Adobe firefly won't let me upload screengrabs of my own work

Previously I would take a screengrab of my work in Illustrator, upload it to firefly and then prompt it to make 3D, add some fabric texture and it would generate a more realistic version of my photograph.Now it won’t let me upload a screengrab it say
