Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

Hello! I havn't used Adobe assets for some time. I think the last time i downloaded any materials it was still under the old company. I had ton of credits but i see i have 0 of them now.. Is there a way to get them back or did i just lost all of it? Thanks! Martin

Can i use assets from substance3d.adobe.com with mark "Only not licensed assets" for commercial use, for example in Steam Workshop with Substaince Painter.

How come when it says  "FBX + GLB" below the file name when I download it is only a .fbx file? I went to the Adobe Substance Assets Files and filtered by GLB, then download the file but it is still a .fbx file. What do I do?

Hi, I created a carpet material in Substance Sampler from an actual image (Image Attached below)  and I tried to upload it into Substance 3D Community Asset.I exported the material into SBSAR format and tested and it is working in other applications. But I get this error (attached below) every time and I tried several times in the last couple of days.Can anyone help me understand why it is happening?

Hi, I have purchased the 3D Substance monthly subscription this morning (the money has been debited from my account) which should allow me to download 30 free assets. I am unable to download any materials and the downloads box says zero downloads are available with my subsription. Please help.

Hi, I so have a subscription to the substance-collection and I got a confirmation from adobe, but I am not able to download 3D-assets. It only shows "Subscribe" on each asset (suppose it should be download). Creative Cloud App shows under Assets "start"What could be wrong?Thanks, Albert

Hello, I hope this is the appropriate forum to post. So I downloaded a decal from the Substance assets library, more specifically the "Large Blood Puddle" decal. On the website it shows correctly, with the transparency/alpha activated, i.e you can see that it is a puddle. But when I import on in my software (Blender, using the Substance 3D addon), it shows with all the maps, except the alpha.  I know how to generate an alpha map from an image by translating it to black and white but this one has very little contrast so it's just impossible... and I'm not sure that's what I'm supposed to do.  Is it because sbsar files are not supposed to be used in other sofwares aside from Substance when they're decals ? I didn't have any problems using regular textures (that didn't require transparency). Am I supposed to get the files in Substance Designer and then export it with an alpha ? The problem is I don't have Substance Designer. Is there another way ? Hope my iss

Hi, I have previously signed up for a subscription to Substance 3D texturing last year. I cancelled at the end of the first month and had used all 30 credits in the Substance 3D assets library. When I logged on today my account was showing I had "downloads available with my Adobe subscription". I had no active subscriptions. I checked the plans in my Adobe account and it showed no active plans. I have just re-subscribed to the Substance 3D texturing plan and the 30 credits have been added on top. It looks like credits were added to my account even though my subscription had been cancelled. Thank you.

Short version:  Can I sort and/or search by name (or metadata) the items under the 3d tab in the 3D Assets Marketplace?   Longer version: There appears to be no obvious way to search or sort the assets listed under the 3d tab.   For instance,  Category: Surfaces -> Ground  has 1,162 entries that are not sorted alphabetically and there is no way to sort them, nor can I search for something like "sand" to list all entries related to sand.    At least let me sort them, but being able to search by name and metadata tags on asset libraries like this with approaching 20,000 assets is not just useful, but beyond a requirement for this to continue to be useful.  

Hello, I wanted to ask about the 3D asset library of "Substance 3D Assets", is there any way to get the 3D assets with materials? I see all 3D assets are in grey, so if we can get any asset with materials and textures.

It seems like the Substance Material library has completely disappeared, and all 500 material points have also vanished. I had an Indie subscription and an older version of the Steam permanent license. Everything has disappeared, and I kindly request a restoration.

Dear Adobe Community, I used to have a substance Abo in the time it belonged to Allegorithmic. Maybe 3years ago I decided to cancel the abo, because I had to change my 3D profession. but that time I had collected a lot of materials within the abo, like today adobe does with the points. Is there a way to get these old access/points to the collected materials again? Would be great.And is there a way to just buy an abo for the asset library? Dont need painter and other software. Just want to use these nice materials within my 3d software. Thank you for any help. Best regardsHilmar

I wanted to better understand how the copyright issue of material assets in Abode 3D Assets works.I wanted to know if it is possible to use adobe textures in an element of a larger texture of a 3D asset, for example, I have a UV divided into 3 types of materials such as wood, metal and rubber, and the wood material came from Adobe 3D Assets, the asset has all the materials together in a single texture. Could I sell this asset on other marketplaces like Unreal and Unity? Knowing that adobe texture is just the base of wood part of the asset and has all the other elements on top of it like dirt and wear and tear.

I inflated some text and made it 3D with the polished steel asset. It looks as though it is in a black box and I set the light source to come from the front so that it gave the most contrast but I'm unsatisfied. Please help!

I would like to offer the Substance Painter file for download along with my bus model to provide more flexibility. I purchased and downloaded some materials using Steam credits in the past. We are looking to use sunstance materials for our rendering machine. For this we started a substance test license. A few as "cost free" marked substance materials are apparently free for download within the license. We woul dlike to inquire whether the whole library will be disposable within one of the substance license packages or whether this sutuation will remain and other substance matrials will have to be purchased seperately for download?  

I have signed up for Substance 3D Collection trial which is supposed to give me downloads for 3D assets but my credit says 0 and the it takes me to subscribtion page. Any idea how I can fix this?

I am trying to download assets in Library "free asset". However, it is not for free, need to buy.  is that any solution where i don't know to get the free asset in the library?
