Whenever I try to access contributor pages, like the portal, I am redirected to Fotolia.  The URL returned is  https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/uk/onboarding/sync-fotolia-2 Can anyone here help to fix this obvious fault?  I have been trying to resolve this issue for around two years. FC  

Hi everyone! Since this week, I’ve been getting the message:“Submission limit reached — Either you have too much content pending moderation, or you’ve submitted the maximum weekly limit. You’ll be able to submit more once pending items are moderated or your limit resets. Thank you for your patience.”I completely understand why this system is in place and I’m not complaining at all - I’m just curious:Is there a way to see my current weekly submission limit somewhere in my account?In my case, I already had a bigger amount of content pending moderation, so I assume I simply hit my weekly cap. Just wondering if there’s a way to check or track this info to plan my uploads better.Thanks a lot in advance! 

Is there any way of changing the video thumbnail image presented to buyers. The action in a video often starts after the first few frames and the ability the present the best frame to the buyer could be crutial in getting a sale.
