I create this design , its not ai image, why adobe tell me similar content and reject? Plz help me 

Why are the photos rejected? I want to know what I need to do to get this photo accepted? What is the intellectual property violation here?Can't you use the image of a globe? But everything is blurry there! What is the authorship?

Why did my photos of KL famous sckyscraper — Petronas Towers were refused after a submission as an intellectual property violation? For instance, Adobe Stock has photos of the Petronas Towers (https://stock.adobe.com/ar/search?k=%22petronas+towers%22&asset_id=1298384431), and this obviously does not violate anyone's intellectual property rights, since the Petronas Towers are a landmark of Kuala Lumpur. 

Hello there,I have the problem that my microscopic pictures get rejected quite often, and I don’t really know why.In microscopy, the organism looks sharp in parts, but the depth of field is usually very shallow, especially at higher magnifications — I can’t change that.Also, floating particles or small specks are quite common, especially at higher magnifications. Could it be that these are interpreted as “dust” or “defects”? Maybe someone can help ?

Hello everyone,Several images I uploaded to Adobe Stock have been rejected, the reason is that I didn't tag them as being generated by AI. The problem is that all these images are 3D renders that I created myself, without using any AI tools. These are original works in wich I have invested a lot of time and effort. What do you do in these cases? Is there any way to appeal the decision or to clarify that they are 3D renders and no AI creations? Any advice or experience you can share would a great help. Thank you very much!

Hello, I have been a contributing photographer for 15 years and now I participate in AI learning missions. This is the second time that the mission has been terminated prematurely and I have not had time to submit the finished work. The termination date was originally August 22nd and today is August 20th and the mission has disappeared. Is this a bug or has anyone else had the same experience please?

 I uploaded image and it got rejected but it saying quality issue but I find no difference in quality with the one got accepted is someone can help.

Hello Adobe Stock team and fellow contributors,I requested payout on Agust 15, 2025, to my skril account. Today marks 6 business days since the request, but the payout status is still showing as "Pending" in my dashboard.Does anyone know when I will receive the payment?

Hello Adobe Stock Team and Community,I wanted to share my concern regarding the current AI review system for submissions. I’ve noticed that some of my files are being rejected with the reason cited as “similar content,” even though they are unique and original.As a contributor, it feels discouraging when creative work is rejected automatically, without human verification. I understand the importance of maintaining quality standards, but I feel the current system may not fully recognize originality and uniqueness in all cases.I hope Adobe can consider refining the AI review process or include a human review option for contested rejections. This would help contributors like me continue creating confidently, knowing our work will be judged fairly.Thank you for listening. Hallo,Brauche eine Hilfe !Ich bin Neu bei Stock Adobe.  Habe schon über  100 Biloder auf meinem Konto. Teoretisch wäre es möglich  die Bilder die  nur  zur Redaktionellen Zwecken benutzt werden können  hoch zu laden.Leider das Kästchen reagiere nicht und es ist nicht möglich das Bild  weiter zu schicken. Was mache ich falsch ??  Wer kennt den richtigen "Trick"  ? zawrat  dankbar für jede Hilfe.... 

Dear Stock Contributors, I fail to see how a 29 second 4K 30fps video of a butterfly pollinating a flower in my garden can be refused on the grounds of intellectual property infringement?

Normally, royalties appear instantly or within a few minutes.Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Could this be a technical issue or something else affecting small royalties?Any insights would be appreciated!Thanks!

I've started creating timelapse traffic footage and am wondering if it would be accepted.  Looking at existing uploads from other contributors there are clips that, when paused, vehicle registrations, logos and other company logos are identifiable.  Is this considered acceptable?  Additionally, although hard to see clearly, people's faces are also sometimes visible in my clips but I've also seen this on existing uploads on Adobe Stock.  Are these submissions I'm seeing from select contributors or is this type of content permissable in certain situations?

Hello Adobe Community, I am unable to log in to my Adobe Stock Contributor account because I receive the error: “Multiple account usage not allowed.” This may be due to an older account linked to a different email. I only want to keep one account active (my Gmail) and have the other account(s) closed. I have already emailed Contributor Support with all the details, but I haven’t received a response. I also tried reaching out through the help form, but the issue still persists. Could someone from the Adobe team or the community help me resolve this or escalate it to the right support team? Hello everyone, Recently I noticed that many contributors have been nominated for the Adobe Stock Free Collection. However, from what I see, these nominations are mostly for images, vectors, and illustrations.As a video/animation contributor, I haven’t received any nomination, and neither have many other contributors who mainly upload videos. 👉 My question is:Is the Free Collection currently limited only to images and similar assets?Will Adobe extend this program to include videos in the future? It would be great to have some clarification so that video contributors also know what to expect. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a strange issue when uploading graphics to Adobe Stock. After submission, I can see my files in the “In Review” section for some days. But then, after a while, they vanish: They don’t show up in the “Not Accepted” (Rejected) section.They aren’t visible on my dashboard or anywhere else.It’s like they just disappear from the platform. Has anyone else faced this issue?Do you know what happens to these vanished files?Is there something specific I should be doing to recover or track them?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello everyone.Let's get straight to the point! Several pieces of content I submitted to Adobe Stock were rejected because they were deemed similar to other pieces. However, I actually checked the other pieces for relevance by uploading the same rejected photos to Adobe Stock. I examined all the pages, even hundreds of pages, and for some photos, I didn't find any similar content to what I submitted. They might be the same subject, but not the same idea or the same colors. So I'd like to fully understand the reason for the rejection.Thank you very much for your attention.

Hello,I am a photographer and journalist, and I recently created a new account to start selling my photos on Adobe Stock.When I try to sign in and activate my profile, I get this error:Inactive account. Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.I contacted support 3 times but did not receive any response.I have a Creative Cloud subscription under another email (registered to my son), but I created this new account for my own Contributor profile.I also tried logging in through the Contributor portal but the error still appears.I have attached a screenshot of the error.My question:How can I activate my new Adobe Stock Contributor account and start uploading photos?Is it possible to link my existing Creative Cloud subscription (different email) with this new Contributor account, or should I follow another process?Thank you for your help.

I have been contributing since the beginning of this year, and until recently, around 85% of my submitted files were approved without issue. However, for the last 20 days, most of my uploads have been rejected, mainly for the reason of “Similar Content.”I am a bit confused because even last month, when I created new designs inspired by other images, my submissions were accepted. But now, even if my new designs have only about 30% similarity, they are being rejected.Could you please clarify the reason for this sudden change? I want to better understand the updated review standards so that I can improve my work and continue submitting files that meet Adobe Stock’s requirements.Thank you for your time and support.
